Dr. Gupta is by far the most arrogant, rude doctor I have ever met. We took our one and a half year old daughter here due to repeat ear infections. We are over her being miserable for months and just want tubes done. This doctor came in, asked me a million questions but never stopped talking and never let us fully answer a question. He has no bedside manner whatsoever.

He freaked my daughter out by jamming instruments in her face and never tried to make her feel comfortable. The worst part of that whole experience was him trying to make me feel bad for not breast feeding her and basically telling me that's why she has ear infections. Mind you, I tried my hardest to breast feed but not everyone is blessed in that category.

How would he know he's a MAN. I will NEVER go back. They won't even call me to schedule her surgery anyways. So I'm going to a different one. Please do not go here especially if you have children.

I was quite fortunate to get an appointmant to see Dr Gupta within hours of calling the office. Once I arrived for my appointment, my wait time was less than 20 minutes before actually seeing the Doctor. Once seeing Dr Gupta, he was empathetic to my ear discomfort and explained how he was going to do to help elevate that. I have to say that within minutes, Dr Gupta had restored my hearing. This was by far, the fastest and easiest appointment I've ever had. Thank you Dr Gupta & Staff, you are the best! Marvin Woll

Dr Gupta is some kind of Sinus Savant. He has excellent bedside manner and didn't stop at the most obvious answer. The PA who saw me at intake was incredibly knowledgeable and both of them were amazing overall. Everything was very efficient and I am hopeful for a good outcome.

I went to a popular ENT Clinic to get checked after being expose to mold. It was very severe. My other providers at the other clinic did okay, but never really resolved the issue, just kept giving me meds. I also felt like they were not really looking into scans and records. But Dr. Gupta is so phenomenal. I haven't gotten my issue resolved yet, since I have only seen him twice, but I can tell that he cares and spends a lot of time looking into my records and actually listening to what I experienced. I am actually excited and glad that I found him through another patient referral! You won't regret it!

The biggest issue I had was the staff NEVER returning a phone call or an email.there were 5 total. Dr. Gupta probably will not even know I was ignored. I had my second CT scan to determine if I needed surgery. I still am having a hard time breathing through my nose. 3 weeks go by and no one contacts me. A month later I receive the CT "bill". No results.

One more message and not a peep. No one will call me or give my my results. I thought there was a law they had to do this. At any rate, I think the most belittling thing a Doctor's office can do is ignore you. Dr. Gupta.if you are reading this check my file. I was always polite, but no one returns my calls.it was just like I was never there. *I also have great insurance and all visits paid.so billing is not the issue. I think I should have picked up on the vibe from the staff when I was there. I would not recommend this office.

After WAKE ENT performed 2 CT scans on my husband, Dr Gupta said that my husband needed sinuplasty surgery to clean out bacteria, fungus or foreign matter in the sinus. Once the surgery was completed, Dr Gupta revealed that there was nothing visible in the sinus cavities that needed to be addressed. Hmm, so 2 CT scans weren't read very well, it seems like the surgery was for no reason?

Then when returning for a post surgery check-up, Dr. Gupta performs an in office exam/procedure with a $650 price tag, without explaining this cost to us ahead of time. Naturally, our insurance did not cover the entire cost and the balance is left to us. We are extremely disappointed with this office as their communication practice is lacking, and they were NOT transparent in dealing with my husbands case. We will find another ENT doctor in the future.

Dr. Gupta and his staff are excellent. Very friendly and well worth the visit. Fixed a problem I had with my sinuses and so happy I did it. Thanks again.

I recently had my tonsils removed and the process was seamless! I'm in my 40's so this was a longer recovery but Dr. Gupta made sure I was appropriately medicated and comfortable. He is a genius at what he does! He also makes sure to educate you on whatever procedures or treatment course he takes. Both of my children have been treated by him over the past 10 years as well and have had several procedures done by him (tonsils, adenoids, balloon sinuplasty, and ear tubes).

I trust him implicitly and would seek him out even if out-of-state for his expertise and care. I've been to many ENTS before doctor Gupta and he, by far, is the best. His staff is great too!

I'm a new patient. Doctor Gupta and his staff took the time to understand my sinus situation, and my chronic sinus infections. Before I went to Wake ENT I had a sinus infection for over 60 days. I was miserable. (I did see other doctors before the Wake ENT visit) I am on the 5 day of treatment and I feel great. I'm looking forward to fully recovering and then repairing these damaged sinuses. I've had these problems for 30+ years and never sought proper treatment. DON'T WAIT. Go see these folks now!

Couldn't ask for a better experience with the staff and medical personnel. I had heard about the surgical procedure for fixing deviated septum and was not comfortable at all with that. I had no choice, I have had numerous sinus infections and breathing issues through my nose. After my first exam with Dr. Gupta he explained the balloon method. No cutting or breaking bones needed.

That made me feel much better. After the procedure, I had no pain and was able to breath better immediately. The staff called me and made sure that I was okay. Since the procedure I have no infections and my sinuses have cleared up. I would recommend this procedure to anyone with a deviated septum. Also Dr. Gupta is an excellent ENT Doctor that knows his stuff. He explained everything to me and is thorough. I trust both him and his staff.
