Dr. Robert A. Palmer and Dr. Francine J. Palmer of Palmer Chiropractic have been delivering quality chiropractic care in the Falcon community since 2003. Prior to this we had a successful practice in Eastern Colorado for 9 years. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions.
My junior year of high school I came to Colorado-attracting a boyfriend who remains my husband. His career took us away from Colorado and brought us back 30 years later. In the interim we had two children, and I went on a career journey from designing interiors to interior design - from enterprising environments to more purposeful proposals.

We absolutely love Dr. Fran and the staff at Palmer Chiropractic! Dr. Fran saw me through my twin pregnancy and has seen me and all three of my kids since we moved here in 2021. My 4 year old gets so excited every time we get to go, and the staff are always so helpful with my twins when I'm getting adjusted! Love that they make you feel like family here!

Highly recommend! We take our babies often (since birth) 22mo and 5mo. Dr. Fran is incredibly patient and gentle. Even though it's become a hassle with our eldest I wouldn't go anywhere else! She's amazing for me as well! Been going since I was pregnant with our son. Dr. Rob adjusts my fiance and is so thorough. Overall amazing office! So glad they're open again!

We used to live outside Falcon, CO, and moved 8 years ago. Dr Palmer was the first Chiropractor I ever went to, and he left an excellent impression on me. Recently we were back in CO for a family sickness, and my neck was horribly out. They were able to get me in, treated me wonderful, and eased my pain. The staff was very nice and I very much enjoyed being adjusted by Dr Palmer again. Thank you for your kindness!

We see both Rob and Fran for over a year now and love the care they provide. Our son has been going to see Fran since he was 6 months old I believe and she really was a to help him with reflux and many other things. We are very grateful for this practice and the care they provide. The staff up front has always been wonderful as well.

I have been coming to Palmer Chiropractic for 5 years now. For the last 3 years we have been driving 65 miles one way for his care. I won't go to anybody else. In 11 years of going to a chiropractor no one has ever treated right until I came to see Dr. Rob. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs to find the right chiropractor. I have been seeing Dr Fran Palmer over a year now. I just completed my 4th marathon. The difference with #4 was this was the first one I did completely injury free. From the start of training to completing the marathon, I am 100% injury free. I have had success with Chiropractors, but I always called the shots of when I needed care. I would only go when my back hurt so bad I couldn't walk.
I would feel better after several sessions and then stop until it got bad again. Dr Palmer was direct with me and made sure I understood that consistent care was the key. I let her decide when I needed to be seen and I went at least monthly without fail. I had been injured for 3 years and didn't know that I would see a 4th marathon. Thanks to Dr Palmer, I know my days of running can continue, and continue injury and pain free.

Chiropractor came into Papa Murphys and was being rude to the employees while us customers were watching. Very unprofessional. If the walls are thin and the businesses next door is busy, don't take it out on your neighbors, take it up with the contractor who put the horrible insulation in, especially when you have customers watching you.

WOW! This place is awesome. I have been seeing Dr. Francine Palmer now for almost a year. I am an active 38 year old male and I was having lower back pain that made it hard to walk let alone keep up with my boys at home. She not only fixed the issue permanently, but by keeping up with my routine checkups I have no signs of the past issues. Very friendly staff as well upon entry their offices.
