10/5 stars. Minimum. This is an office that provides top-notch care. They check on you regularly without being intrusive as recovery is ongoing. Everyone at the office is extremely personable and genuinely enjoys seeing you when you come in for follow-up care or treatment. Dr Walden is extremely knowledgeable and takes all the time you could want to answer any questions or concerns, regardless of what is going on that day. If she's taking care of you, you're her central focus then and there and you can *feel* that.

I have been to the MedSpa several times this year and they will continue to get my support. Every time I come in the staff is courteous, kind, patient, fun and professional. The facility is clean, gorgeous, and I always leave feeling better than I came in! I cannot wait to go back!

If I could I would give more than just 5 stars for the wonderful work Dr. Walden performed oh, how I would. Dr. Walden helped me overcome an bullying issue I had from a very young teenager to an adult that now stands a bit taller, and who doesn't see that teenager in the mirror anymore. Dr. Walden listened to my concern. Dr. Walden and I communicated wonderfully that after my consultation; I just knew she was the only one I would choose to do my rhinoplasty, and forever grateful for her. Some Dr.'s are truly a blessing and I can say without a doubt, she is and cannot thank her and her staff enough.

We had a consultation set up and heard GREAT reviews from this place so wanted to come here. We live an hour and a half away and got a call about 30mins before our appointment that it needed to be rescheduled. We were completely upset as we had already waisted gas an the hour drive to get there to only have to turn around. When we tried to call back to reschedule our appointment the lady we spoke to was COMPLETELY RUDE and gave us attitude right off the back.

She never gave us her name so I'm not able to post it on here but as I'm sure the calls are recorded she was the 2nd lady we spoke to in the office. Off of that interaction and the fact that we waist an hour drive an gas we will NOT be going here and will be looking elsewhere.

I had the best experience with Dr. Walden in Austin. My friend recommended her and I saw her for botox a few weeks ago. I am so pleased with the results and can't wait to go back! I will definitely be recommending Dr. Walden to all of my friends looking for botox and filler in Austin.

Could not recommend Dr. Walden enough! She is so knowledgeable, reassuring, professional, and precise and makes patients like me feel so comfortable and confident. Love seeing her at her Westlake MedSpa and will continue taking my business here for many years to come!

Jennifer Walden and her team are excellent! I have been going to the Westlake med spa location for 2 years for botox injections to help with TMJ. Her staff is super knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable at each visit. She also has a great rewards tracker app. Cannot recommend more highly.

I just finished my second laser hair removal session at Walden's Med Spa and I am loving the results! I am testing this treatment by trying my under arms and if things continue going well. there's no reason I wouldn't do my whole body! Unlike waxing, you don't have to let your hair grow out and they actually recommend you don't before you get the service which is already a big positive.

I have been told by the technician that it works better on darker hair. The results are already showing with thinner follicles and less hair growing back. I'm so excited to finish my package of 6 sessions. The office is cleanly kept and all of the women working there are very kind. I highly recommend this place!

Trust me when I say my experience getting a breast lift with Dr Walden was a nightmare. From lack of communication about what the surgery entailed, to a poor outcome, and to several complications years later. Not a day goes by when I am not reminded by the mistake I made to have surgery with this Dr.

I saw Dr. Walden for botox a couple of weeks ago, and I love that such a skilled surgeon is the one performing my injections! Anyone coming at my face with needles I feel should have the surgical skills that she and her staff have. I am always a bit uptight around needles, and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable (and beautiful!) I appreciate the consultation she provided throughout my appointment as well. Highly recommend her and her staff!

Dr. Walden and her tremendous (all female) team rehabilitated my relationship with plastic surgery. Dr. Walden performed a revision rhinoplasty and I could not be happier with the results. I am two weeks post-op and the results are already exceeding my expectations. Dr. Walden and her team gave me ample opportunity to express my desired results and encouraged me to ask questions (making themselves available to me around the clock). Dr. Walden provided me with a complete understanding of the procedure (tailored to my needs) and what to expect pre and post-op. Dr. Walden and her team carry a modest confidence that brought me tremendous comfort. A big thank you to Dr. Walden and her team for taking such brilliant care of me! Attached are pictures of me pre-op and (day 3) post-op.

Consultation was brief and incredibly unprofessional. I came in seeking breast augmentation and Dr. Walden continuously grilled me on why I wanted them "so big" (450 cc's tops). Upon informing her that I'm an entertainer, I was practically laughed out of her office.

Dr. Walden did a great job with my (male) rhinoplasty. Not only am I very happy with the results (though it's been less than two weeks, so there's still a lot of swelling), but the recovery was almost completely pain free (with medication). I was pleasantly surprised given the number of accounts I'd read of discomfort during the first week of recovery.

Of course, with the bruising and bandages I still looked like hell, but felt fine. Also, I found her staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Elizabeth and Christy (overnight nurse). Georgia did a great job with the anesthesia.

I had a breast reduction done. I ended up with an infection and the wounds opening up, requiring me to see a separate wound care Dr for many months, all at my expense. The scarring is really bad, and she didn't seem to be bothered much about the bad outcome at all. She had no real suggestions to improve to appearance other than further surgery at my expense.

I'm very disappointed because I had consults with several surgeons before choosing her, and I now believe her best face to face skills are in getting you to choose her. If something goes wrong all her bedside manner goes out the window. The only reason she gets 2 stars is that I am happy with the size and shape of my breasts. The scars, however, are really bad.

Called to set up a consult, was told we will call you back never did. Still waiting on that call, needless to say I went to another surgon, and could not be happier with my results.

I don't know how she is as a surgeon, but on many of those pictures that are posted of her she looks trashy and it comes across as unprofessional. Looks like a self absorbed person, most interested on recognition than anything else.

Dr. Walden is an incredible plastic surgeon who truly cares about her patients and it shows in her results. She takes the time to really get to know your goals before committing to the procedure. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Still 3 stars, but after 4 weeks I'm happy with the size. It is NOT what was talked about in the consultation or preop, but the Dr. did a good job choosing a size that looks natural- yet voluptuous- for my body type, size and frame. I'm still vastly disappointed with the low amount of info I received about the procedure and post procedure, the best aftercare, calling and checking on me, etc. I'm navigating this on my own and the Dr. has not been a good partner in this journey.

Beginning to end I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Walden and the entire staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly: happy to answer any questions you have during the consultation and afterward. The comprehensive nature of care given is superb. The office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery and aftercare. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't usually leave reviews BUT in this case I needed to shout it from the rooftops that Dr. Walden and her staff are THE BEST out there, and I couldn't be more pleased with my procedure! I had been ready to make a big investment in me and this was going to be my first surgery ever. I know that when it comes to surgeries, you want to go with the surgeon with the most extensive experience, and since I wanted a tummy tuck and fat transfer done at the same time, it was going to be a big operation.

I was very nervous about it, but she and her staff took such good care of me every step of the way, from initial consult to operation day to post-op follow-up visits. I am so happy I had my procedure done there! Dr. Walden is truly a fantastic surgeon so you can rest assured that every safety measure is taken, every concern is addressed, and your results will be outstanding!

I came to Dr. Walden's office for a consultation about a month ago. She was one of 4 surgeons I was considering for my tummy tuck. Maybe I didn't look serious. I don't know. But I felt like Dr. Walden barely looked at me, made no effort to really look at my case and give me thought-out recommendations for the right procedure(s) for me.

She seemed genuinely disinterested. It was off-putting. All of the other surgeons I saw gave me significantly more attention, care and time. Because of this I didn't feel she was a good fit for me. Maybe she's too busy. Maybe she's a good surgeon. but I wasn't impressed at all.

I am now six months post-op and I am so incredibly pleased with the results of my procedure! Dr. Walden isn't just an amazing surgeon, she is an artist. I told her the size that I was hoping for, but ultimately would leave it up to her judgement, and she hit the mark perfectly. My body now has all of the proportions it was meant to. The lead up to the surgery and the surgery itself also went really smoothly.

All of Dr. Walden's nurses are so incredibly sweet and really make you feel cared for. Everything about my experience was better than I could have imagined, and I'm so happy I chose Dr. Walden!

It was going to take 6 months to get an appointment with Dr. Walden so I made an appointment with her nurse practitioner, which was "only" 4 months out. Several months later I was notified that I needed to change days since the nurse practitioner would not be in the office that day. I could accommodate that request so I rescheduled. Then a week before my appointment, I was notified again that I needed to change my appointment again because no "nurse" would be able to see me for my appointment. I'm sure Dr. Walden is an excellent surgeon but she certainly needs help in how to run an office. Now, I'm back to square one and 4 MONTHS wasted. GRRRRRrrrrrr. I am NOT a happy camper.

I cannot begin to express how blown away I am by Dr. Walden and her staff. The professional and extremely caring attention I received throughout all of my treatment really speaks volumes to who Dr. Walden is and what she prides herself in. Every single time I walked in the door I felt at home and that's something you really do not find in every practice. Carly was my nurse and stuck through my side through it all.

I mean through everything. She helped with all my crazy questions and was there on the phone whenever I needed her. She was so genuine and absolutely amazing and kind. Really could not have asked for a better caregiver. Now for the good stuff. How did my surgery go? Well it's been about a month or 2 and I still haven't stopped smiling 24/7 over my results so there's that.

Once again, I was absolutely blown away by Dr. Walden and her talent. She is a gem. Honestly, I don't know how she did it but my nose actually turned out better than I had imagined it in my dreams. She is so so gifted and I feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of having her as my doctor. Really and truly cannot recommend Dr. Walden and her staff enough. Absolutely in love with my results and them.

After researching different doctors all over town and going to several consultations I finally found Dr. Walden. I went in for a consultation and wanted all of my questions answered with solutions that would be reasonable. Dr. Walden sat with me going through every detail with so much professionalism, care, and patience I was blown away! She really took her time and knows her craft answering every single question.

Especially with someone like me who has tons of questions. I felt so comfortable with her and her staff that I made an appointment and am ecstatic with my results! I am very happy that I have found someone that is really understanding and has such a great eye for detail! A true artist. I love her and her staff so much that I am now getting all of my Med Spa services ( such as laser and skin treatments) there as well. My skin has never looked better! I survived pancreatic cancer, which resulted in my losing 150 lbs. Two super positive outcomes! With my upcoming 3rd cancer survivorship anniversary, having maintained my weight loss, and my husband passing away earlier this year, I decided to treat myself. An excellent surgeon and her equally phenomenal support team have turned yet another of my surgeries into a life-changer. I'm so full of gratitude. All I asked for was to fit into, and be comfortable in my Levis, without having to tuck in all my excess skin. Dr Walden has made me beautiful again.

Consistently gorgeous Botox results! I have never done a review before but I chose to review Kristin Gunn because great reviews were the reason I chose her, so I thought it was only fair, as she did not disappoint. For over three years I drove more than three hours roundtrip to get my botox done by Kristin (every 3-4 months.) There are several Botox places in my area, but I repeatedly went to Kristin because she is the best!

She has a knack for creating beautiful natural arches in my brows, which also lifts my droopy eyelids. Beautiful! I have received more "you're so gorgeous" compliments than when I was in my 20s and 30s. WOW! Kristin has excellent bedside manners, and pays attention to detail. There were times when I thought I needed treatment in other areas of my face, and she assured me that I didn't.

This is another reason why I respect her as it's not about the money, but what's best for her client. She also Support Our Troops. Thank you Kristin! Friday was my last appointment with Kristin for now as I am unfortunately moving to another state, but I will definitely see her for my Botox whenever I visit Central Texas. BTW, both her old and new offices are chic, relaxing inside with beautiful views outside. The staff also make the visits enjoyable.

NOT RECOMMENDED: I had to make an appointment several months ahead due to a lack of availability. About a week before the appointment, I was informed that Walden would not be available. We changed the appointment to earlier in the day when Walden would be available, but my wife was unable to change her work schedule to go with me. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that Walden had an emergency and I would meet with the nurse (not a nurse practitioner). First, the nurse asked if I were there for a brow lift.

It is easy to see that I do not need a brow lift. NB: guys should almost never have a brow lift as it leaves a scar across the head that can be seen when hair recedes. Also, you will have the up-swept eye brows of Sly Stallone, Kenny Rogers and Cruella De Vil. Second, the nurse asked if I were interested in an upper or lower eyelid surgery. Honey, open your eyes, there is no evidence of lower lid lag. Third, Artis Hair Transplant is done by tech's who come in from Dallas.

I was interested in fuller eyebrows and there was no mention of the topicals that can have benefit. Based upon the photos of Walden, that are everywhere in the office, to me Walden is looking quite "hard". This is not great advertising as to aesthetics. Buyer Beware!

Came here 2 years ago for my first and only lip injections. Have been very impatiently waiting for it to dissolve and go back to normal because they were done incorrectly apparently and I'm honestly afraid to have anyone else touch my face now to fix it. Still sitting here with a lump above my upper lip that is very obvious when I smile or talk.

I emailed Kristin about it a few months back explaining the situation and the only response I got was that it was very weird because they don't inject stuff up there and to heat it up with a hot wash cloth and massage the area, which did nothing. She is a very personable, sweet lady and I know a lot of time has passed but my results were not good at all.

I wanted a simple procedure done so I had a friend tell me how happy she was with the Dr. Walden cosmetic technicians so I made an apt on 5656 Bee Caves rd. I had to fill out several pages of history about my overall health. I liked the fact they were careful so if I had a reaction the staff and technicians would know my medical history. a major plus. Kristin today was my technician remarkable results so happy.

I will be a regular at this location in the future they had a discount on the filler. I love it very little pain and just grateful. I love the fact the Kristen was personable and nice so I could establish a trusting longstanding relationship. I want to try other procedures in the future they can do about anything you want. For your information they actually have two offices one main surgical building and the other building is walking distance which is Building D.

The staff is very personable not the fake smiles in other cosmetic surgeons offices where they sort of do a parade of false results and anticipation. I felt very comfortable and finally at home type setting. I posted photos but one negative is the parking good luck finding a spot you may have to beat down the elderly pulling in front of you just to take your spot after waiting for 20 minutes, lol. So be confident you made a great decision coming here.

Seriously easy 5 stars for Kristin who has a super light / subtle touch - She has a remarkable knack for knowing exactly what your lifestyle and look needs - I have never felt over-treated or misunderstood - having seen the consequences of less expert treatment I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. As well as Kristin I've seen Brook for Hydrafacials which, despite some initial scepticism (I'm a science teacher - I'm sceptical about everything), have made an astonishing difference to my facial tone and texture.

Completely transformed. Between the two of them I have never felt more comfortable or myself in my skin - they're possibly not the cheapest option - but personal beauty services and groupon are a terrible idea - if you're looking for the best service and a trustworthy practitioner who you can build a longstanding relationship these two are truly brilliant.

I have had wonderful experiences with Kristin for a number of years! She is so professional and knowledgeable while also being so approachable. She really listens to what you are looking for with all of your appearance needs. The reception help is very friendly on the "spa" side. Courtney is also very helpful and someone else I would recommend!

Kristin is a true artist! I have seen her twice now and both times have left her chair extremely satisfied. Her approach is so natural and so gentle; she gave me the perfect lift and plump for my wedding. If you are looking for someone who takes a natural approach to injectables and fillers, Kristin is your girl!

I've been to see Kristin Gunn twice now, and I can't say enough good things about her. My undereyes and lips look amazing thanks to her! If you're scared to get them done, don't be. The small amount of pain you feel when it's being done is completely and totally worth it. I'm telling everyone I know to go to her when they ask why I'm looking so refreshed these days

Kristin Gunn, you are amazing! Over the years I have noticed my lips have been getting thinner :( Then about a year ago.the absolute unfortunate thing. I was bitten by a spider causing a little indentation on my lip. I came in for a consultation and was so impressed by the facility and Kristin's communication (it does help that I met Kristin years ago in the Austin service industry) I went ahead and had my lips injected.

Dr. Walden's office is above 5 star rating! Friendly professional receptionist that was great to help with directions over the phone. My visit with Kristin Gunn was the very best experience that I've had when getting botox. Kristin has the magic touch when injecting with hands light as a feather! I followed her suggestion on getting botox in areas that I have not tried before and the outcome is a miracle. I am telling everyone that I know about Kristen and Dr. Walden. THANK YOU

Growing up, I didn't bother using sunscreen because I'm naturally tan and my skin never burned from tanning. Now at 26, I noticed that I have some sun spots and uneven skin texture from the years and years of tanning with no sun protection whatsoever. I googled some doctors and came across Dr. Walden's broadband light based treatments.

Upon arrival for my consultation, her staff was very welcoming and friendly and shortly saw her after checking in. After only one treatment, the sun spots on my forehead and cheeks are no longer there and have faded away completely! My skin's texture has gotten reasonably more even and clear. This was a simple, quick and easy procedure and painless.

I recommend anyone looking to treat age spots and uneven skin texture to see Dr. Walden for this procedure. She also informed me that this particular procedure can be used for a treatment for vascular lesions, acne, unwanted hair, and freckles!
