We have been going there the last 5 years. This last year has been a huge disappointment. The staff has changed. I've never seen the same nurses. In the last year we have gone 3x. The first 2 visits they absolutely would not let us leave until we paid. My mother n law was with my daughter trying to get payment over the phone. She said can't you just bill us.
They said No, even though we are established patient. The other issue is the billing. It's never the same. I asked to speak of my concerns and nothing. We will be looking for another pediatrician. We really did like the first few years and Dr. Williams was Great

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS. THEY WILL DISMISS YOU AND REJECT YOUR INSTINCTS FOR YOUR CHILD. I honestly can't believe that people who treat children and babies are so incredibly lazy. They will let your baby scream and cry and offer no help or guidance. They just blame colic. They hear what they want to hear and blame colic for everything even after telling you that your baby doesn't have colic.
Front staff is rude. Nursing staff does not pay attention to requests. We wanted delayed vaccinations and they came in and gave them all at once and gave us no say in the matter. And now they won't release my daughters medical records so I can seek help from someone else. Will be reporting them to the state for poor practice.

Dr. Michelle Williams saw my three kids today. She was so wonderful with them. Did a thorough and patient consultation, which is so rare these days. Very happy with the visit. Recommend her to all the parents, who are looking for a heartful listening. The front office staff also needs their mention for being nice and courteous.

Our pediatrician was Dr. Michelle Williams. She very much pushes vaccines and will even tell your child "you're going to get your baby brother sick if you don't." The office will dismiss if you dont comply with their vaccine schedule. The medical assistant told me "You can't refuse the vaccinations." Yes, actually I can. The staff is mostly rude. The only positive is fast appointments. We see a much better doctor now, Dr. Franz, who does vaccinations on our own schedule when we feel ready, if we choose.

My 18 year old, sadly aged out but my 15 year old is a patient and has been since she was born. This team is absolutely amazing! Both are sick with stomach bugs and I just called, spoke with a nurse and she gave me tips on how to help them. She told me what to look for and what the schedule looks like in case I need to bring them in. These ladies have always been so attentive to my girls and talk to them first and confirm with me. I will be so sad when my 15 yr old ages out too.

The doctors and nurses at Central Florida Pediatrics show so much care and compassion. They have cared for each of our three children from birth. They are always willing to go the extra mile and take the time to talk with us about any concerns. My kids are always excited to visit the doctors and nurses when they come in for an appointment.
