Apparently the number for this lab is to the Associates office. The number is 714-1100. *please change this* The associates office admin was INCREDIBLY rude. Never in my life has someone been that rude to me or my dr office trying to request lab work.

I come here because they take my blood with care I never feel a thing there all friendly and professional I also try to come here very early to beat the wait and there is still about a 15 minute wait no matter what so be prepared.

I went there 2-2-2018 and upon getting my blood drawn they took an extra vile for a blind study they are doing without my consent. Afterwards I asked what the study was and they refused to tell me and said that they would just discard my vile so that they don't have to deal with any problems. I asked for my vile and took it home. This would not of been a problem if they told me what MY blood was used to study and if they would have at least asked me my permission. This is ILLEGAL!
