The place freaking gorgeous! and clean! and staff are outstanding w/ exception of the Receptionist check-in information. She didn't know what she was doing in the system and because of her lock of knowledge I was that process for about 2 hours! - BUT Mrs. Marie from mammogram did an awesome job I was painless, she's great! Other hand Dr. Louis is awesome it was my first time only because of these amazing ladies Mrs. Marie and Dr. Louise giving a 5 stars and the staff on SECOND floor make me feel so welcome thank you!

They have a super efficient set up that gets people to their appointments quickly! I was only going for gynecologic care, not obstetrics, so I was happy everything was so professional and that there weren't baby photos plastered all over the walls. I was initially super nervous as it was my first gyno appointment ever but I was surprised at how quick and painless it was! Dr. Lewis made me feel at ease and brought such a positive energy, she listened to me and never once made me feel uncomfortable or ignored. Definitely sticking with her as my doctor!

First of all, the new office is ridiculous. So gorgeous and the thought that went into it - wow. Check in was long - but im a new patient. Receptionist didn't talk to me so I was mildly panicking the whole time, especially with the big sign talking about money, so it was a little intimidating not knowing what was going on. Every nurse I dealt with was incredible, Dr McMorrow was amazing.

I came prepared with like a full blown essay, research and thoroughly thought out reasons and justifications and ready to argue for this procedure, and it was the easiest, smoothest appointment ever. The pink flower gowns are such a nice touch (I didn't use them this visit. But I'm a woman, I've been to many obgyn appointments and I've had a baby, so I loved that touch).

I am so thrilled vpfw will be doing this procedure for me, and even though my primary does my yearly visits, I may be switching after this visit. This was just such an easy, nice trip.

My experience with this practice has been horrible. The only reason I'm still going is because of Dr Pound; the few minutes you get with him are almost worth all the stress the office puts on you. I call needing birth control or prescriptions and it takes a week. I have one payment come up declined and they're calling me THAT day not two hours after they open.

I don't trust any other doctors I've seen here; I've had tests done against my knowledge. The front desk people have some type of control complex, no compassion. Every now and again I'll get a nurse who is patient and caring, but the majority of the time. so, if you need assistance of any kind or have any trust issues. make your own judgement. I'm not fully sure I'll stay with them even for the duration of my pregnancy, much less just seeing them for my annual. I'm really let down in a case where I should feel comforted and happy.

Dr. Colton is the best doctor I've ever had. She has the best table side manner and does such an excellent job with patient education. The front desk and check in staff are friendly as well!

I arrived early, and expected to wait until my appointment time. But I was taken back almost immediately, and waited only a short time before seeing my doctor. This was my first visit to their new facility and I was very impressed. It is very bright, cheerful and comfortable. The entire visit went smoothly and efficiently. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Ingrid Prosser for over a decade and have always been very satisfied with her level of expertise and genuine care for her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Prosser to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN in Richmond or Midlothian who is highly knowledgeable and caring toward her patients.

Dr. Tuckey-Laurus is a wonderful doctor that explains everything very well and has a wit about her that helps put the patient at ease. The only thing I think could improve is to have somewhere that someone that rode with the patient could wait, vice being told to go wait in their vehicle. Other than that exemplary service as always!

Had an appt at the new location on Koger after going to Prince George for so long and the staff greeted me with smiles and connection! Wing able to feel comfortable in a new place is a priority for me and they met that! So thankful to have r a great group of people! As always, Dr Pound is a favorite of mine out of the 4 Dr's I've had! So thankful for him!

He's patient, kind, checks up on you, listens to you, gives his time and undivided attention, and voice tone is phenomenal. Makes appts a little bit easier during such a time for women.

Had my first appt today and I already love this office. Everyone is very nice and professional. The building is beautiful and modern. Dr Olsen and her nurse are amazing! Definitely will recommend to all those in search of an ob/gyn
