I would like to extend a very big thank you to Dr. Lang who is an MD in the Emergency Department. He is the sweetest doctor who shows compassion and empathy. He makes sure to get to the bottom of what is going on. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his level of care! The only reason I am taking a star away is because I was poked by multiple nurses over ten times.
I have NEVER had trouble with someone getting a vein of mine. But maybe I was dehydrated. I don't mind IV pokes and have had no problems with needles, I just didn't like that I felt like a pin cushion. Even after the doctor instructed them to just give me medications as a shot, they still continued to try to poke after these instructions- for hours.
I had bruises all over my my hands, arms, everywhere. I usually don't mind at all. but there was something inhumane about the way this was done. Plus I really just wanted my nausea to stop and it was hours of unnecessary waiting for meds. Thank you Dr. Lang, you are appreciated.

We moved to the area last Summer and have been looking for a new provider for myself and family. I chose Dr. Amanda Tembreull after researching the providers OMC had to offer and off of reviews from other coworkers and members of the community. She was FABULOUS! Not only was I listened to as a person, not just a "patient" she made me feels so welcome, and heard.
She addressed all my concerns and came up with a plan that not only left me feeling knowledgeable about it, but it also made me feel empowered! She gave me the why behind what I was doing incorrectly and why it was not working. She gave me the tools to start a new way of thinking, mind & body! I have followed her advise and knowledge to a T and 35 days later I am feeling like the old me! I am so thankful that this tiny beautiful town has top notch providers like Dr. Tembreull.

I was born here in 2002 and never switched clinics. Always love how friendly and understanding the staff is. After my primary Greg Mattson (best doctor ever!) retired, I was nervous about finding a new primary. Dr. Nguyen did everything to get to know me and help me decide what was best for me to do. I absolutely adore him as my doctor and OMC is lucky to have him!

Went into the ER for extreme stomach pain and nausea and Dr. Yang and the nurses were absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable and really sweet and helpful! They made my experience so pleasant and I was in and out in 2 hours! They really care about your health and want to make you feel better! I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you!

Six weeks ago, I had a total hip replacement at OMC and it was an excellent experience start to finish. pre-op physical, lab work, x-rays, Covid test, Physical Therapy pre-op education, the surgery itself, the two night stay in the hospital, Physical Therapy rehab appointments, as well as post-op appointments. Each individual performed their role very well from a technical sense and everyone was pleasant, helpful, caring and encouraging in the process. In two months, I have experienced a wide range of the services offered by OMC and OMC met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all for a very successful new hip!

Fasted for 36 hours and took 2 days off work for procedure. I get there and they say " I'm sorry your procedure was canceled we called and left you a message" My phone says one missed call. Great Follow through I called St. Croix regional and they offered to get me in later that day. I guess I know where my family will be going from now on.

The urgent care docs could care less, I went in with a small fever and being 31 weeks pregnant it was a concern for me. The staff and the female urgent care doc pretty much laughed at me said it was a cold and to go home. My temp was 101.1 at home and since I had to wait 25 mins to be seen I has some water and that cooled my temp to 98 while i waited.
No tests were ran, other than a.5 second look at my throat and a temp scan. Next night had same exact symptoms, fever aches pains chills etc went to new Richmond er and they got me an OB nurse with a doc and ran tests on me and it turns out I had influenza B. This isn't the first experience weve have at OMC where we get less than caring care, they have misdiagnosed our toddler several times to where hes ended up at childrens hosptial in the cities and we were told by childrens that the diagnosis from OMC was not correct.
Very upset with how er staff treats my family and makes side comments while we were right there, very unprofessional. We had high Hope's for this hospital but now questioning on switching providers.

I have been doctoring there for many years. Nicole Johnson is an amazing woman, whom I trust my health care with, as well as my daughters. She is a busy, well liked provider, so I have been into the walk in clinic several times with no more than a 5 minute wait to see someone. Impressive wait times. I believe the walk in clinic is the best thing since sliced bread when you cant get into your primary care provider. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
