Nestled in Richmond VT, Synergic Health is just a short 12 minute drive from downtown Burlington. This is a holistic Family Health Care Practice providing Chiropractic & Applied Kinesiology. We provide several different structural, nutritional and educational services for our patients. This practice combines gentle Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology and targeted manual therapies within a warm, patient centered environment. Services
We simply need to locate whatever stressors exist in our systems and remove or resolve them. Meaning we are all in different places, with different histories of how our bodies have been treated over however many years (or minutes). This makes for the very unique context in which each patient is treated in our office.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in March of 2005, and have been in private practice since, loving every minute. I adore Vermont, and enjoy much of what its four seasons have to offer: hiking, skiing, road and mountain biking, running trails, sailing, playing volleyball, canoeing, SUP-ing, kayaking, photography, as well as just plain chilling out and enjoying the view.
Dr. Erin released my back in just one session, even after I had tried massage twice, without success. She gave me tools and techniques to resume my favorite activity safely, rebounding. My pain subsided, my sleep returned and I happily recommend her. I began seeing Dr. Sepic 2 months ago for shoulder and neck pain.
Applied Kinesiology is a remarkably holistic model of health care. It incorporates too many things to list here in any digestible form, and thus can appear significantly different from practitioner to practitioner, as we all gravitate to whatever techniques (therein) resonate and prove most effective for each of us.

Dr Sepic and the staff are wonderful. I began bringing my son to her when he was an infant. She has helped with every transition from sitting, crawling, and walking. She is so gentle and knowledgeable. The office is clean, beautiful and always smells good. Also very convenient location right off 89.
