This is the best optometrist office I've ever been to. Dr. Branstetter is hilarious and bubbly, which isn't common for an optometrist. She is definitely one of the reasons this place is highly rated. The entire staff was personable and acted like they were happy to see you. They definitely have a way of making you feel welcome. The office is very clean and organized. This is the best choice you could make if you're looking for an eye doctor.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jennifer Carr for over 5 years for our yearly eye exams, and I highly recommend her. She is extremely friendly, as well as thorough, and takes time to explain and answer any questions. I've never felt like I was being rushed to leave. When I had a cataract she helped me have the best vision possible until it was ready for surgery, and when the time came for surgery, she referred me to an excellent surgeon.

I wouldn't even consider going to a different optometrist. We have also purchased several pairs of glasses there, and the opticians are very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with picky (and sometimes indecisive) customers like me.

Had a wonderful experience for my yearly eye exam From start to finish. Great staff, positive and helpful. Dr Laura is THE BEST! Very caring and complete eye exam, helpful suggestions for good eye maintance. Great selection of styles and colors for eye frames. The offices are decorative, warm, inviting. Top equipment that give the precise measurements and readings. Everyone is so nice and friendly and puts the client at ease. So thankful to have this caring staff and outstanding doctors to give the best up to date, Care.

I never write these kind of reviews. I am only motivated to write this one because of my outstanding experience with Eye to Eye P.A. and Dr. Laura Branstetter. In terms of any health oriented experience (medical clinic, dentist office, optometrist office), my experiences with this office is the best I have ever had. (And, I don't believe I have had "bad" experiences with any office.) My interaction with every person in this office has been outstanding.

All the staff has been very friendly, upbeat, and excellent in their area of expertise. Dr. Laura Branstetter is very personable, friendly, and professional. I appreciate her thorough examinations. The level of individual attention and concern at this office is something I have never experienced before. As far as I am concerned, Eye to Eye is the new platinum standard for eye care.

This is an excellent place to go for eye care needs. The office is always clean, equipped with modern well maintained equipment, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I have been going to them for years and when I had to go somewhere else due to insurance coverage, I quickly came back and paid out of pocket. Wouldn't even consider going somewhere else.

Dr. Branstetter has that rare combination of knowledge and caring. She not only does a thorough eye exam, but also listens thoughtfully to questions and answers in a way that is easy to understand. All of the office staff and people who assist her are amazing as well!

Dr, Branstetter is the best optometrist I have seen in 20 years. His staff is nice and he goes out of is way to get to know you and cares about your specific needs. Highly recommend.

Dr. Branstetter was recommended to me by the eye doctor in my old home town. He couldn't have found anyone better for me! I have been going to her for 3 years and I highly recommend her to anyone needing an eye exam. She is very thorough and always shares the results from various testing with me immediately, which I really appreciate. The staff there is first rate, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Branstetter has been my optometrist for many years. In every way she has treated my family and I with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Dr. Branstetter has always taken time to answer my questions. I've never felt rushed and she answered by questions until I was satisfied. Some days I have had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 minutes. However, I know she is providing care to someone and will give me the same attention and focus. Dr. Branstetter is the same person at the office as she is in her private life.

She is generous and committed to the Derby community. If you are looking for a optometrist I encourage you to try her practice. Doctors Branstetter, Carr, and their staff will provide you with eye care that is world class.

Amazing doctors and staff! Every time I go I leave with a smile! The doctors are hilarious! The office and rooms are always clean and decorated. The glassware area is outstanding! They have lots of glassware to choose from as well as many kinds of name brands at a good cost. If you are in the market for an eye doctor this place is it!

Dr. Branstetter is the most thorough and professional eye doc I've ever had. Her staff is happy and accommodating and make every visit a comfortable experience. Dr. B recently sent me to see a cataract surgeon and he was amazed at the size and thoroughness of the background material sent by Branstetter & Sparks to his office. I especially appreciate Dr. Laura's lovely sense of humor and her patience with a guy who was often unsure "which line of letters is clearer."

We have been patients here for over 15 years. We LOVE Dr Branstetter! Last year my son was away at college and saw an optometrist there, when he left, he said never again. They were fine clinically, however, they were not Dr. Branstetter! He made a trip home this year to see her.

We have been going to this eye doctor for over twenty years. Dr Sparks does a great job and is very entertaining. The staff is very nice and professional. They have great deals in contacts. They have a huge selection of frames to chose from. They would be perfect if they had more specials to save you money on glasses. We always have a great experience at this office. Dr Branstetter even met us there after hours when my daughter had something in her eye that was scratching it. Wonderful place!

Our whole family of 4 has been a patient of Dr Branstetter for many years. The office staff you see first are all so nice and make you feel comfortable. The other staff that have their jobs to test you before you see Dr Branstetter do an excellent job as well. Once you see Dr Branstetter you will understand why she is awesome. She is so friendly and is caring and thorough and I love visiting this office. She makes you feel as if you have known her for a long time which we all have.

Friendly, hospitable place for your vision needs. You don't feel like you're getting assembly line care but rather personalized service. The staff is knowledgable, polite and seem concerned that you enjoy your visit. Dr. Branstetter is very competent and puts you at ease right off the bat. She's quick and thorough so that your time in the "chair" is quite short. I definitely recommend this place for your vision needs. Skip the optical (glasses) department.

I had my annual eye exam at this office today (my 1st time here), and all I can say is Wow! I've never had such a thorough eye exam in my life! The appointment lasted about 2 hours (I don't think I've ever had an exam last more than 30 minutes), but they tested everything imaginable and seemed to actually care about my eye health and vision.

The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a "floater" in one eye, and Dr. Carr gave me a mini class, complete with visual aids, on what causes that and what problems to watch for. I'm so impressed; I'll never have my eye exams anywhere else from now on.

I have gone to Dr Branstetter for quite a few years now. My first experience was wonderful and she is the first optometrist to help me to see better. The office is always very clean and the staff is super nice. I have NEVER had any problems with anyone in this office. They are all professional and helpful. I have seen several optometrist in my years and NONE compare to this office. Need an optometrist, go here!

When you arrive at the Branstetter & Sparks building, you are impressed by the professional building and the care given to the property. Once inside you are met by staff that is courteous and kind, anxious to help. Your appointment time is honored. And the care you receive shows expertise and skill in their field, but is presented to you in the language you can understand.

Then as you leave, the staff makes you feel like it has been a pleasure to provide your care. If you are looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend Dr Branstetter and her staff.
