Dr. Jones then began practicing in Truckee, California in 1991, and in 1993 he moved to the Rogue Valley where he worked in a group practice. We are so glad we found Dr Jones and Kids Clinic years ago. Anytime we need an appointment we are able to get one for the same day. So many dr offices around here don't seem to be able to make that happen. Also the staff- from receptionists, billing, nurses etc have always been personable, professional and very attentive. The level of care and concern they have for their patients and families is beyond compare and have earned a very appreciative and loyal family here (w 3 kids). So, we had a handful of shots needed for one of the kiddos, and after expressing concerns of past febrile seizures we came up w a plan to only do 2 or so at a time over the course of a few months.
The Drs don't ever push things on parents and talk treatments, diagnoses, and ideas through to formulate the best plan for each kid/family. That's something that needs to be common in medical practice but sadly is lacking.but not at kids clinic, that is the standard. The staff truly care about their patients.

Both the doctor and the PA are suer nice, very informative and great with kids. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as the medical assistants. One of the assistants particularly is awesome, her name is Melissa and she is thee best with kids. Just the best assistant anywhere! The wait is never long. Theres a slide, toys and games in the waiting area which are unique to typical offices.
The location great. Lots of parking. Easy to get to. The ONLY thing I don't like about this place is that there is not a "sick waiting room" and a "well waiting room". I would recommend and will return.
