Dr. Steen performed arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder. I am so grateful for finding him. I went to 3 other Ortho Doctors and they didn't know how (or didn't want to) fix my problem. I suffered for 18 months. Dr. Steen knew immediately what needed to be done and scheduled surgery soon after our first meeting. I highly recommend Dr. Steen, he is very professional, caring, and very nice. He doesn't rush your appointment and genuinely cares. The staff and anesthesia team at Deland Hospital were excellent.

Office phone line system do not work except to prevent patients from attaining assistance. This is the second time I have been on the line on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The first time, I tried to leave a message 3x and the system disconnected me every time. When I was finally able to leave a message for the clinical line, no one called me back for over 2 weeks and when I drove down, staff alerted me that my daughter's brace order fell through the cracks a month prior and a request for a note needed by her rehab team had not been fulfilled.

The manager took care of both only because I was there in person. Today I am trying to rebook her appointment, waited on hold for 15 minutes and tried to leave a message for a call back again. It disconnected me. I tried EVERY line and all go to voicemail. Two others I tried to leave a message with disconnected me. The doctors are great, but the service system at the office is awful. Just know that you will likely have to stop in person to get anything taken care of.

I've been seeing Dr Waslbaum for about 2 1/2 years. All my experiences have been very positive and informative. The staff is very helpful and professional. The facilities for examining and treatment are excellent. Out of dozens of appointments over time I've only had to wait 30 minutes ONE time. To me, that is excellent! My results have been excellent

Great experience with Dr. Turnbull. Wait time was minimal. Communication was great. He explained everything in a manner which was easy to understand and listened to me and my concerns. In the end he asked me how I wanted to proceed and we went ahead with my wishes.

Dr. Steen I find to be very caring, compassionate and thorough. He answers any questions or concerns you may have. I would recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Reed is the best orthopedic doctor I have ever seen. I have been going to him for about 20 years. I have recommended him to others and they feel the same way. He is down to earth and very easy to get along with. Both Dr. Reed and Ashley are a great team, and I will keep going to see them for all my orthopedic needs.

Dr. Turnbull was friendly and professional. After explaining my orthopedic problems he answered my questions and explained various treatment options. On the day of my appointment the clinic was obviously very busy, yet Dr. Turnbull did not seem rushed nor did I feel like I was taking too much of his time. I feel I can trust his medical expertise. That's very important to me.

This by far the worst Doctors office I have ever visited. First they did nothing, wouldn't do anything. Called me in twice to say they wouldn't do anything. They could not and still can't bill my insurance correctly after a year. While dealing with the insurance, they sent me to a collections agency while they had not properly billed correctly. Their office billing is different than the number for their billing and THEY DONT TALK TO EACH OTHER! left requests to have them call me, and they go unanswered, this place is a total scam and unprofessional, DO NOT GO!

Thanks for your response, but after 50 plus calls to you incompetent staff I shall pass. I have spoken to Amanda and she is nice, however, during my last call (about two weeks ago) to send me an email indicated I WAS paid in full. I have yet to receive that email. Here is a clue, do stuff right then! Your office and staff are so poor its unbelievable you are allowed to be open. Can I do half a star!

One of the best Surgen I have ever had. It was a great experience and it is so good to have a doctor that will explain and prepare you on what to expect. Awesome job I would recommend him completely. The only thing is that the girl in the front desk needs an attitude adjustment if she doesn't like her job then quit! That's why I gave it 4 stars!

I have had over a year of problems trying to get information and communicate with this office. They NEVER call back. When they do, of course I missed the call. Then I call back, but they don't. I have sent emails, phone calls, and a letter, to no avail. They fitted my 91 year old, hearing impaired, sight impaired, and memory impaired farther with a knee brace.

He could not figure out how to take it off. I called the office the next day to arrange it to be returned. No call back! When my Dad had another appointment, he brought it in to return. They denied taking it back. I have informed the office staff that they need to communicate and direct all medical issues to me. But to no avail, they continue to discuss medical issues with him.

Terrible and not sensitive to the situation. I have been trying for months to get onto the portal. They promise me to send the link and one person stated that they would call back to ensure I had it. No call. No link. Please, please communicate.
