Services
As one of the top plastic surgeons in Atlanta, Dr. Deutsch performs surgery at Northside Hospital, Piedmont Healthcare System, and Gwinnett Medical Center. He sees patients on Tuesdays in the Northside office on Johnson Ferry Road and on Wednesdays at the Hwy 54 office in the Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
Debbie Deutsch, our practice administrator, has been with the practice since 2011. Debbie is also Dr. Deutsch's wife and the two have been married for over 18 years. Over the years Debbie has overseen all aspects of the practice operations. Receiving her Master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University, Debbie puts her therapeutic skills to work with both our cosmetic and breast cancer patients.
Located in the heart of Buckhead, the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta is available to host Perimeter Plastic Surgery patients who want to stay at the hotel during recovery after surgery. There are not enough words to describe the amazing experience I have had with Dr. Deutsch and his staff. I searched for a very long time to find a doctor who actually cared about me, my health, and my recovery. I have battled recurrent hernias for more than 12 years with multiple failed surgeries by multiple doctors. I was to a point of giving up hope of ever finding a doctor who was willing to help me.until I walked into this office.
From my consultation all the way to my 3 month post op appointment they guided me EVERY step of the way and treated me like a person and not just another number coming through their office. My results from the hernia repair/abdominoplasty are amazing and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I finally have my confidence back and can actually look in the mirror without cringing. Thank you again Dr. Deutsch, Alex and the rest of your amazing team.

From the consultation to the post-op care, Dr. Duetsch & his entire staff made me feel so comfortable and cared-for. The ladies up front intaking patients and taking calls are so attentive and lovely. They are personable and always asking if you need anything while in the waiting room (water, ginger ale, etc.). It's a small thing, but it always put me at ease.
The nurses were outstanding (specifically Alex- she's so lovely!) and got back to me quickly when I had post-op questions/concerns. I had a tummy tuck, breast lift with small implants, and multiple sections of lipo. I look like a new person! My scars are so tiny, straight, and symmetrical. I am so, so happy with my results and I have recommended Dr. Duetsch to everyone I know who is considering surgery! I cannot say enough good things about this entire practice!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Deutsch and his staff at Perimeter Plastic Surgery. From start to finish they spent all the time I needed with my time and questions in a kindly manner. I needed a revision done on my breasts that had ruptured. My results are beautiful and feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them for all their services. 3 Stars in general when averaging 5 stars for outstanding medical care and results with Dr Deutsch but 2 stars from office staff courtesy. Staff has hung up on me when requesting an appt saying to "call back", and then to another friend when they called for an appt after referring them - odd to say the least now that it's happened to others too. They've been "nice" but then they gossip about patients while your in the back and criticize patients concerns that they are out of touch with.
Not classy. Hopefully the Dr will see this and remind his staff to be professional and courteous at all times even when they think patients can't hear. It can be a humiliating experience already as your stark naked getting evaluated. Since the front office staff and nurses seems unable to relate to patients concerns maybe they should find a job elsewhere.
What happened to compassion in the medical field? Be sure to do your own research and ask a lot of questions because pertinent info/risks or temporary to permanent side effects is not generally brought up when discussing a procedure here. Dr should be sure to advise patient of all known side effects from any procedure to make a totally informed decision and not assume they know.
Many things about after care I found on my own through research which greatly influenced my successful healing and recovery in addition to their basic care sheet. Excellent surgical quality here but communications and staff consideration could be significantly improved from my experience.

Wonderful experience with Perimeter Plastic Surgery. Dr. Deutsch was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Dr. Deutsch at Perimeter Plastic Surgery and would highly recommend to anyone. My results are phenomenal and my scars are starting to fade already. Dr. Deutsch is phenomenal! I've had children & lost a significant amount of the baby weight & just wanted to feel like my old self again. I researched many different doctors & plastic surgical centers inside Georgia and surrounding states. I am so happy I chose Dr. Deutsch. I had a mommy makeover with a tummy tuck & a breast augmentation. I am so overjoyed & blown away with my results!

Dr. Deutsche and his staff are simply amazing. I requested information from other plastic surgeons, but everything felt so generic. Due to his qualifications and awards, I knew Dr. Deutsche would leave a lasting impression on me. Most surgeons offer virtual consultations for fee that can be applied to their balance should they elect to have surgery with that surgeon. Dr. Deutsche's consultation was thorough and free. Yes, you're still required to meet in person for pre-op appointment.
One of the things I appreciated the most, is the Dr. was very open and honest. He didn't try to sell any unrealistic. My pre-op consultation was 11/17 and my surgery I was scheduled for 12/11, which wasn't far away. I am one day post-op relaxing at home. I had a breast reduction/lift, tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction of the flanks. I'm a little sore, but I did opt for the exparel, which I'm sure is working wonder.
All I remember is getting a gas mask, falling asleep and waking up in the recovery room. I can't wait to see my final results, but I know that takes time. I am so happy I decided to go with Perimeter Plastic Surgery.
