Ladies at the front desk were very kind and personable, and Dr. Nigam was also kind and easy to talk to. He is the first Dr to actually listen to me and try to help instead of brushing me off.

Will not return phone calls! Finally got a live person and they said the message was sent to the TMS coordinator. Still no call! Going back to other provider.

Beyond extremely difficult to get office staff to answer the phones, no one returns phone calls/ voicemails even after 2 business days. Waiting 3 hours in the waiting room is considered normal. I am being overcharged a California copay and have been charged way more than I should be (this is Illinois not California!) even after I brought up this issue several times there still has not been a solution. You will be expected to pay $300 labs and testing without any notice prior to taking them. Nothing is organized at this office!

I've had nothing but good interactions with the staff and medical professionals here. Dr. Nigam fully listened to my symptoms and any side affects resulting from medications. When I asked about the possibility of having a condition, he actually paid attention to why I thought I might have it before asking me more in depth questions instead of flat out denying the possibility (like psychiatrists at other practices have done).

Don't go here unless you want to deal with the absolute failure of a phone system they have going. Careful, because they may want to cold turkey you off meds without testing first which ruined my family's life as we know it. I've never seen such incompetence from a psychiatric business.

Warning: These people stole my life from me. This office does NOT answer the phone unless you are a new patient. I ran into numerous issues with this practice, including having to drive up there to talk to someone. I had issues getting my Genesight test processed. Just dont bother. I was instructed to cold turkey my medications and there is NO documentation of that. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Edit: I'm no longer a patient, do not have access to the portal.

I can't drive to your practice because I now have dysautonomia and am actually disabled from being cold turkeyed off of meds. I've lost my entire life as I knew it. Your office should be accessible by phone and none of you should be practicing medicine. I didn't know any better and trusted you, but now I know that I should've been PROPERLY TAPERED off of meds. Thank you for actually ruining my entire life.

Ive needed to get my medication several times and haven't been able to do so because nobody answers the phone. I've been going here for some time now and dr. Nigam is good at what he does and helped me more than any other doctor. But the receptionists and phone need to be changed drastically

I don't think this is a good place too seek treatment for any serious anxiety disorder. There are too many expensive and unnecessary tests; one counselor made derisive and inaccurate comments about my medication, and there are VERY abrupt changes in treatment, which are ill-considered and which I found quite troubling in terms of how my mental health and general well-being were being viewed by the practitioners.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, but the recent changes on phone/voice msg policy is frustrating. No one ever answers and there is no consistent response time. I fear the staff is overworked, which is not good for them or the patients, especially in a practice of this nature.

I am old enough to not be ashamed about needing some help so I will be quite candid with this review. I was and am having some adverse reactions to what I believe is my medication and called in. The system was automated and required me to select a series of prompts which eventually lead to a voice mail which I left very specific information about my concerns which revolved around the medication causing physical injury.

That was 5 days ago and there has been no return call. They are quick to tell you to go to the ER and the ER is quick to tell you to go to primary who is quick to refer you to these people. This what happens when we are a captive customer in a captive system and I have no doubt that there is enough staff available to bill the insurance company in a timely manner.

Maybe if someone reads this review I will need therapy for my anger because it couldn't possibly be because of the lack of consideration to another human being who is asking for help.

I contacted my insurance company to find a doctor who is in network. Still, I was billed for services, even though my deductible and out of pocket were met months ago. Don't bother calling them and expect to talk to someone. You are always greeted by the answering machine and prompted to leave a message. They will get back to you within 24 hours. That's great personal service and care!

Should you speak to Dr Nigam about this, he blames it on the "Kelly Girls". When pressed, he will admit that this is the way the system is set up and will not change. The doctor also changed my medication which caused me a terrible headache for six days. I returned for help and was offered another med on top of what he had already given me. I consulted with another doctor who advised me that the changes were not done properly over a long enough period of time.

Thank goodness for the kindness of the other doctor who helped me! All in all, this agency and doctor should not be given any stars. This was a total waste of time and money!
