Jacksonville Pain Center and its staff has been wonderful in helping me with my back pain. I am functional and returned to work. I trust Dr. Shah and know he will treat me with the highest level of care. All new patients receive a comprehensive consult with our physician to establish a personalized care plan. If you are experiencing cough, fever and shortness of breath, please call our office for instructions, prior to coming to our office. We now have interactive patient portal where patient can access visit summary as well as updated brief medical information.

Jacksonville Pain Center is an outpatient interventional pain center, specializing in the treatment of cancer pain, chronic pain and acute pain. We offer minimally invasive interventional pain procedures for spinal pain. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis.

I just drove an hour on a whim. Praying Dr. Shah, could give me his time. It's an emergency and I am hurting so bad. This Dr. cares for his patients, as well as his staff. They don't get the credit they deserve. They can see when someone is in agony with chronic pain/illness. I didn't even have an appointment and they still had me come in to be seen.
I'm so grateful I found them. I finally have hope for my future again. I finally feel like I'm on path to reclaiming my once vibrant and loved life back. I truly respect and have lots of love for everyone at the Mandarin office. Dr. Shah has the most important gift and that is, bedside manner. You can't be taught this. All my other Dr's should shadow him and learn how to treat people with respect and teach them to not just hear their patients but to really listen. Thank you, Happy New Years Eve! Good riddance 2020!

Dr. Hemant Shah is the most compassionate, professional doctor I have ever had. He actually listens to what you have to say about your condition and other problems. He has helped me tremendously. I have tried pain management doctors in the past and was not impressed. Dr. Shah is the perfect pain management doctor. You cannot go wrong if you choose him.

I've started coming here a few months back. My last doctor did not help with pain much. I was in so much pain all the time I could not even play with my children or able to do much of anything except sit on a couch and gain weight. With Dr. Shah I am now able to have a life again. My children who are very young are extremely happy because Dr Shah has help relieve my pain to where I can spend time with them playing games building stuff. My Family and I are extremely happy to of made the switch in pain management doctors to Dr. Shah as now I'm able to have a better quality of life.

This place is the worst and I will be reporting you to the FDA for what you did to my dad! The staff here are all high on medications and won't help a real patient in need because they just moved here and doesn't have a DL but for 6 months you had no problem taking my $125 a month until now! I will make damn sure you are investigated! Idiots all of you!
