I've been a patient at Krauss Dermatology for many years, and I would like to share my experience with Dr. Krauss. She has an exceptional patient-centered approach. She is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and ensures I am aware of all options along my care pathway. She makes me, a long time patient of hers, confident in her care. Every procedure is designed to minimize inconvenience and the results are amazing.

I highly recommend Dr. Krauss to my family and friends and they became her patients as well. Regarding the office service there, the office staff is beyond my expectations - they are very polite and patient-oriented.

My experiences at Krauss Dermatology have all been truly wonderful. Dr. Krauss herself is kind, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone who works there is equally great - from the nurses and medical assistants to the front desk staff. Every time I call or visit, the staff bend over backwards to help me select the appropriate products or answer my questions, and I couldn't ask for more from a cosmetic dermatology practice.

They won't try to sell you products or services you don't need, but they will listen to you and do their best to help. I highly recommend Krauss Dermatology to anyone looking for unparalleled service.

This office is very professionally run and has a great staff, including many talented clinicians.

Dr Krauss' practice is top notch. I, and my family, have been very happy with each doctor we've visited for annual skin checks and other dermatological concerns.

No emergency appointments for long time patients. Soon as they can see you if you have a problem is four months away.

Charged $600+ for a simple skin screening; no operation or great insight given, nor I was informed that I was out-of-network. Would heartily not recommend both for reasons of cost and of expertise. There are many dermatologists in the Greater Boston area, fortunately, and I would suggest going to anyone else.

I have been seeing Dr. Krauss for almost 20 years now. She is by far one of the best doctors I have known. She is extremely knowledgable, keeps up with the latest technology and innovations and has a warm and compassionate demeanor. She caught a medical issue, (Raynauds), my PC missed, and over the years I have turned to her for cosmetic procedures like Botox, fillers and IPL-- she has an artists eye when it comes to these enhancements.

I never look like I've had anything 'done'- instead I look refreshed and revived. I appreciate her candor as well; she has discouraged me from doing procedures I asked for because she didn't think I would be happy with the results. I love that she goes above and beyond too, she brings her A game and arsenal of technology to every visit. Her website is an amazing resource and indicative of the kind of meticulous care you get here.

As she has expanded her practice over the years it has gotten even better. The office is well run, and everyone from the front office to the assistants exudes a courteous, warm and professional manner. I have seen other doctors here too and been very happy with all of my experiences at Krauss Dermatology.

I was more than pleased with my experience at Krauss dermatology. As a retired physician, I am not only interested in the knowledge and approach of the physician, but also the professionalism of the treating doctor as well as the staff. Dr. Krauss' office is all of the above and is efficient and friendly. The reason I decided to write this review was I had had this same medical procedure at a large academic medical center in Boston and had a very different experience.

My appointment there felt very rushed and I was treated by a resident. I would not have objected to that at all if they had asked me first. I give Dr. Krauss and her office 5 stars.

Dr. Krauss has been my dermatologist for nearly two decades. Her level of knowledge in the most up to date cosmetic procedures is unsurpassed. I would not trust my skin care in the hands of another professional. My three young adults are patients of Dr. Wise and are just as satisfied. Highly recommend Krauss Dermatology.

After seeing Dr. Krauss for many years, I can't imagine trusting my skin to any other doctor. Her experience and expertise, professional and reassuring manner, and her superb judgment and skill, have always produced the best results for me. I've referred many friends over the years; they've all been equally satisfied.

I have been seeing Dr. Krauss for probably eight years and my boys all see other doctors in the practice. They are thorough, nice, timely, have a great staff, and really keep our skin looking great. If you are curious about cosmetic procedures they offer everything under the sun and never push you to do things. Highly recommended.

Living in Boston, it is easy to find a doctor that has impressive medical credentials like Dr. Norden, but to compliment it with excellent bedside manner and patient care is hard to find. Dr. Pamela Norden was the 3rd dermatologist I saw since moving to Boston in 2001. She has now been my doctor for the past 8 years and I've been very impressed with her knowledge and attentive care.

Over the years, several family members have all been patients of Dr. Norden's. Her professionalism and expertise are the reasons Dr. Norden will continue to be our dermatologist of choice for years to come.

I really like coming here - specifically to see Dr. Norden (worth the drive). She's very thorough, a good listener and detail oriented. I really appreciate that Dr. Norden doesn't dismiss any question or concern - no matter how small or minor you may think it is - and she always explains very thoroughly why she's recommending a particular course of action or treatment plan (I appreciate her clear communication). Dr. Norden is the best dermatologist that I have ever had - and she doesn't hesitate to test anything that looks suspicious or that she wants confirmation about.

My prior dermatologist waited over 18 months to test a suspicious spot on my nose and it turned out to be Basal Cell Carcinoma, requiring painful MOHs surgery and a skin graft. I feel like Dr. Norden is proactive, thorough and wouldn't hesitate to test something sketchy. One other little thing that I LOVE about this doctor. I had some weird rough patch on my elbow that I had for years that I mentioned in passing during one of our appts. and the doctor gave me a couple of small free samples of this cream that cleared it right up in no time (like miraculously).I later found out from my pharmacy that this miracle cream typically costs hundreds (literally hundreds) of dollars and most insurance companies don't cover it.

This one small gesture from the doctor saved me a ton of $. However, (more importantly) Dr. Norden saw a way she could solve a relatively minor problem, acted proactively and didn't try to write me out a costly prescription when she had some samples readily available to help me. That's how Dr. Norden rolls. Can't beat that.

Patient for 10+ years. Most trusted, friendly group of physicians/ staff i've EVER encountered. From mole removal, to state-of-the art cosmetic procedures, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Norden is an perfectionist and a true "artist ". Also, a curious scientist always learning and sharing the latest and greatest treatments for all skin conditions. Thanks!
