I've had not one but, two CT scans done at Newport Diagnostic Center and I can't speak highly enough about there staff. Both times I was under tremendous stress and the entire staff is so kind, helpful and very professional. They go above beyond with the care they provide. They are on schedule, which is amazing because most medical appointments take forever. Not them. Their office is clean and I highly recommend Newport Diagnostic Center to anyone who is in need of imaging tests.

I have been a patient of Newport diagnostic center for at least the past 10 years and whenever I am in need of any radiological service, I always tell my doctors to send the order to This place, even though many of them try to send me to different imaging centers that they work with them but I always refuse to go to any other place. The reason being that Newport diagnostic center have the most professional and kind staff to work with you and they always work with you in case of any financial challenges.

In addition they have the most knowledgeable and the most caring doctors to read your reports as well as providing the most accurate reports for my doctors. Overall I am very pleased with their service and I do recommend this imaging facility for your radiological study.

I had a great experience yesterday! Everything was on time, the staff was terrific, and the doctor explained everything he was doing as he was doing it for my contrast MRI. I was dreading it because I've always been cold in other MRIs, and they had a warm blanket for me at each step of the process. They were friendly and courteous, and I would choose this facility if I needed to in the future!

The girls at the front desk were pleasant. Very professional. Alicia who made my appointment in scheduling went above and beyond to try to get me in ASAP. She was very sweet. The process of the mammogram was quick. No wait time! Easy appointment! Something that Usually takes well over a hour. Took less than 30 minutes!

I almost wish I worked here. I am so embarrassed to say I didn't find out the name of the girl who checked me in. Made me feel like she knew me forever. I know they stayed late and she was missing some of her Valentine's Day with no complaint. Tyrone as well was incredible. I would like to correct my post when I find her name and give her the credit she deserves. She even went back in the building to get my parking validated as my ticket would not work. No where do you get this treatment. So appreciate.
