Dr Lin has always provided exceptional service. Unfortunately I tried to connect with him by phone and the office staff told me that wasn't possible without scheduling an appointment. Would've like to avoid having to pay my insurance co-pay for such a minimal task such as re-issuing an outdated prescription. Odd situation as I never had an issue doing so before.

I saw Dr Lin for unknown heart issues earlier this year. Unfortunately I felt like he couldn't get me out of the office fast enough. After some blood work, I asked for follow up consultation and was merely told by one of the secretaries that he said to resume normal activities. Here I am 6 months later experiencing the same heart problems. Thankfully I found a better doctor who takes time to explore every option for treatment without being dismissive.

Very disappointed. My husband was recently at the ER for cardiac and stroke symptoms and was discharged home with orders to follow-up with a GP in 3 day's time. I made an appointment for my husband to be seen as a new client with Dr. Hamati, a doctor that I like and respect. We were told to be there a half hour early to fill out paperwork. Unfortunately we were unable to get there early yet we were on time.
As soon as we walked into the clinic we were turned away in a VERY stern and uncaring manner by the office manager DEEPA. She told us that the Dr. Hamati was very busy today and because we did not get there early we would have to reschedule. I asked if it was possible for us to fill out the paperwork after the appointment and was refused by DEEPA.
We were told to be there early yes, but we were not told if we were not a half hour early that we would be turned away! Again, I am very let down by the way we were treated. This is a clinic for patients who are SICK! DEEPA would not even let us speak to Dr. Hamati and because of her heartless disposition for my husband my family and I will NEVER step foot in that office again. Not because of the doctors but because of the office manager DEEPA. This was very unfortunate that a patient with cardiac issues was turned away because we were not EARLY!

Fraud and Medical Negligence run rampant at this office. I was misdiagnosed and told I have a blood clot in my lung due to Lung Cancer. It was, in fact; Acute Torticollis. I was sent to the emergency room from this office and had expensive testing done which never needed to be performed. The doctor in this office never examined me! I even asked him at one point, "are you even going to examine me?".
To which he replied: "I don't need to! You need to get to the emergency room". Long story short, this is literally the worst medical practice in the surrounding area. I would recommend traveling to Cook County Hospital for better treatment, as sad as that sounds. This place is just looking for a portion of your paycheck; and will surely end up facing litigations for their deceptive and negligent practices.
