One of the most unprofessional office/receptionists, to the point where I have cancelled my appointment, I don't know why she was so hostile. She insisted that I see Dr. Lu and not Dr. Finamore and became extremely angry insisting I see the other doctor. I asked if I could make an appointment with any doctor and she told me I was "hogging"appointments by booking a second follow up consultation 4 months later.
This is not how you speak to people let alone patients. She proceed to HANG UP on me before she said the doctor was only available in early September then said she was only available suddenly end of September on one day and one time told me no follow-up info or anything to fill out or that should be done. Absolutely fine, I have zero desire to deal with these people please just confirm you have cancelled my appointment in a professional non-hostile manner. Left a voicemail cancelling the appointment as no one answers or is either hanging up on you.

I have been a patient of Dr Stephanie Lehrhoff for about three years. I have found Dr Lehrhoff to be very sensitive and compassionate for my dermatological needs. Even more important was she was able to diagnose my skin condition when others couldn't. I would highly recommend the office of Dr Stephanie Lehrhoff for all your families medical needs. I had a disastrous time dealing with Advanced Dermatology and I would highly suggest looking into alternatives if you have the means to. I called in Nov 2021 to book an appointment based on the recommendation of my primary care doctor. They told me they cannot see me until mid-Jan which was far off but acceptable for what I needed. I got my papers filled them out and went on my two-month wait until I can get in.
Two days before my appointment I was contacted letting me know my physician is unavailable and I need to rebook, the first appointment being the beginning of February. Far from ideal but whatever, we're living in a new world now and I can deal with it. Come the first week of Feb I get a call saying my physician is still unavailable and I need to rebook again. Frustrated this time they assure me I can keep the time that I needed, and I will be set for mid-Feb.
Walk in the day of my appointment, knowingly I did not get a confirmation call on my appointment. I went to the desk, and they inform me that my original doctor who I planned on seeing has changed and that I missed my appointment because it was a morning appointment rather than the time I originally booked and the only time during the weekdays I can go.
They informed me that since I messed that up, they cannot squeeze me in. Honestly, if something is wrong with your skin, just rip it off, it is much easier and less frustrating than dealing with Advanced Dermatology.

I take my son here, and I am always impressed at the level of service and professionalism. The wait time in-office is short. The physicians and staff are super kind and always take time to make sure both parent and patient know what's happening. You can tell these are doctors / moms : Also, super close and easy to park. Can't beat Advanced Dermatology.
