Dr. Elliott @ Genesis Orthopedic is a great doctor! He's very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! Staff is also friendly and caring. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Orthopedic.

I booked an appointment with a "doctor." But ended up seeing a nurse, that knew what I was coming to discuss. Conveniently I didn't know until the day of that I was seeing a rude nurse. So I had come all the way to a ratchet area just so they could to get that patient fee. Beware of this dangerous location and rude unorganized staff. These doctors only concern is money never the patient. Office was hit with no air.

I dreaded coming in every week knowing that I might not be healing from my broken ankle and the thought in my mind that I might have to get surgery scared me to my core especially cause I've never broken a bone before but each time over the course of 5 months I would come back they made me feel better each visit knowing that I was healing jus very slowly it's been 8 months since the accident an I'm very happy to say I am walking and never had to get surgery thank you to the staff that was very hopeful an comforting each visit I was there and no disrespect but I hope to never see you guys again for anything like this. thank you again!

The Dr. an staff were very nice an during my procedure I felt a little scared but thanks to Dr. Elliott P. Johnson an assistant they help me threw it an before I knew it it was over thank you Genesis Orthopedics & Sports.

The staff were welcoming and efficient. The doctor Annie Wei was professional and listened to my concerns with compassion. She analyzed my x-ray and MRI to determine the best avenue for me to take for healing. Everyone was courteous and I felt as though everyone really cared. I still have a way to go and feel I'm getting started in the right directions.

Elliot is awesome he give proper diagnosis and explain everything to us he was also so good with my kids, he was great during treatment and follow up.thank u Place is clean and they are all friendly the receptionist and x ray technician are so sweet. Definitely recommend the place

Genesis Orthopedics is awesome! I had a great experience there. I was in the Chicago area visiting. While there, I started having some excruciating pain in my left knee. After calling around to different Urgent Cares, I was recommended by one of them to contact Genesis Orthopedics for a possible appointment. I then contacted them and was able to make a same day appointment.

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Doctor Elliot Johnson was very knowledgeable with my knee situation and applied the proper treatment needed. Whenever my appointment ended, my knee felt great. Doctor Johnson was exceptional and resolved my issue at hand. Thanks again.

The x-ray tech was great and moved quickly. PA was very attentive and helpful. They took the time to listen to my issues and provide options for next steps. The wait time was over an hour with an appointment and there were definitely patients in the waiting area before me that were still there as I was leaving.

Friendly from beginning to end staff was wonderful and welcoming and the Doctor was so helpful and amazing i have truly found my self a new Doctor thank you Dr Elliott Johnson for the care that you gave me yesterday if you need a good orthopedic Doctor Elliott Johnson is the one

My knee has been hurting and swelling for years. I wentbto Genesis Orthopedics and I have been feeling good since then. My knee has not swollen and it hurts now and then due to the weather. Thank you, Annie Wei

After waiting almost an hour for my scheduled appointment last week, I am now also waiting for my MRI. The irony is that both visits they called and reminded me to be on time yet they are late each time I arrive early. Very poor time management from this business. I will not be getting surgery with this business due to poor time management. Edit: The CEO did reach out to me personally in regards to this matter and some other issues I encountered during my visit. Hopefully changes will be made for the health and safety of all.

When in there and was taken care of within 10 minutes and they told me what procedures I can take as well as the steps I must take to heal my shoulder.

I have never felt so cared for in many years! Thank you Stacey for finding a tangible reason for my debilitating pain within 20 minutes of me arriving. This is really a great office of professional Doctors.

Dr. Elliot P Johnson helped me out May this year I had a new born 3 day after my 5 year old broken his right ankle. His fibula was broken it was so stress full basically was taken care of Two newborns. Thanks to Dr. Elliot and his co-workers my son was back walking in 1 month, but made a full recovery the beginning of July. Today was our last appointment and I'm so thankful for them. I highly recommend them they get the job done

I brought my mom here due to her having a fractured Lt wrist. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Annie and the x-ray Technician was amazing I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends Excellent service!

Dr. Elliot P Johnson was so great during my visit. I was referred by my Physician for a possible surgery on my knees. Dr. Johnson was so helpful and even spoke some Spanish as English is not my first language to make me understand a little better. I am a older woman and am disabled, I felt heard and supported which sometimes is often not the case when going to the Doctor's office. Dr. Johnson talked to me and offered his recommendations for my treatment. I am very grateful for the professionalism and service I was given.

Dr. Johnson was very nice. He gave me options to decide from regarding my treatment. My treatment went very well as he made sure I was comfortable. He talked to me during the entire process. I am currently healing from my injury but I feel so much better. Thank you so much.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share the good news that my left shoulder is better now, thanks to Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. They help with all kinds of problems - back, neck, shoulder, foot/ankle, knee, hip, hand/wrist, elbow - and are available with locations all across Chicago. Just wanted to spread the word, in case you've got anything. you're struggling with - it's amazing to be back in good shape.

Thanks Genesis! are friendly and eager to help. I had pain in my left shoulder and I am diabetic. The staff was able to take xrays there in the office and showed me what was causing my pain and loss of movement. We established a course of action and with therapy and a cortisone shot (carefully monitored), I have full mobility and no pain. Thank you all for the wonderful support!

First day I went in I felt very welcomed and they were able to get me into surgery the next day. They told me what I needed do to before surgery. They helped me more than I can express into words. Everyone in the office have made me comfortable and have helped me with the healing process. After a fantastic job of surgery. It's been painfull but I'm healing quick.

Dr. Shadid and his team are amazing! My mother had a great pain in her right knee and needed a surgical treatment. We visited Dr. Shadid office and by the way very welcoming front office, he explained everything that needed to be done and put my mother's mind at rest. I have been blessed with a great Dr and i have the privilege of working with elliott reach time ave he is always nicest and works great with a plan and listens to your concerns and works a program for your needs not only for the pain but full time recovery. If i had to name each person and reach of their great qualities this would be much longer. Each person there portrays what a great team are. you would good any better staff and practice to work with. kudos Dr. Shadid because creating a staff and atmosphere, along with the great care reminds me of the great days where people matter and not just a number. Did i mention they have great coffee.

Shadid is a sorry excuse for a doctor. I have a torn tendon and know I need surgery I was just looking around for a doctor who took medicaid. Wouldn't even look at my MRI or give me an exam, just told me to lose a lot of weight and my "problem" will fix itself.

My family of five has been seeing Dr. Shadid for many years. He and his staff are always professional, kind, compassionate and caring.
