This is going to sound cliche but if I could not give this place any stars, I would. I do not normally write negative reviews on any place, but I have had ENOUGH of the rude receptionists. Fair warning, if you want to be treated like an inconvenience when you try to even just book an appointment, then this is your place. They have attitudes if you even breathe in their direction. The doctor sees you for 2 seconds. There are way better places. Never coming back to this trashy place.

The reception staff at this office is completely nasty and rude on the phone. Problem is, at doctors offices, you ask to speak to a supervisor, and that's the doctor, who won't talk on the phone. So it propagates bad behavior. Rude young women at the reception desk here. Be warned

Always solid service and diagnosis from doctors who care. Never much of a wait. Receptionists are quite busy and may ask you to hold. But they get you in yo see a doctor when you need it.

The doctors here will rush you through an appointment. They won't listen to your concerns nor will they explain anything to you. They'll hand you prescriptions without even telling you why. They don't care about people just money. Waiting for important bloodwork? They'll tell you it will be in on Monday and when you finally call on Wednesday for results you haven't heard, they'll tell you the doctor hasn't even looked at them yet.

Don't go here as it's hazardous to your health. The only convenient aspect is that it's a group if you needed to see someone they'll probably be available - but most likely not helpful.

My appointment was for 1:45 and not 3:20, the doctor was in the room for only 3 minutes and told us things we already knew. PINK EYE

I've been going to Sparta Medical for years. I've haven't really had any major problems to speak of. I normally like to stay away from doctors if at all possible. BUT if I need to go I go to Sparta Medical. good hours, quick service. Its like a Jiffy Lube but for your body not for your car. A trip to the emergency room is like Russian roulette these days so I always try to go here. Unless there is no other option.
