Our Dermatology providers treat patients of all ages for problems of the skin, hair and nails. Our dermatologists provide complete skin checks for skin cancer and pre-cancerous conditions. These skin checks are recommended annually by the American Academy of Dermatology. We provide comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment appropriate to each patient's condition.
Chemical Peels TCA, Glycolics and Jessner's peels to differing depths. Botox is a non-invasive procedure to decrease facial wrinkles produced by muscle contractions. See noticeable results with no surgery and no recovery time. The procedure is safe & simple enough to be performed in a few minutes. Forehead, eyes, nose, chin, mouth & neck are commonly treated areas.

In fact, a 2002 study conducted by the American Academy of Dermatology found that an overwhelming majority of Americans who have undergone surgical procedures in a physician's office were pleased with the experience and felt the setting was reassuring.
Office visits are by appointment only. Out of respect for those with scheduled appointments, it is not possible to see walk-in patients. Return appointments normally will be made as you are leaving the office. A consent to treat a minor form must be on file if the minor will not be accompanied by and parent or legal guardian.

Although I got an appointment quickly and the office staff was very nice and professional, I was overall dissatisfied with my visit. I was told my doctor was about 20 minutes behind, which I completely understand. Things happen. There was a sign in the waiting room apologizing for any delay and stating that they give all patients as much time as they need.
I got into a room 35 minutes after my appointment time - still not mad about that. My nurse was very nice. However, I can't say I'm a fan of Dr. Tran. This was my first appointment with her. It felt like she was rushing through and drilling me for answers and explanations, when I was seeking clarification myself. I honestly felt completely dismissed in my concerns that brought me in.
I chose to not even go through with Dr. Tran investigating my other reason for coming in. I guess she was trying to make up her time by getting through quickly with me, but I won't be back as a result. The other doctors may be completely different, but I won't be making another appointment to find out. The two stars are for the office staff and the nurse.

I'm writing this from the waiting room. After sitting here for 35 minutes, I go to ask what the hold up is. I'm told they are running 50 minutes behind, which is completely unacceptable. The fact that this was known to them upon my arrival, but not communicated to the patients who are waiting is very disrespectful. I understand things can run late, but almost an hour?
What about the people who have to pick up children, return to their jobs, people who have other appointments? This is very unprofessional. If you are thinking of coming here, I'd reconsider. Go anywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit today. Friendly and efficient run office. I didn't have to wait to be seen. Wonderful assistant and Doctor. My doctor of 25 years retired and I had put off finding a new one for a couple of years. I was over due and happy I have found Affiliated Dermatology. Thank you.

I called to scheduled an appointment 12/03/2020 and the receptionist advised that I needed to pay a $50 deposit for my appt since I missed an appt in 2018. Actually 1st she told me I owed $50 for a bill and I asked what bill and why have I not gotten anything in the mail since I have not moved. She then placed me on hold for about 15 mins and said billing told her I did not owe a bill but that I missed an appt in march & dec of 2018.- NOT that I did not pay the missed appt fees or that I owed money or take to long to pay.
But that I missed an appt in the year of 2018. Umm it has been two years and what do I need to give you a deposit for as long as I pay the missed fees? Have all called and complained about no, and I have wonderful insurance and I have never had a return payment nor have I ever went to any type of collections. This is terrible service and I am going to a new dermatologist. Will be going to new Dermatologist 12/22.

All I can say is keep your receipts and ask a lot of questions regarding billing. I was hit with a random $140 office charge that no one ever mentioned nor included on any of my bills while I was in the office. I will not be returning, it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional visit in my opinion.

Dr. Tran and staff were amazing. I had a 7:50 AM appointment and was leaving the office by 8:39 and that includes having a thorough full body skin check, one biopsy taken and she also removed 10-15 skin tags. She was friendly and direct to the point, which I appreciated. She was interested in my personal life ( it had been 6 years since I had seen her ) and how things were at my work.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Tran to anyone. The front desk staff were great at screening for COVID and I was checked in with ease. There are a lot of reviews about the wait time, but having an appointment first thing in the morning is the way to go! It is understandable that she may fall behind as the day goes on.

DO NOT APPLY for a position with this company. They're hiring for a provider by the name of Dr. Wu, who is a very selfish provider. Right from the start I was judged by an all female staff, told to me by management. I was even told that some of the girls didn't like me after only working for a day. Dr. Wu has went thought over 25 nurses. The turnover rate here is very high and management constantly brings it up and the employees laugh about it. Dr. Wu brought me unto her team letting me work with her for a few hours and then decided that I wasn't going to work out.
I was asked by one of the employees how was my training going and when I told her I was fired for telling her *talk about a setup question*. At some point it got to an provided who stirred it all up and made a mess of it. At some point Dr. Wu and management have to take the nurses that they bring on feelings into consideration and stop wasting peoples time.
This is a very cold place to work for. Being judged by all females, some you look in the face speak to them and they will not speak back. Management knows this but seems to think its okay even to judgment *if she could look me in my face and tell me that they what they did it*. Can you imagine having to go home and tell your family *kids* that you got fired after working only a day? Management and Dr. We don't seem to care.

Dr, Blakey and her staff are the most personable and professional staff I have met in a long time. Dr. Blakey is wonderful and thorough and her staff is so warm and welcoming. I only wish they practiced primary care instead of just dermatology because I would choose them in a second to be my full time providers.
