I wouldn't recommend coming here in all honesty. They really just try to get you in and out as quick as they can. If something else happens to you while they were caring for you, they are quick to just pass the buck telling you to go see a primary care doctor. If you get scans etc they won't call you to check in like a normal caring human being would do. They just will say come make an appointment to discuss it. I don't know if my experience was just a bad one but I don't like this place one bit.

A few things about this medical office staff. Rude, unprofessional, delays patient care, fails to follow up with patients in a timely manner, argumentative with the patient where the office manager by the name of Dawn decided to rudely hang up on me. Fails to address patient's complaint and concerns by turning things around and making it personal by blaming me as the patient for becoming upset for having me wait 5 months without a follow up. Fails to transfer my call to the patient advocate or better yet, failed to provide me with patient advocate office contact number and disconnected the call by hanging up on me.
Mean while no accountability in place for their staff failure to follow up with me to continue with my care. 5 months waiting for thus office to properly handle patient care in a timely manner.

Front desk staff got me an appointment with a doctor here after I explained my entire medical situation. Drove all the way up here only to have the doctor tell me "ah, I am the guy you go to for knee replacements, why are you here for sports medicine? I can't help you. Why did you set up an appointment with me?" Sure, pass the blame along to me for the ineptitude of your front desk staff.
