Pediatric Partnership - Jill Ryland

We love Dr. Ryland! She has seen all 4 of my children for years. This is a great practice that is small enough to know the children and the parents by name. Yet they are big enough to get same day appointments. Dr. Ryland and her staff has guided us through common sickness as well as help us through more complicated illness. They have helped navigate through asthma, allergies, concussions, and kept the shots up to date. I trust Dr. Ryland and her staff with my children's health! I am very grateful we found such a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician!

My daughter is 2 months old and every time we come in to see Dr. Ryland, we leave at ease knowing that she is in good care. We love this place. Dr. Ryland and all nurses are very knowledgeable and nice. Even thou it is very far from our house. The long drive is worth it. Our daughter is thriving with good health and happy.

Took my son today for his 18 month appointment, we love the staff but i decided to write a review after a year and a half of going here because of their newest doctor, Dr. Kumar! We absolutely LOVED her! She's so sweet, and got right on my sons level and he was smitten with her immediately. The doctors at this practice are seriously top notch, they truly love what they do!

The staff at Pediatric Partnership is lovely. We have been at this practice since 2010 and have felt safe and genuinely cared for. The administrative staff, nurses and physicians are top notch. Dr Ryland is a gem!

We have been patients of Dr. Ryland for about 16 years. My daughter who is 18 now was seeing another pediatrician in the Richmond area. She became sick and I took her to the doctor and they said she was ok. I was taking her to daycare the next day and she became sick again along with a nose bleed, so we ended up at my work and the doctor gave her an antibiotic and referred us to Dr. Ryland.

Before we were able to see Dr. Ryland my daughter ended up in the ER. Once we were able to see Dr. Ryland she figured out what was going on with my daughter. She had Reactivate Airway Disease. She was treated and we have been seeing her every since. My other daughter who will be 15 in a month has been seeing her since she was born and absolutely loves Dr. Ryland. She is a great pediatrician and if you are looking for a pediatrician I highly recommend her.

Amazing practice! My daughter is 9 months old and has been seeing Dr. Ryland since birth. She is very informative and knowledgeable about her patients. Her nurse is one of our favorites! We had a mixup with the scheduling and they worked around it to make sure my daughter was seen and given her vaccinations that day. They always work with you and try to schedule you in quickly when you need to come in for an emergency sick visit.

I have an 11 year old as well who has seen numerous different pediatric Dr's and I am so fortune to have come across Pediatric Partnership. They truly care about your child (their patients) and the staff is amazing and very friendly!

Very pleasant and personable staff! Dr Amy was wonderful. Saw Dr Ryland as we were leaving and spoke to us and even asked about other kids that were not present! That speaks volumes to me! This group is the absolute best in my book!

Dr Ryland is amazing. She has been my 3 children's doctor. Two of them are getting too old for her office and can't imagine any other doctor than Dr Ryland. Office staff is great and never have a long wait.

My children have been coming here for 6 years, since my first born was 3 months old. Our first visit was actually a sick visit. Dr. Ryland listened to me and my concerns, set a plan of action and my son was better within a week. I remember her telling my son that he was "so happy for being sick". I knew Pediatric Partnership was the place for us when we came back for the follow-up, she commented that he was "still happy for being sick".

I knew then that she remembered us and it wasn't from notes written in a chart. I love the intimate feel of a smaller practice where you can see the same Doctor each visit. When my daughter had RSV at 5 weeks old, Dr. Ryland thoroughly checked her and recommended for her go be admitted to the hospital. Since her oxygen was so low, she had to be transported by ambulance.

Before I could even start crying Dr. Ryland hugged me and said the most compassionate things that immediately made me calm down. She called the hospital that evening and the next day to check on my daughter. I've yet to meet such a caring, thoughtful and amazing Doctor.
