The wait can be long but the staff is very friendly and professional.

I have gone to Tyler Medical many times for my DOT physicals. Always professional, polite, friendly. When I was hurt on the job they were able to give me the assistance I needed when all I had was workmen compensation coverage for insurance. They helped me through the process and got my knee issues taken care of and on the mend. I get a better physical here for my DOT testing than I do with my own primary physician.

Surprised the State hasn't taken over this place and closed it. Rude staff and won't even look at any meds that you have been taking. That could come back on a drug screen. State of Illinois medical board of directors. if you see this open an investigation into this place please. It is everything wrong with healthcare and possibly taking part of a medical faud sceem.

I though this is a very friendly and professional place. Very prompt as well. I'd highly recommend this place.

Worst drug testing location. I arrived early to the location and waited an hour for them to tell me they couldn't accept my barcode because I passed the time. They could have at least warned me that I wouldn't be able to take the test instead of having me wait in a room with limited seating.

Had me drive from out of town to do a court-ordered drug test. Told me, "bring the court order" When i get there, they call their lab who then tells them, "we don't do court-ordered tests" Thanks for the vacation!

I Went in 2 weeks ago for a pre-employment drug test The staff was nice but I just was notified that I have to get retested because the lab recieved my sample 6 days late. Absolutely ridiculous!

Came in for my DOT medical exam. The office staff was extremely courteous, Pleasant greeting, efficient processing of all of the tasks Associated. Roberta and Kristin were pleasant, and demonstrated great senses of humor and interpersonal skills throughout the entire interaction. Dr. Pappas, the examiner, was efficient, thorough, and Professional in his examination. if you have underlying conditions, bring along documentation from your primary care physician explaining your status.

That makes the process much faster, I was in and out in just over an hour despite having CPAP, and several other medical conditions. The Curmudgeon highly recommends Tyler Medical Services in St. Charles.

If you have a chance to go to another medical office I suggest doing so! The staff are not very friendly and I could hear them whispering behind the desk about patients, my experience with them was very unprofessional I will not be going back.

If you like rude and condescending doctors, Dr. Robert W. Long is the one for you. He had the bedside manner of a lofty and snobbish hog and delighted in my misery and suffering. The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly. What a shame one person could bring this place down so very far!
