Complete Vision Center

I would highly recommended Dr. Thompson. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and present - best care I've received in over a decade. Glad I made the switch to Complete Vision Center. As someone who values innovation- it was great to see an office embracing new technology to improve the care and comfort of patients as well.

I am a new patient to the office and I'm currently under Dr Cleveland's care. I found him to be very professional and thorough and appreciated the time and consideration he and his assistant gave to my questions and concerns. I truly appreciate their care. The front office staff are equally wonderful to work with. I'm new to glasses and don't feel confident selecting the right frames to fit my face, but was given assistance and feedback until I felt confident about my final selection. I can't wait to get my new glasses

This place is a breath of fresh air when it comes to my yearly eye check up. They have very friendly staff who ask all of the questions in the nicest way possible. And the use high tech equipment to take extra photos of your eyes for inspection. And when it comes to picking out a frame they're honest and provide you with the break downs of what you need and want.

Dr. Thompson is hands down one of the best care providers I've ever had: she always makes time to listen, answer my questions, and I never feel rushed. The techs and staff reflect this same attitude: they are gracious with their time, responsive, and professional. The most incredible people work here! The doctor didn't make me feel bad that I scheduled an acute care appointment that resulted in me finding out that I had makeup stuck in my eye and was irritating it. From the front desk to the tech and doctor, Everyone was exceptional.
