Have had good experience with my primary care provider and a dermatologist. However, avoid BMG for ob/gyn care. During my pregnancy barely a single provider (out of the 6 doctors I saw) treated me as a partner in decision-making; instead each one just ordered me around as if I were an animal. "We will induce you at 39 weeks" they would announce, as if I had no say in the matter (because as far as they were concerned, I did not have any say. Note, there was no good reason that I had to be induced.) Even for regular ob care they weren't very nice; overwhelmed and rushed. Go somewhere else.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I wish I could go into full detail, but believe me when I say that they do not listen to you at all and think they know what's best for you after 3 minutes of meeting you, then make decisions that negatively impact you. You're just another number there. They don't care at all. I would never trust them with anything important.

I would never recommend anyone to Dr Fyazz, to his office on Essjay rd. The staff were very rude and when asked why am I the only person still sitting in the waiting area 35 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for 7am as I watched 3 people come in after me but go before me, I was disreguared and blown off! I cannot tell you how I felt as a Black woman who doesn't have the best insurance but nonetheless its accepted by the provider. Does that mean I get seen last because I have medicaid or was it just my skin color? Im so outraged that I will continue to post exactly how I was treated so unfair today!

Never a line or hassle to check in. Appointment times are pretty regularly adhered to. It can be difficult to know which of the two BMG buildings on site you need to go to. All staff (check in desk, nurses, lab techs) has always been friendly. Robo-phone reminders of upcoming appointments are great.

The staff is beyond incredible here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and ready to help - always. Clean facility, plenty of parking, elevators are available as well as stairs with motivational signs as you ascend/descend them. Bathrooms are easily found and are also quite clean. You have the ability to check in from your phone (in your car or outside the building) when you arrive and can get a text message letting you know when to come in and see your doctor.
There are also self check in kiosks available if you'd rather not wait in line. I will note that if it's your first time or if you have more than one appointment, you cannot use the kiosk to check in. At the time of this review, masks are required in the building at all times. There is hand sanitizer available at every turn. There is also plenty of space throughout the building to keep a distance from others.
Unfortunately I've been through a fair share of medical issues which means I've been to a lot of different doctors. I've lived in several states across the country and the BMG has been absolutely top notch compared to many places I've visited over the decades. You will be well taken care of here.

It's very frustrating to get an appointment even when you are already a patient on file. You have to go through the mybmgchart website and message back and forth with the secretaries. The issue with this is that it take days of constantly praying them to get a response and it seems like they don't read the messages. Like how my preference for date, time, and provider are listed in the initial communication and yet they ask those exact things again in the subsequent two correspondences. All of which takes two weeks with me messaging them daily. If you call, however, you just get the automated voicemail saying to schedule online.

WORST patient care I've ever experienced. GI will not accept me because I've gone to a previous GI doctor. I didn't feel I was being helped at my previous dr after staying with him for years wanted to go somewhere new. I've never heard you aren't allowed to see another kind of dr because once in your life you saw someone else. BMG clearly doesn't care about the patients at all, or helping the individual.
