I am a new patient and was seen last week. There were 3 times that a specimen (urine or blood) was obtained. I was not asked my name or DOB at any of these encounters. I told them my name and DOB as is this is the proper procedure when taking a specimen. I asked the staff to label the urine specimen in front of me and they brushed it off. TJC NPSG #1 states that 2 patient identifiers must be used for the safety of all patients.
I would like to see markers or patient labels available with urine collection and have the phlebotomist verify my name and DOB or some other unique pt identifier. Long wait times in the waiting rooms too. I attempted to call and leave a voicemail to address this with the manager but not able to leave one on the weekend. I tried to submit the feedback through website but unfortunately I encountered an error.
The providers are kind and knowledgeable. I think the staff needs some more support from leadership, they probably want to do the right thing but I sense they are very overwhelmed. I wish for their sake that they get what they need to help patients feel more comfortable.

Do not trust Lisa Vigue, MD. She jumps to conclusions quickly. She chose to have my wife induced because she had protein in her urine. My wife also had one instance where her blood pressure was high. Lisa Vigue immediately requested that my wife arrive to the hospital to get induced upon finding out that there was protein in her urine. Lisa's order to be induced was made instead of asking my wife to visit the hospital for testing to see if she has preeclampsia. Now, it turns out that my wife most likely does not have preeclampsia.
She has been induced and it does not look like she will go into labor anytime soon. My wife always has back pain towards the end of her pregnancies. Now, she is just tired, uncomfortable, hungry, not in labor, and has no real signs of going into labor anytime soon. This is all due to Dr. Vigue's uneducated and unscientific order to have my wife go in to be induced instead of first getting further testing.

At first, I really enjoyed coming here. But as my pregnancy went on, I became more and more frustrated. I am also seen at the perinatal center, as I have a stitch in my cervix. I started bleeding heavily around 28 weeks, and dilating with the stitch in. I expressed over and over and over again the pain this is causing me and how I'm still continually bleeding.
My Ob from OGA, who took my stitch out last pregnancy, said "I just want you to get to at least 34 weeks then we can discuss taking it out if you're still having pain/issues." Well low and behold, still Bleeding, still fighting off infections and so I called to want to get it removed early and her nurse said she wanted PCI to do the removal now. PCI refuses to take my stitch out before 36 weeks, and they're only allowing ONE doctor to take it out, and he's out of office until I'm 37 weeks.
So basically I'm being told what I can and can't do with my body. I've already inquired about transferring care, and am so Upset about the run around and complete dismissal of my pain.

The last other visits was really good tell I came in yesterday for my 3rd ultra sound. The nurse jabbed me in the stomach so hard I cried, and when I tried saying somthing she pushes in more. I already have c section scars, it's so irritates and the skin was rubbed off of it and around it. I am having trouble sleeping because my lower belly is so swallen from the ultra sound. Omg what a nightmare.
She didn't even talk, mostly quit, she didn't tell me she was looking to see if it was a boy or a girl, don't think she tried, when I asked she claim the legs was crossed and that's after she shut things down.

I have been going to this OBGYN (Dr. Dornbeir in particular) for nearly 19 years. He was my OB when we were trying to get pregnant, through all the problems we were having and actually birthed my child. The practice itself is super friendly and empathetic when needed. I have also seen other Physicians if Dr. Dornbeir wasn't available and I wouldn't be afraid to recommend any of them. They are a top notch practice.

Personally would not Recommend Dr. Turner. After voicing it was not my personal preference to receive COVID Vaccine during My pregnancy she was unable to keep her differences of opinion out of the rest of the appointment and failed to answer an apparently common enough question that was in a pamphlet I received from a nurse. Told me 'do whatever you want' handed me a piece of paper and walked out of the room rather than trying to help me understand. VERY RUDE!

Dr. Turner has been wonderful to work with! She was very proactive to finding out what was wrong when I visited her. She listened to what my wants were and we came up with a plan that has caused me to gain my confidence back. The issue I came in with has been fixed and I've never felt better! I would highly recommend her.
