I called everyday and left messages for an entire week, and I never got a call back. Nobody answers the phone, It's just straight to voicemail. I called after hours, and the cardiologist answered and told me to call during the day to schedule. I ended up having to get a new referral for my dad.

I credit Dr Gandhock with saving my life. Other dr said "my heart would not/could not stand" my life saving surgery, Dr Gandhock said "it will, I know her heart." I am alive because of him. Thank you Dr G, I am 83, and loving living.

Polite, organized, welcoming staff. Easy parking. Happy with the care a family member is receiving here. Quick response to phone messages.

Staff doesn't listen to your needs, communication between staff is the worst I've seen in a medical office, very disorganized care, and you are required to reinvent the wheel with each you speak with, as no notes seem to be taken. Would not advise using this office if you care about your well-being and care.

Recently met with Dr. Gandhok. Very kind. Explained things well. Made me feel at ease about an upcoming procedure that I will be having. Staff super friendly.

My doctor was Dr. Patel. The office is wonderful the staff is wonderful but be very careful at this particular doctor. He's Very much invested into doing a heart ablation's because it is big money. But your aftercare will be horrible. I was supposed to be seen by him three weeks later for follow up and he changed it to three months and in between that time just a week and a half after my surgery, I found myself back in the hospital With complications.

The hospital said it was very important to be followed up with my doctor within one week. But his office told me that he has a tight schedule and could not be seen for a month I continued for the next week having horrible heart problems. I try to get a referral to OHSU and it's been ongoing trying to get their office to get Dr. Patel to sign the release to have me go to OHSU.

This doctor has no interest in your health his only interest Is in the big money of the insurance companies That will pay him for the surgeries and then he's done with you after the surgery. You're worthless to him after that point. I never write reviews, and I don't know how long my heart will hold out, I just find it extremely important to get this review out so that somebody else might be able to find someone that will care about before and after surgery

Dr. Patel has been my cardiologist for five years. He takes time to listen, is thorough, and caring. He just did a loop recorder implantation and did an excellent job: I had no pain or infection from the procedure. The entire office staff and medical staff at Cascade Cardiology are outstanding: always cheerful, helpful, and positive.

We no longer are a patient at this clinic due to the poor post operative care my husband received. After 3 trips to the ER due to problems that came up and no return phone calls we decided this was not the kind of care my husband Needed. Total lack of communication.

After many years of very positive experiences things appear to have changed. Communication appears to be difficult and information not provided. No longer have confidence in practice.

Dr. Azadpour is outstanding. He listens carefully and gives thorough, thoughtful answers to questions. I'm very lucky to have him as my cardiologist.

A well-staffed clinic. I've spent many anxious hours here and have yet to meet a staff person who was not civil and empathetic. They have blankets, drinks and snacks for those procedures where you're in the clinic for hours. My cardiologist has an old-school bedside manner, and is willing to listen to keep prescription costs down. For heavy-duty cardiac issues needing diagnostics or surgery, I feel confident in this clinic's praxis.

For hypertension alone I would not seek out this clinic. In titrating my medications there have been miscommunications twice now, and for this I have knocked off two stars. Usually I can get a same-day telephone response to my concerns. The offices are at the Meridian building. Parking can be tight. For first-time patients, I do recommend reconnoitering the neighborhood for parking options.

There is a small lot accessed off Commercial on the NE corner of the building, with slots dedicated to Cascade Cardiology. A larger lot accessed off Mission, SW of the building, takes all comers but I have often found it filled. Sometimes, if you're in a rush, just pony up for the metered parking on the north side of Mission, next to the building.

Appts always late, but the man saved my life! Open heart surgery was needed

Dr. Patel and his staff off exceptional patient care and his reputation as the top electrophysiologist is Salem! His device tech Kamela is so thorough. She really cares about your comfort and explained every step of the way!

I had a great experience here. I had an 830 apt and was seen at about 840, they immediately had an assistant come start running some tests and asked a bunch of questions about my symptoms and what brought me in. Then before I saw the doc, a medical student who was working there came in and talked to me. His name was Cliff and he was awesome. Super in depth and thorough.

He gave me a ton of information about what he thought it might be, what the doctor might suggest, and gave me a real peace of mind that they were looking at every possibility. Then Doctor Azadpour came in and basically everything Cliff said was spot on. All in all they spent about an hour and a half with me, and I was only alone for maybe 15 min of it. I felt very taken care of and left feeling confident that everything was going to be ok. Cliff was great! The doctor was great! 10/10 highly recommend.

Was referred the to establish care in this area. My first impression was that it was a decent place. Then I was checking in and the young lady had quite the snotty look on her face had an attitude to match. Trust me smiling and friendliness goes a long way. As I was sitting and waiting I started smelling urine. and was slightly gagging. I asked the unhappy clerk to use the bathroom and she pointed to the door next to her desk.

I walked in and about knocked over, there was pee all over the floor. I immediately told the girl about the problem, she just looked at me said thank you and continue what she was doing. I waited for 45 minutes for my appointment and the whole time not one person went into the bathroom to clean it up. eww! the Doctor seemed ok, no issues really with them.yet.

This place is the worst! Typical for them to leave you in the little room for more than an hour. This was on all three of my visits. It seems they just stack up the patient's, this place is all about PROFIT!
