The place is really slow, they have about 5 or 6 secretaries / nurses but they take forever to see you, also some of the front people are rude, like they have to patience for anyone. The Doctors are friendly and actually are considerate of you. Only Come for work related injuries, i wouldn't recommend this place for a normal urgent care visit, nothing urgent about this place.

Please update your hours, it says your open on Sundays. Your not, when calling your office it does not state the business hours.

This place is so slow, I have had appointments for the past 3 weeks at 2:30 and I have not been seen until 5, it's so ridiculous. Every time I have had to go and check the front desk to ask if my name has been called yet. Nice people but horrible service

Horrible experience. Came in at 6:30am for an employment physical, TB test and drug test. Completed all three and the medical assistant some how "erased " it on the system. Prior to that the office manager Alexis had told me to go outside I tried to tell her that the medical assistant told me to wait for her there. She proceeded to get loud and roll her eyes.

Then surprise my stuff is magically erased from the system. How does something just erase from your system. The staff was blaming one another and nobody was working for a resolution and just told me to keep waiting. The office manager Alexis was sooo rude and did not want to speak to me and just yelled for me to go outside, rolling her eyes. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. The only nice person there was the older male medical assistant. They were so mean to him definitely would not recommend. The environment is toxic!

I needed a DOT physical/drug screen for work, I was able to walk-in on the day of and get seen by an experienced PA & staff. Happy we have a clinic so close to the shipyards. Makes it convenient!

Was explicitly told by the front desk receptionist that this clinic was open on Sundays until 12 pm. Showed up on Sunday at 10:15am to see the parking lot gated off and the clinic closed without explanation.

RIDICULOUS. I called the front desk on friday to make sure they are open on weekends and she confirmed that they are open until 12pm. I am sitting here right now on Sunday at 10am in the parking lot and no one is here, doors locked and not even a sign that say why they're closed when they're supposed to be open.? Ridiculous

EDIT: ***DO NOT GO HERE*** Scammers. read the other reviews. I personally don't trust the 5 star rating because of the generic response. I WAS a patient and did call. The owner is trying to deflect (and not be accountable or fix things). There are nicer clinics with HONEST practices. MONEY is their priority and they are trying to target the vulnerable. PFFF. Your response says it all.

None of the employees were wearing a mask, , every single one in the office had no mask on & would walk throughout the building still without putting one on. they all gave me dirty looks once i walked in & as i got to the front of the line. i called beforehand & the girl said they take hmo, , once i got there & waited in line the front desk lady said they don't accept hmo, , so i waited for nothing & the staff obviously don't care & give out wrong information. glad i didn't get treated there it just looked gross

Went in with a lot of pain Greeted me professionally and efficient Quick to getting me in Met with the PA Heather Haigler Listened to my story and issues Seem sympathetic Very thorough and straight forward I can appreciate a provider like that. I usually do bad reviews if I have a horrible experience. But people that actually do their job and are concerned need recognition too. Thanks ladies, I will definitely recommend your office and keep you in mind if I need you again
