Whilst many of the staff are hard working. I came across many inexperienced doctors. One of them were more nervous than me to insert a cannula. Failed to succeed in one arm, the other arm was also chaos. Im experiencing extreme swelling and pain in both arms and suffering from really bad Phlebitis which seems to be getting worse and it has been 3 weeks since i have been discharged.

Watch out for the medicine you have been charted too. I was given 3 days of unnecessary antibiotics when my liver count was dangerously high. So watch out for some negligence. If your body is sensitive like me reconsider which hospital to go to. I met three doctors not knowing what to do with me due to lack of knowledge and experience. I felt very insecure and anxious during my stay.

If it wasn't for one nurse i would have wished i was dying the whole time for my stay there (I never got to know her name but she is a lovely young nurse I think from Europe who works in level 3 of the surgical ward). This is literally ever my first review for anything and its sad that it's being driven by the anger of my pain that i shouldn't have to be experiencing.

I was booked in for Day surgery. The hospital is well run and very clean. Always a friendly smiling faces willing to help with a blanket, water, food or just a smile. You can see how overworked the nurses are but nothing was a hassle to ensure your comfort. I was very impressed. Thank to all the staff who attended to me. God Bless

Very bad service. I lived by myself, I just finished operation and they didn't look after me. At least offer me to stay in the hospital for couple days. The nurses in surgical level 3 not welcome too. And I ask social workers to help me, they said they don't have. I compare with Westmead hospital, that's a big different. I ask them, why in Westmead hospital have social worker but not here?

You know what they said, very bad answer. This is auburn hospital not Westmead hospital. Westmead hospital more caring to patient. I have experienced with Westmead hospital and I'm very happy with them.

I don't know how to thank you for your extremely kind and perfect services. Your kind staffs were decreased my wife stress and they were the main reason she had a smooth delivery. I am immensely grateful that we had a midwife in the birth unit like MS lillian who was very kind and helpful. At the same time, thank MS Sue for your services when we were in the maternity unit.

Possibly the worst emergency room experience any once could. experience. Even with zero patients waiting, you're still expecting at least a 3 hour wait to be seen. And that's if your lucky.

I want to rate most of the staff and the surgeons at 5 plus. I have a good amount of surgery and follow up appointments and treatment. I would just ask they check up the recovery ward, clinic area. It's hard to deal with people when your out to it with anaesthetic and they are getting upset with you not being able to do a wee so you can go home. I was embarrassed I was feeling awful and I was not used to preforming on command.

I felt violated and lost all my dignity and self respect when all my situation was spoken about with all the staff with recovering patients listening in about me not able to pee/ urinate and do a wee in a bottle while a women told me to wee while holding a bottle at my groin. I wish I could pee, who wants to go threw that? Not me and I'm sure women would not.

I know I didn't say much as I felt so sickly from the anaesthetic. Home recovering I just feel like it was a particularly horrible experience but after what I went threw I really didn't think anything of it till now some weeks after the sad situation I was in. The staff and hospital can contact me and ask further but like everything else I doubt anything will be done. The rest was professional and perfect and I was treated with respect and I'm happy with the overall experience

I have experienced very impressive care from ED at Auburn Hospital today. I was present at Auburn Hospital ED with Right sided patellar fracture. All the medical and nursing staff were very kind and gave a clear effective communication for the assessment and management of plan in timely manner. I would like to say special thanks to Tony, who is an orthopedic doctor.

He is one of the best doctors I've ever met. He was attentive, informative and supportive. He was very kind throughout the whole process of reviewing time. I cannot thank them enough! I would like to express my gratitude to the all staff who I met in ED today. Thank you for the sacrifices you make, every day and especially during this hard time with covid.

Your dedication, commitment and courage deserve our deepest gratitude and admiration. Your service to patients is saving countless lives and making thousands of differences. Take care and stay safe!

I was in and out within 3 hours, every staff member was so lovely! The nurse & triage nurse especially, all very joyful & bubbly & looked after me really well. This is the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an ED. Thankyou so much!

I went in to have emergency hand surgery. The care and attention I received was amazing, and was very happy with the end result. People need to be patient and understand that the staff are under immense pressure and must treat people in order of priority. We are blessed as a country to have such amazing health service.
