Took my 83 year old momma to have a spine X-ray. She is disabled and has a lot of difficulty walking and getting up from a seated position. We walked in without an appointment and they never let us sit down. We were checked, the X-rays taken and out of the office in less than 20 minutes. Thank you to all four employees for your kindness and caring actions.

Lake imaging is completely unprofessional, I have never seen this level of incompetence before. I have been trying for days to get images and information for my ill patient, they are refusing to send us anything even though we have faxed them multiple requests. Their negligence is causing a delay in care, I will never recommend them to anyone. Specifically I am calling out Denise who is being an obstacle.

Lake Medical Imaging's quality of customer service is abysmal. Their wait times are ridiculous and even when you schedule an appointment they will have you sit in their hospital gowns out in public for upwards of 30-45 minutes. Additionally they tend to add charges to bills that are not expected and claim that they didn't know the charge would occur because "insurance" however since they collect your insurance information when they schedule you a month and a half earlier the charge should be known before the procedure. When you discuss it with the call center their response is "Thats just how it is".

Taitisha G. was so gracious & helpful in finding my doctors orders, getting me scheduled today without a prior appointment, and then scheduling my next test before I left. The reason this was above & beyond patient service was because I was told on the phone that LMI had all my orders which they didn't, that I didn't need an appointment but could just walk in but I was supposed to have an appointment, and that they opened at 8 am when in fact they opened at 7am.
My frustration quickly changed to gratitude when this young woman took time & care to correct everything. Because all this caused her extra work, I wanted to be sure management knew they have a very caring, as well as, competent employee in her. Thank you Taitisha!

My 45 year old love had a test done there and it says unremarkable witch means just that although it does show some growths and lymphoid issues he wasnt ok at all and even leesburg hospital treated him like me wants pain meds. Not the case. Not 3 months later we are in another hospital oak hill they rushed him to Baypoint hospital for emergency surgery were I was told he has advanced stage for cancer and the exact lymphoid that the Dr. DAVID said were unremarkable and the growth is no big deal its stage 4 advanced cancer to neck skull and brainstem 6 to 12 with or without treatment.
He did crazy 5 day week radation chemo and died.so how is that unremarkable. He is now passed away nov 13th not even a year later from the unremarkable test. And of course they want there money. I've spoken to an attorney

I am terribly claustrophobic and was ordered to get an MRI. My first attempt was a fail but Jackie and Mark were very patient and concerned for my well being. I felt terrible wasting their time but they never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. My second attempt was a success and I think it's largely because of Mark and Jackie again. They were so nice, so patient and so professional.
I can't thank them enough. I have all my imaging tests done here and have never had a bad experience, have never had an excessive wait or been dealt with unprofessionally. I highly recommend this facility.
