This review is specifically for one of the nurses I encountered during my stay. I had a major surgery and was in some pain but the nurse Maybell was terrible. She was inattentive and mean. She told me she was going to put poison in my IV because she thought I was mean to her. I had to request to be fed, I had to request multiple times to get up and walk, she gave little to no instructions up on my discharge and I had to ask my roommates nurse for help.

She was very mean to me the entire time and I think she has an issue with Black people. She should be counseled at the very least. Horrible experience with her. Everyone else was great and helpful.

I was recently admited at Chapman and i did not want to go there because my last experience years ago was a nightmare. i felt so uncomfortable i felt even judged by the color of my skin. But the reason i went back was cause i was hemorging. So i had to go to the closes hospital.but this time my experience was plesant from beging to end. the Dr.was wonderful and very patient and took such good care of me and nurse AMANDA #1 blonde hair she was the best Nurse i have ever encountered she kept checking omn me never left me alone and got me feeling comfortable in no time.

The Dr. That night and her left a very wonderful impression and experience of chapman hospital on me i wont forget oh and luisito also he was a refreshing person. i was admittedon 5/2/2022 about 4 :30 Am.and from now on as long as that whole crew still around i will be back and recommmend chapman hospital thank you.

This was one of the worst hospital stays I've ever had! It took several tries for the nurses to start an IV line in my arm. It took at least 30 mins, sticking me multiple times, smacking my arms to get the veins to pop up. As someone who's being prepped for surgery, this already isn't a good look for and made me very uneasy before my operation. After surgery I was placed in my room for an inpatient stay.

I was woken up several times with 2 or more people in my room socializing and I had to ask them to keep it down or please leave the room. They failed to mention that they train students while on the job. My nurse was very loud barked orders at the RN Students she trained, keeping me awake while trying to rest after my surgery. If you're going to train students, walk in quietly, inform the patient what is going on, keep your voice down and be mindful of the patient.

I felt ignored and unattended to and although I pressed the called button several times for my nurse to come see me, a student would come to assist me instead. I really think they should inform patients that some nurses are training and therefore do not know what they're doing. Second day here, a DR comes in and asks me if I'm ready to go home, I said "YES!

And he walks out and says "I'll have your nurse get your discharge paperwork and instructions ready!" I didn't feel ready to go home and in fact was still in pain, but I knew that I'd be better off at home than being ignored in this facility. I'm currently stuck at home trying to figure out how to manage my pain after surgery because I couldn't rely on the nurses and Drs at this hospital to care for me. Very disappointed and would never come back here.

You come in with a sling that was order for you before your surgery and the next thing you know you end up with something different. Also whoever the doctor that was to do the block before my shoulder surgery, didn't know what he was doing as well as the nurse who was trying to put the IV in my hand. I was poked so many times I felt like a dart bored.

And when you call for the sling you came with they have the nerve to tell you, you have to drive back to orange county to get it. Lynnwood hospital is a lot better than this place

Was sent here by my doctor to treat a infected foot ulcer. The staff was very friendly, no rude nurses like others complained about. A very pleasent experience for me, i was in and out the same night and have no complaints about my visit

I had a bad experience with Xpress Urgent Care which is on 17th street, Tustin, so I came to ER at Chapman Global Medical Center. Nurses immediately took my son in for treatment. The service is excellent. Doctors are nice and care about their patients. Receptionist is great and very helpful. Everything went through smoothly here. I much appreciate their service and will be here when needed. Thank you!

I have been under a lot of medical care over the passed year due to a necrotic pancreas. The service I received here from nurse Sal was top notch. I have not felt this well taken care of in a very long time. I thought it was my duty to let someone know what a great job everyone here has done. All of my doctors have come to see me daily, even my GI's Dennis and Bryan Riff, whom are always very busy have stopped in twice in the 48 hours I have been here.

My surgeon Dr Nguyen even came in and removed my feeding tube himself. I am more than pleased with everyone here and this will be the first place I look to should I ever be in need of medical help in the future. Thank you for reading.

I went in for an eye injury & the doctor concluded they did not have the resources to help me there. I received no medical care and they proceeded to refer me to a different hospital. I ended walking out of their facility and drove to St Josephs where I received the proper care. The negative review is not because the lack of help, It is the ridiculous medical bill I received in the mail 3 months later.

I was billed $2,652.20 for literally walking through their door and receiving nothing in return. If you want to feel ripped off this is the place to go. I spent more time filling out all the paper work with my social security number and contact information for the future bill then I did for any medical service. Just know, if you go here, the bassline cost before any medical treatment is going to be a minimum of $2,500. Attached is my bill.

Be Warned! For reference I did call their billing department to explain the situation and was only offered a payment plan for the full amount. They recommended I speak to my insurance company to try and get them to cover more of the bill. I have no problem paying a reasonable amount for the visit, but thousands of dollars for nothing is a solid gut punch.

This medical center is straight up predatory. I would not recommend going here under any circumstance. *I will happily update this review if they decide to work with me on the cost of the visit, but until then, I guess I am out $2.5K if I don't want to destroy my credit!

I do not recommend this hospital, nurses mistreat patients, they don't even answer right away when you press the call button.i had asked for help because i got out of surgery and i couldn't move and my nurse just stood.there. If only I could rate this hospital zero stars. I do want give thanks 3 people Peruvian lady who wash my hair and my body when i had so much dry blood onm me.

And young man who worked in grave shift who help me unbuckle my leg straps so i could go to the restroom. And Christina my physical therapy who walked with me. Other than that Your hospital needs to re-teach procedure and policy to your staff they need it badly This should be a team work.not passing their job duties to others because they feel like doing it. It was worsted 5 days i have stay in hospital.i wish i won't ever go back there.
