This facility does not like answer their calls, we call and leave countless messages, and no one calls back. We cannot get an actual person to talk to on the phone, its all recordings.

I started coming to this clinic about two years ago and I started off great, they answered the calls right away. All the girls there were so nice and welcoming! With this new group of staff (excuse my potty mouth) has turned to shit. They NEVER! answer damn phone, I have to show up to set an appointment and I really dislike the girls in the front, they talk out loud about there personal life, it's very unprofessional and ghetto.

The older lady in the front is rude and is literally hanging out at work for a paycheck. She'll do anything but her work. The doctors are great and attendants, when they put effort into it it's a great clinic but have shitty staff.

I when to see my doctor to get out of jury duty and he told me he wants me to come back in November for my Physical I him I will come for that

This clinic is an exceptional place to get drug screens. Kaylin is really cool and got me in and out and was just the nicest about it all. Thanks for being great.

If you have Dr. Wyman, find a new doctor ASAP. We have been struggling to find answers to my moms pains throughout the years while she was being seen by him and his team. She was with him for a good 10 years and only prescribed her ibuprofen, Tylenol or tramedol without digging any deeper to find the root cause. He was passive about her complaints, always bypassed the way she felt and honestly pretended to care during the appt and either him or his team would forget to submit orders of any kind.

About 7 months ago, she was assigned to Alan. I'm giving this place 5 stars only because Alan Valenzuela is a true hero. 0 stars for Wyman. Alan has given my mom so much attention and sent her to all the specialists she needs in just 7 months all while Wyman ignored her complaints for over 10 years and did little to help her understand her ailments.

I hold a lot of resentment towards him for that because she is really struggling and we are cramming so many specialists into one year that could have been done YEARS AGO! Stay away from Wyman. Alan - thank you for caring about my mom. You are a true hero in the front lines.

Omg. Everyone in the office is so nice and respectful. The MD is very knowledgeable and empathetic to my conditions. So happy I have an office I can bring my kids and feel confident in their care. Karen is the best MA.

I have been dealing with Rancho Paseo Medical Group for the past 4 months. I have had kidney stones, 3 of them, for the past four months, and they refuse to give me anything that is effective against pain. Anybody that knows anything about kidney stones knows it's excruciating, so when they offer you something over-the-counter, you can only laugh in their faces.

I pay my insurance premium every month, I pay my co-pays, and when I go to the office nothing is ever done; they are grifters; They take my money very gladly, but offer nothing in return. At one point during a visit I was emotional about my issues, and they told me that I only have 15 minutes to talk; unbeknownst to me there is another review on this thread that talks about the same 15 minutes.

Believe me, you are not a patient to them, you are a number that has 15 minutes. I think a big part of it is these doctors forget who they really work for; they work for the patient and they're supposed to discuss remedies and solutions, not hide behind their lawyers. If anybody wants to talk to me about it I have more bad details that will probably deter you from using this office.

I am also an Internet professional who understands the Web and I will be doing everything in my power to let as many people know about this horrible office. I am great with search engines. I'm still confused as to what it is these doctors actually do for a living, because it's not to practice medicine. Judging by the treatment thus far, I will probably be retaliated against.

Im new to this group as of last year, office is very clean, personally to me it has been the worst customer care, I called and left a message did not get a call back, came in to the office to see if they were even open and the 3 assistance were in their group chat i asked them why no one returned my calll and they replied they were short on staff, there was 3 in that office how were they short on staff?

I called again in January for a follow up left a message because I been in urgent care a few times for UTI, than called again again in March, never got a return call or them to answer my phone calls, last time I talked to them was last year, the worst is that I request to be changed and the changes where not made, so I have to wait till next month.

Being sick is a very scarey thing. And when you feel that you and your loved ones are in competent, kind, intelligent hands by your medical providers---I don't know what could be better! I am have utterly impressed by the medical staff at Rancho Paseo Medical Group. In particular The medical provider Alan valenzuela. I feel a huge sense of relief and peace at the level of medical care I receive here and HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone seeking high end, top of the line medical care! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

I've been trying to make an appointment for the past couple of days and it's impossible with this clinic! The first day I called and they left me on hold for 10 mins., so I hung up and tried calling back and all I get is their voicemail box to leave a message. So I tried the next day to give them another chance to get me an appointment and failed again.

This time they transfer me to a "scheduler" and the phone just rang and then hangs up! So I try calling back and the receptionist, Daisy, tells me to hold because she has another person before me. Didn't give me a chance to say anything of course. I'm waiting once again for 5 mins. before I hang up again because I'm frustrated at this point.

I have an eight month old baby that I'm trying to get a check up for and I've never experienced such a difficult time trying to get an appointment. Currently looking for a new clinic.

Great service. Alan Valenzuela, PA-C is great! He listens to me and has helped me start a healthy lifestyle! Anyone that needs a new doctor come here!

AHHH-MAAZING provider! Such a wonder provider. ALAN the PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, was WAY MORE helpful than the DOCTOR! Alan gave me a better health care than these doctors who are "LICENSED" to know more don't do SHIT for you! I would prefer to see Alan than any OTHER DR there! If you go here I highly recommend Alan!

Re: Alan Valenzuela - So far so good. It seems to me I'm receiving comfortable, competent and concerned care and he seems like the kind of guy I like to have a beer with or play around of golf. I recommend him.

The doctor me and my dad see here is Alan Valenzuela and he has been a very nice and good doctor to us. I am mentally disabled in some ways and my dad is elderly and the staff and doctor has been nice to us. The doctor is trying to help me get my medicine that I need and am having a hard time getting.

Was here at 10:30am, didn't get in till 12:00,1:30minutes for a drug test ridiculous even having all my paperwork.

Everyone at Rancho Paseo Medical Group is extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Rancho Paseo. I am so grateful to Mr. Alan Valenzuela, PA who literally changed my life. This is not an exaggeration. I am so grateful that he was able to determine the right care for me. It made all the difference. Mr. Valenzuela, I believe there is a special place in heaven for people like you: for people who change lives. Thank you.

Came in for a TB test the other day and experienced great service from the dr and receptionists however when I came back to have the results read they sent me to another department we're the nurses are located. The receptionist in that department as well as nurse O'Connor were very rude. I felt that I needed to post this in hopes they'll change the way they greet and help their patients in the future.

Read the negative reviews they are the truth the positive ones are Dr. That's what this office is good at lack of care either to many paitiants or bad management office is slow to do anything I am a diabetic with no insulun no test strips no meds been waiting over a week I followed thier instructions for refills and nothing this office needs reported baaaaaaaad baaaaaaaad service someone read this and investigate I will be putting a formal complaint in everyone should as well I could write more that has gone wrong but we will save that for medical complaint beware of this office BEWARE

Dr. Candace Wang is fabulous. Attentive, kind, and medically knowledgable. I see some negative reviews about her not being available, but just because she has a busy schedule doesnt mean she is a bad doctor. She simply has a tight set of books. She will even pray with you if you want to! If you can get in with her you will be blessed immensely! Thank you Dr. Wang!

05/14/2019 We had an appointment at today 8:45. Two lady were here and on the right side there is a customer. So we went to the left side. She was typing the computer. We thought she is busy. And stood there for 3-4mins. And then another man coming. She skipping us and asked him. Hi do you have appointment? 2mins later he went in. We felt very bad nd angry. And ask her why you doing this? Oh she judge which go in first and which not serving? The attitude that she has only shows she doesn't like her job

Dr. Candice Lee Wang is NEVER AVAILABLE she works about two hours per week and when your appointment comes around she cancels it because she won't be available. Terrible customer service from the medical assistants. In person and over the phone. I will be switching providers because of how rude they are. Every appointment and phone call is a nightmare especially with the medical assistant for Dr. Candice. I don't recommend people come to this of.

I was seen on 1/2018 to re-establish care. It's been years since I was a patient at this clinic. I was 100% satisfied with my visit. The staff was very friendly. I was really happy with my visit with Carlene Willis, FNP-C. She made me feel very comfortable talking to her about all my health issues and concerns. I wanted to cry of joy. Praise God!

She listened to all my concerns. With my previous Dr. I would get anxiety just knowing I was there to see him, I'm so glad I made the choice to re-establish care with RPMG. I will be making the change for my 4 boy's to re-establish care with RPMG.

*****UPDATE******* After working with management, I am happy to report that issues have been resolved. I've given this a few months and have had much better service from all areas within the practice. Thank you Danielle for working through the process. Very much appreciated since I think Dr. Wyman and his nurse, Christina are fantastic and certainly didn't want to change my doctor! _______________________________________________ The absolute worst customer service at this practice that I've ever experienced.

They do not return phone calls; ever. They ignore requests for refills from pharmacies and always say they did not receive the requests. I've had multiple requests for refills or new prescription starts cancelled due to them not responding to the requests. When this happens at more than one pharmacy, I can no longer believe their excuses. It doesn't matter the issue or need, these people just don't respond.

This happens with both my account and my husbands. We've dealt with this ineptitude for 2 years now and it just doesn't get any better. If you have another choice in provider, I suggest you choose anyone but these people. I'm changing my provider.

Never been to a doctors office where the DOCTOR talks poorly about their patients with their staff (MY GRANDMOTHER) and loud enough to where they can hear from the waiting room. guess theres a first for everything. #1. HIPPA VIOLATION #2. JUST PLAIN RUDE! SHAME ON YOU DR. FREDERICK LOYD

Besides the beautiful, clean office. Dr. Candace Lee Wang is the absolute BEST. I haven't seen a doctor in a few years and she made the first visit the BEST experience. I think her exact words were "I'm going to take good care of you, and get you healthy". The most sincere words. I have to admit besides her patience and thoroughly going over my health issues so I could understand. my FAVORITE thing about her, is her desire to pray with me! Knocked my socks of! Prayer is so powerful and having a Doctor who prays with you is just WOW.

Dr. Candice Lee-Wang is such an amazing doctor. She truly cares about you as a whole person and not only what you are in the doctors office for. I love that she prays with me after our appointment. She is so kind and I can tell she is passionate about her job. I look forward to going to the doctors office!
