THIS OFFICE DOES NOT EVEN RATE. BIG ZERO! THIS PLACE JOKE! MY 94 YEAR OLD MOTHER CAME TO OFFICE PER REQUEST FROM PRIMARY DOCTOR FOR A BUMP ON HER NOSE. DR. WILLOUGHBY TOOK BIOPSY AND DIAGNOSIS CAME BACK. BASAL CELL CARCINOMA. MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT 11:15 AM IN JANUARY (GOT NEW INSURANCE DIDN'T KNOW THE INSURANCE PUT PCP WRONG AND MEDICAL GROUP THE OFFICE DIDN'T COVER) THE OFFICE. R E F U S E D TO HAVE DOCTOR MAFUNG (COWARD.HE WAS LISTENING AND WALKING IN OFFICE FRONT DESK. NOT ACKNOWLEDGING JUST WALKED AWAY ) WHILE FRONT DESK WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN.

I TOLD THEM PUT YOURSELF IN MY PLACE. JUST WANT TO HAVE DR EXPLAIN. THE COWARDLY HEARTLESS PEOPLE WITHOUT A SOUL OR COMPASSION. THEN AMY TOLD ME TO GET OUT OR SHE WILL CALL THE POLICE!

I picked this place because it was close to the border and I could stay in Tijuana. The staff were amazing. My treatment was fast. I would definitely reccomend them

Dr. Mafong has been treating my son for a few years now and we always have a good experience at each visit. Dr. Mafong takes the time to ask questions and he always gives detailed explanations about the treatment plan.

I am a self pay patient and I always return here to see Amy Ellsworth. I have sharp but it takes forever to get an apt so visiting this office is worth every penny because there are appointments always available and seeing Amy makes it worthwhile. I just love Amy! She's compassionate, personable and really cares about her patients. She makes you feel comfortable and takes her time to listen. Never have I felt rushed. She has great recommendations but never pushy. I look forward to my visits. She is the best and I will continue to request her. Thank you Amy!

As a first time patient, I'm truly impressed of Dr. Amy Han's professional knowledge and skill. She explained in detail everythng she's going to do and make the patient comfortable. The medication she prescribed truly works. Just after the first day of application, I could see and feel a big improvement in areas applied. I have had a dermatologist in my life since I was about 4 years old so I've had many of them over the years. Dr. Amy Han is one of the best. I love her kind nature, deep knowledge, and willingness to explain alternate treatments and options. I also like that you can schedule directly online. I knocked off a star because their front office staff is awful and has been since I started going here almost four years ago.

Never friendly and their policies are wasteful --- every year, I have the same insurance (my ins doesn't even send a new card!) but it seems like every two or three visits, they need to make ANOTHER COPY of my ID and insurance card. IT'S THE EXACT SAME ONE but that does not matter. They insist on making yet another copy of it. QUIT WASTING PAPER AND RESOURCES.

Although I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get the cheek filler that I had requested, I did appreciate Dr. Mafong's candor in explaining to me that this particular procedure was not one of his specialties. I have seen Dr. Mafong twice before this particular visit, and both times he did an excellent job with my "lip/above the lip" fillers. I also love his kind and attentive manner.

Really simple visit without a lot of annoying superfluous questions and what not that tend to really bug me about going to doctor's offices. Usual amount of paperwork, but as for the visit itself, it was quick and simple, expertly administered, and helped me to achieve exactly what I was after. Seems to be staffed by a lot of younger people who left some professionalism to be desired at the front, but I don't really care about that stuff so much if the actual work being done on me is good.

Some people would probably have been put off, but I don't need the usual office niceties and decorum and such if I get what I came for. And in any case, the nursing staff was very personable and professional, (more like what I would have expected), for their part.
