Flagstaff Pediatrics Care

We love dr Austin. But unfortunately we have to see dr Jeremy the nurse practitioner when the kids get sick. My son had white spots on his throat, it was sore and red and then had complained of an ear ache. Dr Jeremy said he couldn't see the white spots and said he had some fluid in his ears but everything but due to his allergies being inflamed. He sent him home with nothing. later my son got worse with running a fever.

I had to take him to the er and he did in fact have a throat and ear infection. The negligence my kid received from this man is disgusting. He's suppose to help kids not turn them away! I will never let him near my children again

Dr. Austin has been my daughter's physician since she was a day old. She will be 11 in march. I trust her life with him. He is absolutely amazing and we also really like Jeremy. But today was not a good experience with the staff. Very disappointing I even didn't get so much as a goodbye at the end of our conversation TWICE. I won't go into details! STILL I will always go to Dr. Austin and Always give a great recommendation. But not to the staff in the front office.

Dr. Witt is FANTASTIC! She answered all my questions and concerns with detailed information and also gave me all the information I would need going forward with my daughter's care! Definitely love this doctors office!

My kids love it here! Therefore I love it here. Although we miss Dr. Stewart. Dr. Austin is just as amazing. Very knowledgeable, and he is so kind to my children. My son has CRS and he also sees the other Dr. Austin which I believe they are father and son but he's comfortable with both.

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Bring both the kids here to see Dr. Austin (who is amazing!) Everyone is very attentive and helpful--which is comforting when you're bringing in your newborn! Thank you everyone at Flagstaff Pediatric!

Dr. Austin is an absolute TREASURE. How lucky I feel for my daughter to be able to be in his care. He is gentle, kind and so loving towards children. Often times I go to an appointment and he answers my questions and concerns before I even have to mention them! What a wonderful soul -- someone who truly deserves to work with children.

Great staff, always on schedule. I've taken all four of my kids here. The PA, Jeremy, always remembers my kids and asks about their well being as well as their health.

I absolutely love the doctors here and the nurse practitioner! My kids have been going here for the past 8 years and they are just wonderful. The only downside is that North Country is now doing the billing and they mess it up more often than not.

Both my daughters have been going here since birth, over five years. We all love Dr. Austin. He is a great pediatrician; kind, supportive, and very knowledgable. We are very happy at Flag Peds.

No. Go to Mountain View with your children. Flag Pediatrics missed that my son needed ear tubes for the first 2 years of his life.recurring ear infections were treated with antibiotics. My son has a speech delay because of this oversight by several doctors.
