First visit, friendly but lacked knowledge. Second visit, front office is unprofessional, borderline rude. Sat in a room for 55 minutes waiting to be seen. I asked what was going on and they said dr was still seeing other patients. There were literally 2 patients here when I arrived! So that's a lie. Unprofessional wasted time. If you value time and knowledge this isn't the place for you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I've been coming here for about 2 years and at first I loved it here. However, the past few months the new receptionists they have hired are soooo rude and unprofessional. I called in about some concerns I was having. She told me I wouldn't be able to see a doctor until the next day. I asked her if there was anyway I could see someone today and I told her my concerns.

She told me again that there wasn't anything available for today and that if I needed to see someone today go to the ER. I understand it gets busy so I was willing to take the next day appointment because I really wanted to see my doctor but before I could even get the words out of my mouth she hung up on me! This isn't the first time the receptionist has been rude.

I can go on and on about about the other incidents I've had with the receptionists at the Corona location. It's really upsetting because I've been trying to get in contact with my doctor for the past 2 days and I can't because they NEVER answer the phone and when you finally do get ahold of someone they snap at you. I also left a message for my doctor.

The Doctor and Nurses help you as much as they can. Its a very welcoming environment and the doctor i had was very warm and had great humor. Made me laugh very much. I dont have any complaints, my appointments go smoothly and the wait time is close to none.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. the lady who scheduled my appointment spelled my first name and my last name wrong AND got my member ID wrong. She then told me she would call my insurance to see if they accept it. Then, When they called me two weeks later for my appointment, THREE different people put me on hold for over an hour to "verify my insurance", which should have been done two weeks prior by the appointment scheduler? Then, they called me back the next day and tell me that "i missed my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule." umm. i did not miss my appointment?

I was on hold for an HOUR with three different people! There is clearly NO communication whatsoever between staff members, and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They then call me to tell me they "don't take my Insurance after all". So I called my Insurance and they said Aspen DOES take my insurance, they were just too lazy to check.

Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time. Do not go here - staff has no idea what they are doing and shouldn't even have jobs. You can receive much better care literally anywhere else.

Apsen medical group is rude, careless, and very unprofessional today me and my partner had a sonogram scheduled for today because my son has the cord wrapped around his neck 2 times we found out through a 3D/4D ultrasound place (the big reveal). When we got here 1 is took them 10 mins to answer the phone 2 we my partner check they did even know why she had a appointment. my partner told them why!

Then the doctor stated that the ultrasound people didn't know what they were taking about. I could keep going but I'm not this is just some of they thing we went Thur today at apsen medical in corona, ca!

I would say give this place a chance, I can't compare to the old reviews but I came in for an appointment the other day and had a positive experience. Normal waiting time 10-15min, doctor was very informative and explained things in detail, staff is nice and friendly. Overall, great experience with my new primary care doc, Dr. Chen!

Dr. Emeruwa is the best OBGYN EVER I miss him so so much. I'm so sad that we had to move right befor delivering my 7th child he always understood me and was always the most kind and gentle dr. I was his patient for over 20 years I hope and pray that one day I will be able to go back to his office! There is no one out there like him! Thank you dr. Emeruwa for always being so kind and caring to me. I miss you lots and hope to be your patient again in the future.

I am very disappointed with this office due to the lack of care for my children. They take a long time to call you in and then you still have to wait again for the doctor to come and see your child. My baby was very sick and did they care about calling me with his lab results oh and did I mention they so called did a STAT on his results. I will be looking for a new office/dr real soon.

I had a bad experience with Dr. E, I came in with really bad burning sensations and pain in my stomach as well as frequent acid reflux and indigestion. I made the mistake of showing him my natural medication because it is the only thing that has been giving me some relief. He began to question me saying " If you claim this is working for you, then why are you here?" I said it has been giving relief not necessarily curing me.

I walked out with no help or answers for my problems and pain. Basically I came in to get judged by him and didn't get the medication that I needed. It made me emotional to be honest because I came to him to get answers and to feel better not be judged.

Dr. Sunny misunderstands you and doesn't communicate anything properly. Then blames it on you. Takes forever to get an appointment, and is rude. Had an anxiety attack after the appointment thanks. I've been going in circles with this doctor for weeks and she doesn't seem to listen.

Horrible and very unprofessional. Made an appointment 3 months ago. She won't refill my insulin I think because I haven't seen her Now they say my appointment is cancelled but how do I get my insulin?!?! I guess I'm just supposed to die. Why won't my own doctor refill my meds? This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered.

I loooove dr N Bosnik!, she was great and care for my boys with passion and heart. was patient and knowledgeable. front desk ladies maybe should be a little more patient and customer service oriented, but all was worth when I have the consultation. recommended.

I love this office is never too crowded and the time frame is always short great service by the Pediatrician and the staff are always helpful i understand they are occupied sometimes with paperwork but when i need anything appointments or a dr note for school or a refill or a referral etc. They always help me and find the best way to schedule my appointments and complete my forms or request the referrals or refills i don't mind if they make me wait a little because when is my turn they give my kids all the attention they need and the right treatments and answer all my questions. I this office.

Pediatrics side is horrific. literally stood in front of "Rocio" for minutes before I had to make myself known. In other words instead of her acknowledging me standing in front of her she just stared at her computer screen until I asked her if she was ever going to help me. Love doctor Bostic, but really can't deal with their lack of customer service and professionalism. (Robots behind computers, no human connection) Missing Vanessa, Wendy, Jazmine and Stephsnie

Midwife is friendly but the ob doctor and stuff act like your a bother to them. Pregnancy is supposed to be a joyful experience when you get an ultrasound but here is a longer wait to get seen and less then 10 min ultrasound and they dont show you the heartbeat to hear. I can't wait for my insurance to change me doctors. I will not be going here again

Dr Sonny at the riverside office is AMAZING! Usually a bit of a wait for her but her services and bedside manner is great. Really comfortable taking our newborn to see her.

Wait time is horrible. Whenever I have an appointment scheduled I already know it will be an hour after the scheduled time and THEN 30 or so minutes for the PA or doctor to see you. I am on my second pregnancy and know what the symptoms to choleostasis are due to my first pregnancy. I requested to see a Dr. to verify that what was happening again.

He said " most woman are usually itchy and it's normal" I told him this was different and I had already gone through this with my first baby and to please schedule labs. He was very hesitant and careless. He noticed I was getting very emotional/angry and agreed. I switched clinics that day and my new dr did verify I indeed have choleostasis, will be induced at 36-37 and will be monitored twice a week. The fact that this dr did not care for the well being of my baby or myself is extremely scary and disappointing.

The Corona location for Aspen Medical Group has highly incompetent staff. I have only been to this location twice but will never go back there again. The first time I went, the staff took an hour and a half to just to check me in and verify my insurance. They also took several patients back first that had arrived after me. When we were finally taken back, they said they couldn't fit us in to get an ultrasound even though it was our first prenatal visit and we had been waiting longer than anyone else to be seen.

My experience today was even more upsetting. I was scheduled for an NT scan and arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment. The staff asked for my insurance card and then called me up a few minutes later saying they couldn't see me today because I was 5 minutes late and that their policy had no grace period for ultrasound only appointments because they are scheduled back to back.

My problem is not with their policy, but the fact that I was never informed of it until after showing up for my appointment. The receptionist did not inform me of the policy when she made my appointment and neither did the staff member who called me the day before to remind of the appointment. I took time off work and drove 30 minutes to get my NT scan done and all the staff at the Corona office did was waste my time.

I reported my concerns to the clinic manager, and she was not even going to do anything to keep her staff accountable for the inconvenience they caused me (and other patients). I was forced to take additional time off work just to be able to get my NT scan done. My experience with the Riverside office has only been good. Save yourself A LOT of time and frustration and DO NOT go to the Corona office. I will never go back there again.

Don't work with this Aspen in Riverside, just book an appointment for the one in Corona. The receptionist is rude and will put you on hold until you hang up. It was an "issue" to schedule an appointment with the receptionist because she said the referring clinic had to make it instead of us. Why would the referring clinic need to make the appointment?

Do they magically know what our schedule is and what would work best for us? With the 20 minutes we were speaking and on hold with the receptionist, she could've just made the appointment. We called Aspen in Corona and it was no issue with them. Scheduled and done in 2 mins.

1st Visit: Great. Fast, easy and punctual. 2nd Visit: Front office did not verify eligibilty. Once I got to the office for my daughter's appointment I was then advised that I need a different insurance card physically. A simple phone call to let me know would have been nice. Instead, I get there and wait 20 minutes until they tell me that they can't see me.

Then I have to reschedule for 3 weeks out. My daughter's shot schedule is now off. 3rd Visit: I've been here waiting over 45 minutes and still haven't been called back. I will NEVER return here again.

Dr. Bostic is my kids pediatrician. They have weak immunities and are ALWAYS sick. She listens to every concern I have without making me feel crazy, she makes my kids feel safe, she is extremely thorough and spends time with her patients never rushing, her staff is amazing and we never have trouble getting appointments. We are so grateful for Dr. Bostic and her staff.

They are all wonderful doctors, any time I have a question or a problem they are always there with an answer or solution. Stephanie and wendy are absolutely amazing everytime I call. These two lovely ladies help with any paperwork, appointments ect. I've been going for two years I absolutely love it

Don't bother calling them and leaving a message. 100% of the time I have left a message, they have yet to return my calls. This has been going on for at least 2 years. When I asked the staff why they don't return calls, they told me that the best remedy is to make an appointment if I have questions or need anything else. How can I make an appointment if they don't return calls? I am looking for another more reliable and professional PCP.

Yesterday was my first day going to this doctors office! My appointment went so great the wait was not long at all the people in the front were very helpful the nurse that helped us was very nice the office was clean but the best part of our visit was Dr Bostic she was amazing! Such a kind, professional, and attentive pediatrician she made sure to explain everything in very good detail! I'm a first time mom and I'm definitely not dreading the next appointment!

I'm knew to the Inland Empire and took all of my 3 kids and was satisfied with Dr. Bostic and the wait time and the playroom for the kids nice and clean and friendly staff!

My wife saw both Dr. Emeruwa and Dr. Ismailjee during her pregnancy. Both doctors are excellent at what they do. They were always prepared and showed concern and seemed genuinely interested in making my wife's pregnancy as smooth as possible. Both doctors were always proactive (e.g., ordering tests as needed, and sending us to labor and delivery after my wife had a slip accident) concerning the health and welfare of both my wife and our baby.

We were always able to get appointment times that were convenient. Their offices are clean and modern. They have an excellent PA (Rachel) and she assisted Dr. Ismailjee who delivered our son by c-section. The delivery was earlier than planned but both the doctor and Rachel arrived promptly. The delivery had one minor hiccup that was not the fault of either the Dr. or PA. (A local was needed as my wife could feel the laser and the staff at Parkview was slow at getting it for the doctor) The doctor waited patiently (about 2 minutes) for the shot and then proceeded with the c-section. Everything with the delivery was great and our son, now eight weeks old, is healthy. We recommend anyone go to this office if they're pregnant.
