Dr. Balikian and his staff( Shirley & Erin) were definitely worth the wait! It's no wonder why I waited 4 months for a consultation- they're clearly THAT good! The entire process was simple. I wanted a neck / face lift. Check in was easy & pleasant ( not stuffy at all). I was brought into the consultation room where Erin provided a brief description of their office and Dr. Balikian's services.
I waited no more than 3 minutes and Dr. Balikian came in. He was great! He was kind, professional, and absolutely knows his speciality. After the evaluation and thorough deliberation we (mostly HE) concluded that I should return in 3- 5 years. Even if I was disappointed with his findings, I appreciated his honesty. He could have easily done a procedure ( & get paid) but he felt that I wasn't ready yet. I booked an appointment for next year ( just in case he changes his mind)! Thank you and continued success to you and your staff. It was a pleasure. AND I will be back!

I'm so glad I chose Dr. Balikian to do my surgery. It's such a huge decision, and I wanted to make sure I didn't end up looking like some bizarre version of myself. It's 3 months since the surgery and I'm ecstatic! He did such a beautiful job. I look like me, but refreshed and youthful. The entire office staff has been wonderful as well. Best decision ever!

Update. One year ago this month I had upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery on both eyes including a fat transfer. My results are amazing. Doctor Balikian and his staff are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Doctor Balikian for any type of facial surgery. So far I have only had a virtual consultation with Doctor Balikian. Basing this review on first impressions, I will say I am overly excited to learn more about the procedures we discussed.
Doctor Balikian appears to be very professional. What I appreciated most was his honesty and not trying to push additional work just to have it done. I have concerns regarding excessive eyelid skin and he was very thorough to explain what he recommends and what is not necessary to achieve the results I am looking for. I have been a patient of Dr. Balikian for 13 years now. He is absolutely amazing along with the most incredible front and back office staff! Very professional, accommodating and first class! I had a follow up appointment today with Dr Balikian for my subnasal lip lift. He said my healing is progressing nicely, and I absolutely love the result! My upper lip is so pretty now and I love wearing lipstick again! It was honestly the easiest, most pain free procedure I have ever had. I highly recommend the lip lift and Dr. Balikian! Five stars all around!

Originally I found Dr. Balikian while looking for doctors for a nose surgery and then decided to get a different unrelated procedure by him instead. That being said I'm personally not happy at all with my results. I wanted my ears pinned back and during the appointment he was very realistic with what he could and would not do. There's a big difference overall but i just wish I could say that I am completely satisfied, which is what I would have expected based on his reviews.
I didn't expect perfection but the obvious unevenness from one ear to the other post procedure bother me to the point where I'll prob have to consider another procedure somewhere else to get it fixed. I still don't wear my hair up, now because one ear is more pinned back than the other! Also on my last visit when I mentioned some concerns he pushed pretty hard into my incision line on the opposite ear, which why would you do that!
It's the night before and the spot is pretty sore. I've been so paranoid about tugging on them since I know they can unpin, so that was very frustrating. I'm glad I didn't end up doing the nose job first! I don't like posting bad reviews, but I feel like this may help someone else considering a procedure. I came here in hopes that I would not have to worry about being "botched" or feeling unsatisfied with my results and have to go somewhere else to get the same procedure redone. But I guess results do vary.

Dr Balikian and his entire staff are fabulous. My surgery procedure with Dr. Balikian was an amazing experience. He treated me like family and was at my beck and call till I was fully recovered. Every concern was immediately addressed. From the reception desk to the beautiful lady that takes payments( sorry I don't know her name) are all welcoming and very friendly. Missy is a "Gem". Debbie that did my Botox and fillers procedure, is the best in the industry. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else. A sincere Thank you to all.

Joann is AMAZING! My filler, Botox and everything I've had done by her always looks phenomenal. She is so sweet and I look forward to coming back every time to see her! I TRUST Joann every time I see her. I go in tell her what my concerns are and she always takes her time with me, she is professional, warm, welcoming and does a beautiful job on me every time.
The atmosphere and vibe is very nice at Dr. Balikian's office. Everyone here does a great job to make you comfortable and feel good. I would give 1000/5 stars if I could. To add to my comment, I now live out of state but I still come back to see Joann as this is a very sensitive decision for me and trusting such a delicate process of fillers and Botox on my face is not something I take lightly so, even living out of state I will continue to go back to see Joann.

I just left my post op with Dr Balikian. I am so happy with my whole experience. From beginning to end the Dr and his Staff where wonderful! My results were more than what met my expectations.
