EOSC has been servicing the Elmhurst community and surrounding suburbs since 1999.

This includes a highly trained staff that cares for patients in a friendly and compassionate environment. I have been in many other medical facilities over the years and I must say that this was the finest experience of them all!
It is important for you to follow these instructions before surgery to prevent procedure delay or cancellation. Please complete your online health history questionnaire once your procedure is scheduled. Be sure to have your list of medications, allergies, and previous surgical procedures available when completing this questionnaire.
Please notify the surgeon and the Center as early as possible if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Early notification can help us better accommodate you and other patients. All patients will be seen by the anesthesiologist on the day of surgery prior to entering the operating room. Sufficient time should be spent to answer any questions you may have.
Elmhurst Outpatient Surgery Center (EOSC) has been providing quality surgical care to our communities since 1999. Had outpatient surgery done this morning and between the check in/registration staff, all the nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr, pretty much every individual I spoke with. They were so friendly, caring and compassionate. Each and every single individual took their time with me to explain everything. As a staff member of Edward-Elmhurst this has been my best experience ever with having surgery and I've had a few of them at Edward. My first one with the surgery center.

My husband went in for hand surgery after a accident at work. Dr. Kerri A. Kulovitz was such a great Doctor. She explained everything in detail, made sure my husband and I were comfortable and was so sweet. The staff was amazing as well especially a nurse by the name Erica Riccardi. She was attentive and was very polite and caring. Great Experience!

Excellent from scheduling, presurgery online history, night before phone call to review and last minute instruction, welcome and pre-op, surgery, all the way thru recovery and wheel chair to my car. Arrived 6:05 for 6:15 check in appt. checked at 6:15 by Joan. Welcoming, friendly, efficient, and thorough. PreOp with Doolee continued welcoming, moving me along with care. Maria and? Contined professional friendliness and efficiency.
I was called in quickly after check in, welcomed and assisted with every detail and question. IV stick was fast and painless, presurgery questioning matter a fact and very comfortable. Anesthesia was explained and had no problem into "lala land" without any grogginess or after effects. Bernie put me at ease as she had in my June surgery, quiet professional but caring demeanor. Kayliegh introduced herself, they hooked me up with ease confidence; and then I was out. Praying with confidence and trusting that Dr. Turf worked with his usual experienced skill, care and perfection.
He addressed what was going to happen before surgery with professional detail, confidence and humor and after surgery he reported to my husband with the same. He oozes care, skill and confidence-and the humor makes a gifted professional package. Joy met me in recovery and wrapped the morning up with more of the same. I could not find survery online but I wanted to tell that it was all great! 5 star start to finish.
