Amazing staff, peaceful atmosphere and a great selection of frames to choose from. Technician, Grace, was there to check me in and run me through all of the procedures. I was impressed with her job performance. She is fantastic!

First time here and Dr. Cynthia Strawn and her Staff were all very welcoming. Yes, eye exam may be a little expensive but worth it as they also take a picture of your eye and then Dr. Strawn went over it with me and explained everything about my eye. The Optician that I saw was Lenora and she was so patient ( there are at least 3 opticians in the office the day I was in) as I must have gone through 25-30 pairs of glasses This is definitely my new place to go for my eye exam and glasses as with my prescription I never received my glasses so fast and vision is a lot clearer than with other places I have been!

Keizer Vision Source is an amazing place to shop for eye glasses. It is amazing because you are treated like royalty! Their customer service is superior. I can get frames anywhere. But only here do I feel like a queen!

The experience is different than pre pandemic. Get an appointment, arrive 15 minutes early, park, call to check in once you get there. You can expect a friendly staff as usual. Always helpful and you don't feel rushed. My Doctor is very good and helpful, explaining any and all concerns I may have. Very thorough examination. I recommend KVS to everyone. My wife and I are very happy with them.

I have been very pleased with Keizer Vision Source over the past several years that I've been going. Dr Strawn is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. I've had a few emergencies and she has been able to help me immediately and get referred quickly to a specialist when my issue became more complicated. The staff is also friendly and professional. I'm very happy with Keizer Vision Source.

Just recently began visiting Keizer Vision Source for my optometry needs, and it's been an up and down relationship. My first visit saw me waiting at the receptionist desk for over 5 minutes, which was unattended, with staff walking by paying no attention that I wasn't being assisted. Dr. MacRae and the technician that took my tests were very friendly and informative.

The follow up tech who provided me with the contact lenses quotes struggled to answer my questions about the associated fees and services, which caused some initial confusion and frustration. When I emailed them at a later day to proceed with one of the quotes, I never got a response back. I've since called, where they apologized for the lack of response and got me scheduled with my fittings. Hopefully going forward things pickup, as the setup and the majority of my interactions have been positive.

My first experience with Keizer Vision Source was great. I had an eye exam and shopped for new frames. Everyone was very kind and happy. I didn't know what frames to get. I looked on my own for a while, but when I finally let someone help me she found me the perfect frames in two seconds. They have a nice selection on frames too.

I've never been here before and they were very welcoming. I already had a prescription for glasses, I just wanted to browse for frames. Kelly was amazing. She explained which frames would work best with my face shape, gave me a bunch of options to choose from, and helped me narrow it down to the winning pair! I didn't feel like I had "choice paralysis" because Kelly helped me narrow down my options. Definitely will go back next time I need frames! Crystal

I was a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I decided to try soft contacts, and was re-assured several times that they would be covered by insurance. Well, the contacts didn't work for my vision, and they weren't covered by insurance. I complained at the office and was told everything would be taken care of. Now, six months later, I receive a collections notice. Not a single bill was sent after I spoke to them. I loved Dr. Gaynor, but I will never come back to this place.

I can't seem to get the staff to notify me of when my glasses are available to pick up. I have verified that my correct phone number(s) are recorded. I've been told that I was called, but I don't have a record of the calls. This has continued for the last 3 years, with my annual exams and new glasses. This lack of notification has coincided with Dr. Gaynor's retirement. To be fair, doctors Strawn and MacRae are very caring and proficient. I will give this office one more chance before searching for different vision care.

I have been a customer of Keizer Vision Source for at least 10 years now. I have purchased both glasses & contacts with them. They are always helpful, they always know me by name, knowledgeable, and they ALL have such great attitudes when it comes to my "complaints" or indecisiveness when it comes time to pick out a new pair of frames or contacts.

They are always friendly & willing to help. I am seen Dr. Straum for almost 6 years and she is amazing and always works through any issues I am having with my vision! I would highly recommend this company. I love them.
