I waited in line for almost 20 min while the receptionist was talking on the phone, after driveing 30min in a storm to get to my son's appointment. for the receptionist to tell me that I was 15 min late for my 1 year old sons appointment an would have to resceduale. When I told her I had been waiting on line her only response was "well I didnt see what time you came in" continued to rudely tell me "it wasnt her fault" this experience has deterred me from comeing back.

I see Dr. Sesslar and she is great. I'm always very happy with her care. However, the wait to get an annual visit is 3-6 months so you must schedule a long time in advance. My children see Dr. Hall, who is also great. However, the wait to see her is about 45mins-1hr on average. I have showed up for an appointment and been told the wait was going to be an over an hour. Receptionists used to be very friendly but I'm not seeing any familiar faces there anymore.

The new people are not so friendly. Overall, the drs are great, but the rest of the building seems understaffed and overworked. I used to love this office but I am not impressed anymore.

If you are a middle aged, peri-menopausal woman looking for a compassionate, empathetic female Dr, you'll need to go to a different "Women's Health Center." I have used this facility since it opened, but because of insurance, I had to go elsewhere four years ago. My insurance changed again, which finds me looking for a new dr, right at the onset of my menopause symptoms, which is terrifying, to say the least.

I was told both Drs Brawley and Sessler were accepting new patients. When researching Dr Brawley online, she states, "treating women of all ages." Today, both refused me as a patient. These doctors pick and choose who they accept for patients. I was told Dr Brawley rejected me because she is is "building her OB practice, " and I couldn't be given a reason for Dr Sessler's rejection (I read her reviews and would have refused to see her anyway).

Apparently if you are not childbearing age, you are no good to these doctors, and they don't care about you. I'm happy for Dr Stephenson's retirement, but this place will never be the same. If I could give a lower rating that a 1, I certainly would. There was no empathy or compassion to be found with either of these doctors.

Horrible experience - Dr's do not care about or care to see their patients - it is a 6 month wait for a annual - Ridiculous! Go somewhere else!

Dr Jasper and his nurse are amazing. I had a particularly painful IUD inserted that caused me dizziness and I had to lay there for 30 minutes after before I could drive home. His nurse held my hand during the whole procedure and afterward told me to take all the time I need before leaving. She brought me water and a blanket and hugged me on the way out.

Seriously the sweetest nurse I've ever met. I'll never forget that. Dr Jasper is great too. Takes the time to address all your questions and concerns, very non judgemental about me never wanting children (which is extremely rare to find in an On/Gyn) and has a great sense of humor. Tells a joke after each appointment. I'm moving away soon and I'm really going to miss both of them.
