Worst hospital ever! I've been contacting them for hours about a patient. They either hang up on me or won't answer the phone. They have no regard for the patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is a disgrace! They take our loved ones lives in their hands and with hold information on treatment. Update: the patient was supposed to be released yesterday.
They ran me in circles for 2 hours trying to find her. I had to use the lobby phones for assistance. One of the women I spoke with tried to lie about 120 hour maximum hold. she laughed until I made her aware I looked it up. Then she said the hours don't start until they get on a certain floor. most of the staff was rude.

ABSOLUTELY one of the best hospitals I have ever been in. Staff respectful caring patient. Even the director was helpful. The nurse really care Ashley! And the Dr I feel saved my life or fixed my issue was Lee DO. informative helpful caring almost like family. Any body with a bad review to be is full of it or they were the problem. Period. Thanks Crozier.

I was seen in the emergency room. I had a bad burn on my leg and in a lot of pain. The doctor took me in before the others waiting and advised me that he was getting a hold of the burn center doctor. Burn center doctor came and looked at my leg took pictures and had conference with the top burn doctor. I was treated and my leg was wrapped and given antibiotics. Also given a appointment to return in 3 days. Thank you so much. My leg was infected and I didn't even know it. Thanks so much Regards Anthony Saunders

Excellent care provided expeditiously! Exquisitely competent clinicians; full of compassion and excellent bedside manner! I felt completely confident in the care provided from my time of arrival until my departure. Many thanks to the entire care team from the providers (Dr. Greenberg), the nurses-especially Jasmine, transport (Cecilia and Kevin) registration, radiology, and all the other team members that made the situation tolerable. I would highly recommend Crozer Health!

This hospital use to be really great. Coming to ER in the past had you in the back in less than 1 hour. Now not so much. Been here with my elderly diabetic mother 5 hours. Sugars dropping, no one seems to care. After being there 7 hours could not even get anyone to take her blood sugar reading or get her to the back to start the pain relief. After both legs started to swell, we left and went elsewhere. Was seen in less than 30 minutes. Blood sugars had dropped to 52.

I was admitted to Crozer Hospital today after fainting while in my late 2nd trimester of pregnancy. After admittance to the trauma unit, I was sent to the Labor & Delivery so that my baby could be monitored. I had the displeasure of meeting Nurse Theresa, a Caucasian woman who looked to be in her early-mid 50s with short hair. I understand we have been in a pandemic for over two years and that's exactly why I wear my mask whenever I go out in public.
My husband and I were both wearing our masks above our nose, but that was simply not good enough for Nurse Theresa. She insisted that my mask "pinch" above my nose. I explained my mask would not stay that way and it's already above my nose anyways. She insisted on arguing with me, stating "she follows CDC guidelines" even though she was arguing with a patient who was already fully cooperating and almost lost her unborn child that day from falling severely.
When I told her to "get out" and that I wanted a new nurse she refused to leave. She grabbed at my face, pinching my skin to "fix" my mask without my consent. I felt very unsafe. I told her I'm pregnant and could've lost my child and she proceeded to sneakily laugh, roll her eyes, and start walking towards the door. She even turned off the lights out of spite, leaving my husband and I to sit in the dark.
Nurse Theresa needs to stay very far away from vulnerable pregnant woman. She lacks bedside manners, professionalism, boundaries, and empathy. She needs to be fired and should pick a different profession. I will be contacting every single human being who will listen until Theresa is no longer being payed to work with pregnant mothers and their newborns. Shame on you Theresa for sending me into a hyperventilating panic attack to the point where we lost my baby's heartbeat for a minute because of how badly you scared me!

This is literally the worst hospital around. Nobody knows anything, nobody wants to help and simply no one here cares! My brother got hit by a train and nobody could tell us where he was for 5 hours straight. The emergency room said go to the main hospital, the main hospital said go to the emergency room. We went back and fourth for 5 hours. The security guards were quiet, didn't have a clue on what to tell us.
The staff is incredibly ignorant, but then again look where the location is. Chester at its finest. Wouldn't come here even if my life depended on it. Please go somewhere else
