Love this Clinic! Great team and I always know that we will be taken care of correctly. I have been going to Monument Vision my entire life. They have improved my quality of life by giving me the gift of sight!

Everyone was professional, friendly, on-time and competent. It is a well-run office with excellent eye care.

The doctors and staff at Monument Vision Clinic are friendly and professional. I never had to wait long for my appointment, but when I did spend a few minutes in the waiting area, I saw how they interacted with people. They clearly helped people from all walks of life-helping them get all they benefits they had at their disposal. I highly recommend MVC.

Absolutely the best vision clinic around! I've been going here for years, but they really impressed me with my last visit. With my latest sight issues, Dr. Sloan listened very attentively and zero'd in on my issue and resolved it. Such a relief! Also, HUGE thank you to Lisa in the optical department. I went back and forth with a pair of lenses and frames quite a bit.

She was more than patient and offered up a couple of great suggestions/solutions. Her customer service skills are outstanding! It's this type of quality and care that makes Monument Vision Clinic the very best around! Dr. Sloan and Lisa - THANK YOU!

Monument Vision Clinic is a great business. Everyone cares about the clients, the services are excellent, and they are highly efficient. Dr. MacDonald is a skilled physician and has a terrific demeanor. The selection of frames is tremendous. From the front office throughout the rest of the practice, everyone is friendly and highly competent. I highly recommend this Clinic.

The doctor is great and everyone is super nice! The problem arose when I ordered my new lenses. The clinician made a mistake and did not include transition lenses in my order. I understand mistakes are made, but this mistake cost me $100. Had I been quoted the correct price to begin with, I would not have ordered but rather I would have returned to my prior lense/glasses provider. I will return to see the doctor again, however I will not buy glasses there again.

I enjoyed my first visit at Monument Vision Clinic. Dr. Mironas was wonderful and very personable. She and the assistant were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help me with my vision needs. Would definitely recommend!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Sloan has great bedside manner and thoroughly explains things. He doesn't just rush through the exam to get to the next patient. Great service all around.

I always have great service here- very nice staff. I would recommend this vision clinic over the few others in Monument, based on my experience. I'm always seem promptly, and in and out relatively quick.

Absolutely top notch clinic. Everyone on the staff from reception team to dr to glasses specialists are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They knew all the details of my insurance benefits. There was no pressure to add features to the glasses. I will never go anywhere else!

Mixed bag. Good exam by the optometrist, but then I went into the retail store to order glasses. Very pricey (compare Costco and online stores and you are paying 30-60% as a premium). I made the decision to pay the premium for convenience (though they do negotiate discounts if you push - only a sucker pays full retail) and was promised the glasses in "10 days to 2 weeks".

At the 2 week mark, I called and was told that the glasses would be shipped that day. Four days later, I called and was told that the glasses "are in transit". Asked to cancel the order and was told that there is a 50% penalty. Bottom line, a very expensive place that provides average service. You can do better.

Great doctors who are very thorough! Dr. MacDonald is amazing as is his staff. My entire family goes here and we are very happy with them.

After wearing glasses for the last three years, I wanted to try out contacts. I didn't want to trust my eyes to an eyewear chain. I noticed that monument vision already had great reviews, so I wanted to check them out for myself. True to all the great reviews, I had a lot of questions, and Dr Sloan had a lot of detailed answers! Which I need when I'm making a new decision.

He was very patient and knowledgeable. After I received the contacts, I kept running my trials and they gave me several pairs of trials and lots of advice. I also scheduled a follow up appointment because I wasn't sure if my new contacts were fitted correctly and Dr. Sloan fit me in right away to make sure they were well-suited to me before I ordered.

Again he took his time with me and I felt confident enough to make the decision to order. They may be a little more pricey than your average eye chain, but I wouldn't skimp on my eyes. I highly recommend Monument Vision!

I saw Dr. Brandon Sloan this week and was very happy with the visit. He throughly answered my questions and gave me a comprehensive eye check up. The staff at Monument Vision Clinic is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. It's a pleasant, well run office.
