Any establishment that genuinely cares for their patients wellbeing, & health would not tolerate any disrespectful, vile, rude behavior from their employees. They should pride themselves on professionalism & not accept anything less. As I walked in the woman at the front desk was so rude as if she knew me & we had some kind of feud in our past. No greeting whatsoever.

In fact I said, "hi, how are you. I wanted to che." and cut me off right there.she was so demanding & hostile when asking what I wanted/reason for coming. When she asked me for my info I had forgotten my wallet in the car so I excused myself to go get it politely.she had such an attitude, rolling her eyes, huffing her breath. Like the audacity?! How dare I make a simple human error and forget my wallet in the car?!

When I come back, she creates such negative tension in the room, as if she is fed up with dealing with me already. I didn't have my iehp card and she lost her composure completely. She began to Belittle me, & basically said I had to leave because I didn't have my sons insurance card with me physically. When I asked her, "can't you look up his insurance card with his other information?" She raised her voice at me so rudely, "With WHAT INFORMATION?!" *rolled her eyes* I said, "with his social or date of birth?" She left to grab some papers for me to fill out and handed them to me w such force as if she was angry that Ive given her an extra task to do in order to find his information.

When I came back to the front desk to turn in the sheet of papers, I had forgotten to fill out everything and missed a question.as soon as I was heading back to sit down she legitimately YELLED at me. "MAAAAMMMM! You forgot to fill this out!" Keep in mind I haven't even left the vicinity of the desk I barely turned around slightly not even completely.

There was nooo reason for her to yell at me so disrespectfully and angrily. At this point I was livid! I could not believe that I was spoken to in such a hostile manner AND in front of my son! That was obscene. Absolutely unprofessional. I can't believe I allowed her to speak to me so terribly it was degrading. My experience w the dr was not what I expected.

She was very incompetent & had no knowledge whatsoever regarding the anatomy and health of a toddler. She said she had no idea what was wrong w him & possibly needed an emergency circumcision. (Turns out the "white bump" was dead skin, & its completely normal for a 2yr olds penis to not fully retract.) Anyways, I told the dr, "I wanted to bring to your attention the poor service I received w the lady at the front desk." as I told her what happened.

She defended her employee. Saying she said nothing wrong. I told her it wasn't what she said it was her tone & attitude. That I understood I should have been prepared w my sons insurance card but she shouldn't have spoken to me in that manner and continued to disrespect me in front of my son and belittle me. She said she would speak to her about it. But honestly I know she didn't care and that when I left they probably just laughed at me & went on w their day as if it was nothing.

Horrible! That "doctor" was rude and kicked us out of the office because I kept asking for an inhaler for my asthmatic son who she diagnosed with bronchitis! Because at that moment he wasn't wheezing she said no. He has to wait to see his new PCP on the 26th but gets coughing attacks and needs an inhaler at that time. Trying to avoid an ER visit.

He is on the California Asthma program and yet she still refused him. An inhaler is NOT a controlled substance. It's something so simple to prescribe but she has a God complex and wants to have the say so. I have been in the medical field for 22 years and never met a doctor so cold hearted. She should consider retiring. I WILL be making a complaint with the medical board. Dr. Rogala you should be ashamed of yourself. You took an oath to do no harm and you potentially have done future harm.

Had a great experience here. I needed a rapid COVID test, as I work in healthcare and had a potential exposure. They were very accommodating and informative. Took a test, got my results 15 minutes later and I was out the door. This enabled me to get right back to work without having to miss any days waiting for results. Thank you!

I am truly grateful to Dr. Rogala. I truly believe she saved my life. Because of her I got the care I needed and finally knew what was going on with my body. After a few trips to the ER with no answers and no results. finally after my initial visit to Apex, Dr. Rogala seem to know how to treat my condition. Because of her my condition was identified and able to be treated.

I am honestly concerned with your determination to correct someone who is using extreme precaution rather than providing a preventative protocol during covid surge. The lady was in the hall coughing and clearly stated she & her spouse tested positive 3 days before & she was there for meds. I by no means would create such a lie, for what? I was simply trying to protect myself & my son.

Now this aerosol spray could not have drenched your floor, stop it & this raised the concern that your staff does not properly sanitize between covid patients being tested (over 20 that day) because your tech complained about having to mop. She did not slip because she did not come in she once again gave patient info with an opened door. I am not a bully just a mother trying to keep you medical staff on your toes because our lives matter.

More than the $80pp test fee you are placing others at risk for. Your front office guy had an expired face mask on that kept slipping beneath his nose for crying outloud. Invest more time in ordering PPE than trying to make fictitious stories to deflect the truth. When we arrived back for our test your lobby was empty. I sprayed the mocroban in front of the lil Latina tech that brought us in & had she mentioned not to do so I would have gladly put it away UNTIL I HEARD THE COVID CONVO at our door in the hall. Im sorry but I have a family to live for & protect & you should be as cautious with your patients n staff. U should NOT ALLOW ANY COVID POSITIVE PTS. INSIDE do zoom or phone appts lady, are u kidding me?!

Now I apologize if my spray may have risked a resp patient but you are exaggerating with this response. I even kindly suggested you pop up a tent outside for testing so you & staff & patients are at less risk than what your doing now. All of this with a smile as my son was negative & we just wanted OUT of there ASAP P.S trust me we WONT BE BACK & people pay the extra $40 for a rapid test outside elsewhere because your life also matters!

I understand these are rough times during a pandemic, but that doesn't mean that customer service doesn't matter. First the doctor walks out on me and leaves me talking, then the staff schedule an appointment for me (which is nice) but don't ask what day might work for me, and then I ask for the office number so I can try to reschedule due to work, the staff gets mad and it seems like they're doing me a huge favor giving me a phone number.

Last but not least all I'm told at the end is to go to the ER if I don't feel good, instead of suggesting something, either a prescription or a home remedy. I've been going to this place for years but I'd rather drive to Yucaipa or somewhere else instead of dealing with rude people. Instead of feeling better I felt worse just by the way I was treated.

Apparently Cindy- "the manager" has the WORST customer service! During these times all People should be patient and as calm as possible. I would NEVER step foot in apex willingly! The only reason i have ever gone is because it's where my employer chooses to send for TB TESTING! I called simply to find out what their protocol was before just showing up. Cindy was very curt and rude, yelling and showing complete ignorance!

I simply asked if they were busy or had a waiting room at the moment! When I asked for a manager she hung up on me. I called back another girl answered and said she has no idea Shona seres the phone and out Cindy right back on! Cindy continued with her same unprofessional ignorant antics! I called a third time now girl who transferred me to Cindy answers again!

She now asks for my name and number and claims they don't have caller ID AND that supposedly the one Dr there will contact me when she is not with patients! Still waiting! Cindy should be more than ashamed of herself and APEX should really consider employing that type of individual! She is one person and you deal With many businesses here in Beaumont and guess what we don't HAVE TO COME TO YOU! Thankfully! If your front office staff/so called manager is the first impression of this place. what a shame!

I visited this location on Monday March 9th, I have been to a lot of medical facilities in my time, and never have I encountered any health care workers so rude or unprofessional. People at the front desk walked away as I was talking to them, interrupted me when I tried to speak, and used very hostile tones. There are other great urgent cares in the area, I would advise everybody to stay away and take your loved ones elsewhere.

And I will direct this part directly to the owner/administrator who reads this review: Before you respond to me in a snarky manner like I've seen you do to a large number of other bad reviews, I was not a patient I was there as a visitor, at its probably not great for business to chastise other people for the incompetence of your staff. And before you try to find a record of me, obviously the name is a pseudonym, I hope That even in your righteous attempt to defend this business, you weren't to blind enough to think that was a real name

I have been going to this facility for some time now whenever myself or my family aren't feeling well and we cant get in to see our doctors. They have always been some of the kindest and most helpful medical personnel I have had to deal with in the medical field. They truly go above and beyond to help us as quickly as possible and to insure they answer any questions we have. Even the small things in the way they make my family feel better mean a lot.

Great staff and concerned nurses, no problem until I met the doctor. She hardly even examined me and walked out without saying a word and never came back. I am in a terrible situation that I tried to explain to her which she immediately disregarded and it felt like she could care less. But I am thankful for the nurse and rest of the staff.

I wish I could say that the worst part about this visit was the wait, but the worst part was actually the doctor's bedside manner! We went to the chiropractor next door for back pain and they recommended that we visit the doctor next door for a pain shot and muscle relaxers. They even calLed in. the wait was from 9:15 to 10:30 before we could even go into the room to get vitals. then another half hour in the exam room to see the doctor.

Once the doctor came in she was a jerk (Dr. Foster). No bedside manner. What a biotch. We came in for back pain and she was treating us like she was a cop interrogating a felon. She made the patient lay down, which hurt a lot to do. This was to give her an "exam" but the all she did was jerk around the patients legs which hurt them. Then said ok you can stand up, as if it was a none issue. B, we are here for back pain!

So while the patient is trying to get off the exam bed, she asked if she wanted a shot?!? Yes that's why we came in B! So she got the price and said, do you still want it? Yes B, that's why we are her. again! Since we were getting the shot, she said ok well, roll on your side. really? You just told the patient to stand up but it's ok to stay laying then?

We wait for this potion that takes 20 minutes to create instead of getting it off the shelf in 5 minutes (pain reliever and steroids btw) and when the nurse comes in she says. wait for it. STAND UP?!? What? What's the standard procedure for back pain in this damn place jumping jacks? Burpees? They should come to an agreement on what needs to happen during an injection. Anyhow, unless you are dying and maybe not even then. don't come to this place when Dr. Foster is around and make sure you are not in a hurry!

If I could give this place 0 stars that's what they would get! Avoid this place at all cost if you can do so! Their customer service needs ALOT of work. Their communication skills are lacking. They keep the place hella warm! Yes let's give the bactaria and germs from all the people who are sick, help in growing and spreading! Ugh this place.

Found this place to take my daughter. Was fast and easy. Clean. Only thing I did not like was the fact they had on a talk show Wendy Williams or some lady. And during my time there talking about rape and a top producer forcing himself on women. Yeah got a look from my 9 year old daughter. there were kids younger than her there. this was at like 11am.

This was my first visit to an urgent care center. I had read reviews about this Center and many of them were not very complimentary. I didn't feel like trying to get an appointment with my primary care physician and didn't want to spend hours in the waiting room, possibly giving my illness to others. When I got to the urgent care I expected to wait a couple of hours but with 20 minutes I was called back.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice, the dr's assistant was very nice and Dr. Rogala was quick, efficient and extremely nice. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend this Center to everyone. When I was leaving the young lady at the front desk said she hoped I felt better soon and she then wished me a happy Thanksgiving. Short wait for excellent service.

This "Urgent Care" is one of the worst, cheap, ghetto looking medical facilities I've ever been to. The Medical Assistants were nice and helpful but the man at the front, Mike, treats everyone as they are below him. Very condescending. The Dr., Dr. Rogala has the same attitude. I did not feel comfortable or welcomed there. I felt like an inconvenience.

I will never go there again. There was another lady I'm guessing some kind of office manager, old white LADY with shoulder length hair, guess what? RUDE TOO. And let me just say this, and Mike and Dr. I hope you read this, you aren't some nice well taken care of facility. YOUR FACILITY IS GHETTO AND RUN DOWN. You cannot treat people like they are beneath you when judging by the way you keep your business I probably make more money than you or that Dr!

And you would think you would get the fact that word of mouth travels. Your place has a horrible reputation in this town and now I got to see why firsthand. It looks like you try to save a buck anywhere possible and it shows too. Have a little more pride in your business and stop being so judgmental bunch of old white racist people. Just a tip: bad mouthing your patients and making racist comments isn't a good idea ever but especially not when you're doing it at the front desk!

All that separated you from us is a cheap little piece of plastic and we heard you! So don't be surprised if you get more reviews like this in the coming days. I know you think you can treat patients however you like and it'll be ok because you're basically the only urgent care in town but once another one opens and word of mouth travels that it's a nicer, cleaner place and their staff is actually polite and kind I bet your days of being in business will be numbered. Good luck guys!

THE WORST URGENT CARE IN THE AREA. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH OF THE RECEPTIONIST. WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY FROM WORK! I went in in the morning around 9am, which is when they open. their systems were down, instead of them notifying the entire lobby of this, they let us sit there for over an hour! I left, called to make sure it was back up, it was so I came back, just to wait ANOTHER hour and a half or more.

I went up to the front just to find them laughing & talking & not doing their jobs, the lady told me I was next yet she called a patient before me that came in AFTER me! When I asked her about it she couldn't give me a straight answer. DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off sitting in the ER than going to this bullshit "urgent care" THEY SUCK!

Came to this facility with some fairly severe symptoms, but not severe enough for the emergency room. The nurses were great, very sweet. but the dr, was not. Never even got her name. She first said my symptoms were a migraine, but changed her mind after she heard how long they had been happening. She then poked me in my forehead & asked if it hurt. of course it hurt.

She then said she would write me for antibiotics for a sinus infection and walked out of the room. I took the antibiotics and was sick within a few days, to end up in the emergency room the following Monday (I went to urgent care on a thursday) with worse symptoms. and no sign of a sinus infection! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give no stars I would.

Little more of an update. after symptoms worsened fast, I got into my primary dr. They gave me a referral for a brain MRI and neurologist. the results of the MRI were NOT normal. I am still so mad that the dr wrote off my alarming symptoms as a sinus infection. She clearly needs to go back to school or something. or not Be a Dr.

This place is my go to for my very accident prone daughter. They provide quick efficient service, which makes it nice to get quick service for something I would have waited hours for in the ER. The only hard part is seeing different doctor's almost every time. But that's what happens when a medical facility is open 7days a week. Thank you apex staff, all of your hard work is much appreciated.

Exceptional care.staff is caring, efficient and provides easily understandable information about your illness and instructions to follow. It's great to be seen quickly and not sit around for hours. Will definitely tell my family and friends to come here if they are sick.

I really like this place. Not only do they give the best care, they are so nice. I've taken my kids to different urgent cares and felt like I wasnt taken seriously. Apex is professional and on point but also very kind and caring. I recommend them to everyone.

Went to urgent care today my sons girlfriend was ill. She NEVER goes to the doctor so we knew she really didn't feel well. Upon arrival the first person who greeted her at front door was very rude! She was rolling her eyes! The care was good and back staff was great!

One of the worse experiences I have had. The older man at the desk was impolite, rude, loud and terribly unprofessional. The facility is dirty and when I went today the man at the desk said to one of the incoming patients "the wait is 2 hours, your lucky, real lucky to get out of here by noon." So unprofessional. He yelled at my 3yr old son in front of all the people in the office for turning off one of the light switches, then made a rudely worded comment during my conversation with him that he "has to work here everyday and watch people's kids." I stopped him at that moment and said he didn't need to keep on going and making a scene or comments.

Rating Apex Urgent Care facility with 1 star would be generous. The Yuciapa Urgent Care facility in Yuciapa is much cleaner, more polite and has a much less wait time and genuinely cares for its patience.

The doctor and the nurse were great but unfortunately they do not make up for the office staff who are condescending, rude and unprofessional. They completely ruined the visit for me when I was already in an extreme amount of pain, they just don't care about people and clearly hate their job.

Dr. Rogala and her staff were the best. I was seen and treated in a timely manner, information was provided on about my diagnosis, treatment, and expected outcome. I was encouraged to return if my symptoms didn't get better. The staff called me to follow-up about my condition and were very helpful. Customer service started from the time I walked into the door, I felt they really cared. Communication was excellent from the doctor and her staff. Everything was very efficient.

The Dr. Was awesome. The staff was very caring and friendly. I am one who generally doesnt leave reviews, but because of the negatives that almost caused me not to seek treatment I felt compelled. The Dr. Was female, and the owner, she was very caring acting like I was the only patient she had to see all day, and it was very busy! She questioned and cared for so much more than what I came in for I was amazed. If I could i'd make her my primary Dr. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The guy at the front desk was really rude. I'm not from this town & don't know of any pharmacies around here, so when I filled out the paperwork, I just put "?" in that spot. He said, "There's no such pharmacy called question mark." I wanted to punch him in the throat. I already don't feel well, hence going to urgent care. The doctor was even worse.

It was a female. I didn't catch her name, but she's clearly in the wrong profession. Aren't doctors meant to help people? I went in for an ear ache, which has been happening off & on for a while now. I thought this was important information to give her since she's a doctor & I'm not & she should be able to help me figure out what's wrong.

She was so extremely condescending & demeaning, made me feel like a complete idiot & that my questions were stupid & I was just wasting her time. I would rather chop both my ears off than ever deal with those jerks again.

My niece flew in from MO with an ear infection. We didn't know until she got into town. We called around trying to find a place that took my sister's insurance and we couldn't find anyone. We payed cash here for a strep test and was given antibiotics for her ear. We were seen quickly and the staff was nice. Super small rooms. I had to wait for them outside.

I ended up just waiting in the parking lot because the waiting room smelled like some disinfectant and was giving me a headache. I was very grateful that the doctor was accurate in her analysis because we were able to enjoy our Disney trip a few days later after she started taking her medication.
