Great practice and providers If you live in the Huntersville/Lake Norman area and have children I highly recommend this practice!

We love Dr. Little and his team. I appreciate Dr. Little talking directly to my son and allowing him to answer questions about his health and treatments.

We love this practice. From the staff to nurses and doctors, everyone is truly amazing. We feel loved and cared for by knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. Every experience is thorough. They are always very nice and listen to what you say. I highly recommend them.

I was denied service because I think it is best for my kids to have their vaccines spread out (delayed vaccine schedule). This is NOT the same as vaccinating at all. It looks quite similar to the typical schedule, I just go in more often to get one at a time, instead of six at once. I found this out after taking my 3 children in (during covid) to fill out paperwork (for 30 min) to have their medical transcripts transferred. They were kind about it, but my son had to be seen right away and wish I'd find out sooner and not waste my time or theirs.

Dr. Little is prompt and treats my children as his own when it comes to their care. We have been coming here for years and highly recommend.

I just received a very unprofessional call from the receptionist at Novant Health Pediatrics Lake Norman- Huntersville. I can't say who it was because her tone was loud, rude, rushed, and very unprofessional and she didn't introduce her name. Her tone was very aggressive and not welcoming in regards to why I canceled my daughters appointment for Charlotte Ears Eyes and Throats.

I was lost because my daughter was already seen this morning and I was not aware of canceling any appointment to my knowledge. The receptionist wasn't clear in what she was trying to explain and I really couldn't understand what she was saying or what was going on. So here I am on the phone lost, confused, and frustrated for the tone she is giving and little to no information on my end.

After talking over me for a while, I just went straight to the point and mentioned that my daughter was seen at a later time today. The receptionist said that she didn't get that information and sounded very frustrated over the phone. Okay, I really didn't know the pediatric office calls the parents so aggressive for not getting the full information on their end.

She was so quick to hang up and seemed like she was in a rush after she got all the missing information she needed. I quickly called back and informed the same lady to cancel my daughter's upcoming appointment with Charlotte Ears Eyes and Throat because I really didn't appreciate that kind of unprofessional service. She mentioned that she doesn't have control on her end to cancel the appointment.

Exactly my point, why call the parent frustrated when she should have communicated with Charlotte Ears Eyes and Throat directly. I wouldn't mind the call for additional information that is missing on their end, but not with so much heated attitude. It seems like it was a miscommunication on their end which can happen, and I get it, but don't call the parents with so much attitude in the morning.

We absolutely love Dr. Little and has been great with our kids since birth but if this is what I have to deal with in terms of scheduling anything for my kids from the receptionist in the future I might have to look elsewhere. A sincere apology for the miscommunication would be appreciated and understable. I canceled all future appointments because this is something I will not tolerate. Customer service definitely needs improvement with over the phone and in person.

We love this practice. The front office staff is always prompt and friendly. It's easy to call and make appointments to be seen. The medical assistants are always kind and gentle when giving vaccines. Dr. Vrushali Patwardhan takes the best care of our son. It's easy to see that she is passionate about taking care of children. She is always so patient and takes the time to answer our questions as first time parents. She is calm, confident, and so sweet with our baby. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful pediatrician.

Newly built office but same ol practices of long wait time. Seemingly understaffed. Waitied in line just to get checked in for my sons appointment. Took the doctor about an hour just to enter the room. Very poor service. I think ill be switching my son back to his original pediatrician!

We love the doctors here. Dr Little has been seeing both of my boys since they were infants (now 4 and 6) and they love him. The staff is friendly and caring. I have recommended them to many friends.

Dr. Lods took all the knowledgeable and competent staff with him when he moved. We will be switching to another office
