4/6/2022 Brock Venman PA-C is joining our practice next week! Brock graduated from Malone University in Canton, Ohio with a BA in Exercise Science in 2017. Brock is looking forward to having the opportunity to partner with patients to promote healthy lifestyles and help treat and prevent disease. After growing up in Ohio, he is looking forward to living in Flagstaff, Arizona and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, running, skiing, and playing with his puppy. Allison brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field to her new role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Services
Our office will provide you with 24 hour support. The role of this service is to provide information or recommendations that may avert the need for an emergency room visit, or to sustain you until your primary care provider is available. To reach this service, please call our office at 928-774-2788, and you will speak to our answering service.
East Flagstaff Family Medicine accepts most major insurance policies. We recommend that our patients contact their insurance company prior to their visit to verify coverage for medical services provided by our office. Office visit copay's and deductible amounts are due at the time of service. We will do our best to bill insurance on behalf of our patients, but it is the patients responsibility to be aware of their insurance coverage and benefits.

Sarah was awful. I went to get tested for strep throat. She asked if I had been vaccinated and when I said no she treated me like garbage. She didn't even have decency to look at my throat. When she swabbed my throat she didn't even touch my tonsils, barely touched my tongue (I've dealt with strep since I was a child I know how the test should feel).
She came out told me it was negative, told me I have to get a covid test and should get a breathing monitor. I don't have covid. I just got tested for strep at an Urgent Care and It came back positive.

I've only been here once, but was their patient for nearly a year, and it was a great experience. The staff was wonderful and the visit didn't take long at all. Had a good doctor too. I really wish this place had a lab and accepted AHCCCS state insurance, the reason for the 3/5 stars. I had a bad experience with the lab that my doctor wanted me to go to, and I never went there again.
I never completed the lab that my doctor wanted done, which caused issues between her and I. She shortened the supply of my anxiety meds and I didn't know why until I needed more (originally thought it was due to insurance change). Because I was out of town, I couldn't just make an appointment and see her since I was several states away. I learned a lot from this, and I admit that it's my fault and not hers, but it was just horrible timing.
I do wish she would of warned me ahead of time of why she shortened my supply of meds though, I'm not sure if the pharmacy even knew about that or not. Besides that, I do recommend this place. Overall, I did have a great doctor and this clinic has been a great one.

Terrible place. I took my wife to the doctors appt that she had at nine am. We Were instructed to get there at 8:45 am; so we did. It wasn't until 9:15 that my wife even received a packet after standing outside in the sun until they called her in. At 9:20 she submitted her packet that she had to fill out only for them to tell her they don't accept her insurance.
Even though we asked if they did. that was the main question we asked three different doctors offices. We wouldn't of set an appt if they would of just said no. I don't know. From what she said they weren't too friendly about it neither. Waste of time. and time is money. I had to take off of work to make this possible since we only have one vehicle.

I finally found a doctor that I love and he's moving! I truly hope that East Flagstaff Family Medicine gives Dr. Andy Conboy the chance to work remotely with his patients that he has built a relationship with. He is so incredibly personable and it is apparent that he genuinely cares for his patients. He is someone that I trust and look forward to my visits with. While I wish him the best, I do wish that I get the opportunity to continue seeing him.

I have been a patient for over 2 years and am extremely satisfied with both the receptionists staff and the physicians. I used to be Andy's patient and absolutely loved him! When he left I had to switch to Sara and I could not be happier. She is extremely knowledgeable, gets straight to the point while listening carefully to everything you have to say. She never rushes you even when she is extremely busy. Very result-oriented and super smart! Thank you guys for being the best doctors office in Flagstaff

Dr. Croft and his staff helped me more than words can say. I came in last year with a mysterious nerve pain. They worked with me to try and solve the problem before referring me to a specialist. Everyone in their office was friendly, takes the time to listen, and their patient care is phenomenal. Dr. Croft called me personally to follow up after seeing the other doctor, and after my surgery. I can't recommend them enough.
