Dr. Lefowitz demanded $150.00 cancellation fee for the scheduled surgery appointment. Dr. Lefowitz office was made aware I was seen in Urgent Care the day before surgery. Dr. Lefowitz even as that urgent care to send over the results of the visit. I allowed urgent care to fax over the visit notes. The next day I was seen in E.R. and awaiting surgery on my neck. Dr. Lefowitz was informed of the E.R. visit. Dr. Lefowitz sent me a certified letter a few days later.

Still demanding a $150.00 for cancelling surgery in less than 72 hours. I have filed a grievance with my insurance company and the Attorney General office. I'm awaiting a response from the Attorney General office. I feel Dr. Lefowitz is a dispictable, money hungry person. He give less than 2 dead flies about his patients. Beware!

Appointment was at 11:45, it is now 1:00! Are you kidding me! Doctor was great in healing the issue.

Do not go here! The facility is a dump and you'll have to wait forever before a doctor sees you. I walked out of my last appointment because I waited for an hour in the waiting room. This place is disorganized and unfriendly. Also, I broke my foot 2 years ago and it still hurts to this day. A broken bone that's healed properly and with the right care shouldn't hurt still. I am now in the process of trying to find a new podiatrist to do a follow up with as I will never go back to Michigan Foot and Ankle ever again.

After receiving a recommendation to visit Michigan foot and ankle clinic from a family member because of their satisfaction. I have been receiving services from three of the doctors for a little over four years. The level of care that they provide for a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and several foot surgeries has been exemplary. Competing in recreational sports for most of my life has left my feet hurting and tired.

They are professional, caring and progressive with the treatments they provide. Many accommodations and treatment plans have given me the confidence and reassurance that I will continue to reap the benefits of taking care of my feet. Heath is wealth and I look forward to continued care at Michigan foot and ankle clinic.

I love all the people who work at this office from my doctor who is so kind and easy to talk to to the nurses who compliment my hair all the time! 10 out of 10

The doctors are nice. Not so informative. Be sure to find out how much for office visits will cost and more importantly lab work. I was informed that lab work was expensive but had no idea $700.00 expensive. 15 minute appointment going over blood work, $150. This was out of pocket. Yikes.

I had my own doctor for years, but he did not address my circulation problems in my feet and legs. I found this clinic that treated me with kindness and respect. It lifted my heart when the doctor said to before I was leaving, "I do care about You". I cried!

I love it there. You are greeted with smiles from the time you enter the lobby. The staff is professional, efficient and very kind. You receive excellent care. Appointments are a snapp to make. And best of all. I have NEVER had a screw-up with my bill.

First off. I dont usually do these. But for this place and for the whole staff, I have too. Ive been a patient of Dr. Harvey for almost 2 years now. I originally picked this office due to being close to my home. From the first time I stepped into the office the whole staff has done nothing but impress me and treat me as if I am part of their family.

When you call and set up your first appointment you'll probably talk to mrs Kelly. She's the best! She will always greet you with a smile and is always willing to help you with any problem or questions you may have. And when you get to meet mrs Kim ( the worlds most talented assistant to the docs) she will do nothing but reassure you and your decision to go there.

Then when you get to the docs they're amazing. True pros and definitely make you feel comfortable with the treatment plan they will customize for you. And they really do a great job of making you feel like the treatment you get is just like the treatment they give their loved ones. If you need podiatry help please don't hesitate call them immediately and set up an appointment you won't be disappointed.

I moved to West Bloomfield over the summer from Milford and because of how great they are with me I still go to the Milford location and will continue to as long as I need help. Worth the extra drive distance. When you call them tell them the "big guy" sent you. It won't get you a discount or anything but they'll hope and pray you are not as crazy as me. I'm a handful for them. You won't regret visiting these guys.

I've been a patient for over five years and have had good service. If ever there was a billing issue theyve always worked with me until recently. My daughter was seen by one of their doctors for several visits then suddenly they were unable to see her insurance coverage on a website and even after my wife informed the office staff that she had talked with the said insurance provider verifying coverage, they refused to see my daughter for her appointment.

Never once trying to come up with any solution to care for my daughter other than cancelling her appointment until the website showed that she was active. How about calling and talking to a human? Poor service. Such a shame. Our family will find another doctor.

I refuse to give this doctors office further business. Any doctors office that puts policy over patients is thoughtless and without empathy. The office staff and manger were terrible to deal with on my last communication. They refused to see my daughter because a website did not show her as having active coverage even though I informed them that I had just spoken with the state and coverage was active.

I even told the manager that she could call and verify yet she refused. I asked if I could bring my daughter in for her appointment and just be billed if insurance did not pay for visit. I was told only if I paid cash up front would the dr see my daughter. There was no middle ground, there was no working to come up with an alternative. No talks of payment plan or anything. They were insistent on blocking any way of seeing my daughter. No humanity. Poor business. Beware.

Nicest doctors and staff around. Caring people who are flexible with scheduling appointments and helping out with insurance questions. Doctors have successfully helped me with several foot problems and staff makes sure you don't wait too long to see the doctor. I would highly recommend the Milford office of Michigan Foot and Ankle to anyone who needs a great foot doctor. Dr Leftkowitz is a very professional and caring podiatrist.
