My wife had a stroke and their inpatient/outpatient physical therapy is excellent, but when they sign you up for their outpatient physician services it's a mess. They set your appointment times when their staff is at lunch so you have to wait until they come back. My wife last appointment it was 40 minutes before we saw a doctor. I had to let them know this is an unacceptable practice.
Even thought you have an appointment, they make you call to see if they have a room available. I told them that's why you have appointment. A staff member told me that how it works here. That's why your getting this "One Star". Do get me wrong the doctors are good but their scheduling needs help.

High quality care - nightmare billing. I switched to cash pay and they tried to charge me the full insurance-pay rate, even after I'd paid the cash-pay amount at the time of billing. Should have been a very easy fix, but it's been over 4 months and it's still not resolved. Not worth the headache of working with them.

As a recent patient, I highly commend the therapy staff The nursing staff: 85% excellent. Aides: 50% better than average, 10% totally superior, 40% just there for a paycheck. Overall, I made great progress but I also endured non-professionalism, bullying & shaming behaviors from staff and management that allowed me to vent but no changes were seen.

If you are looking for a great place to recover or find a great sports medicine doctor this is definitely the place to go in town! And I am not kidding. From the warm welcomings, pleasant assertiveness, clean, warm, friendly and quiet environment. The doctors like Mr. Berwick who was extremely informative and physical therapy physicians like Kaisey who was amazing at treating my injury and prepared me for best strengthening results upon discharged.
At this place they are guaranteed to live by there motto and that's make every patient feel special and super cared for leave a long lasting impression. Choosing this place for recovery and treatment will be one of your best decision for sure

I've been here a few days now and everyone here is absolutely amazing. They are all friendly, willing to help with anything and they really know what they're doing. I was nervous to come to Detroit for therapy because it's far from my friends and family but I'm now glad I'm here. I highly recommend this hospital.

I Love the design of it. When you walk in its open, CLEAN, smells good& even the staff, if there having a bad day I never knew it. I've been a off & on patient since 2004. I Love the ladies at the information desk, always with a smile. You walk in the pool area SCARED & they make you feel at ease. It's like that in the gym too. Just a good place to go when you trying to get rid of pain! I thank all the staff at the RIM Center!
