During our 45 years in the St. Paul area, we currently have seen skirt lengths rise and fall, heard clogs and stiletto heels on our floors, and laughed at the return of ponchos. But one thing hasn't changed at all: We treat only women. Many of our patients came here as teenagers and stayed with us through childbirth and menopause. Now we see their daughters and granddaughters.

Do not go here! My doctor was Rachel Parritz I had my baby with them in 2021 and let's just say they messed up. My baby ended up being breech at 38 weeks and had a membrane sweep without an ultrasound to make sure he was head down. I ended up needing a C-section that probably could've been prevented. I owed/owe a lot from those few days I was in the Hospital.
I called today a year later to see a doctor for some pain I'm experiencing, I made an appointment for the next day. 10 minutes later I received a call from them saying due to my balance I have to pay in full or they cannot see me. I had to cancel my appointment b/c I cannot afford all of it at once and was denied healthcare services with having insurance.

I am incredibly sad and hurt along with feeling disrespected. My app was @230 no one said anything to me.you know we are running behind do you want to reschedule or anything its 3pm at this time.so 310 came around they called me back to a room. no Doc.330 cam around.its been an hour since my app time.oh yeaha its my first there. I used my sick time from work.we all value this accumulation.
I do for sure.waisted sick time and time period.who are these professionals? Why.why why. I am very upset cause now I have to find another doctor and use sick time. I hope all this was not for the money/insurance. I also let them know the app better not be on any bills I see going forward. Still No Professional Follow up or apology. NO STARS. BUT THIS POST MAKES YOU CHOOSE A STAR LEVEL.

They seem to be making it up as they go. I had an appointment scheduled with MetroPartners by my care team for a blood draw. when i got the confirmation call it was for Maplewood when I was supposed to be scheduled in Woodbury. When I called to question why it was changed last minute without anyone telling me I was told that it was because "the Woodbury clinic is out of the injection medication needed for the appointment" so it had to be switched.
I told them it was not ok to switch it to a much further clinic without even asking me and that it needed to be switched back. They told me it couldn't because the medication was back ordered and out at Woodbury and that it was in stock in Maplewood which is why I have to go there. I told them again this is not acceptable so they transferred me to a nurse line which never got answered.
At which time I reviewed my appointment and realized the obvious. I WAS GOING FOR A BLOOD DRAW. there was no medication. I immediately called back and asked how they could possibly be out of injections for a blood draw for which there was to be no medication given and would they care to give me another excuse as to why my appointment was rescheduled without my consent.
I spoke to the SAME woman, who then told me that the appointment was never scheduled in Woodbury and it was always scheduled in Maplewood (despite having just told me it was switched due to medication backorder) I told her that is a mistake as it was supposed to be scheduled for Woodbury and since there is no backordered medication issue I would like to have this corrected.
She finally agreed to schedule it to the Woodbury lab which miraculously had an opening at the same time. I have zero confidence in this place after this, my only consolation will be that I only have to go here for a couple labs.

Dr Brady was an awesome doctor she went out of her way to have me come in to discuss my operation and what they was gonna do she went out of her way to fit me in. As for the day of the surgery all the nurses that took care of me I have much respect for them cause they put up with my rudeness on pain pills and Anastasia please send this to the nurses of the hospital that took care of me Thank you ladies. They made me comfortable and treated me very good. Keep up the good work ladies cause I was very scared and you guys made me laugh and feel good about the surgery

Dr. Knoedler is FANTASTIC! However, the lack of follow up re: test results, on more than one occasion, has me going back to my previous doctor. I did try to discuss the issue with the office manager, but they did not return my calls. Also, the nurses who answer calls have been uninformed and lack empathy/common courtesy. Very disappointing. Women deserve better.

I've been a patient here for 16 weeks for my third pregnancy, and I have yet to see the same doctor more than once. The doctors and nurses are all fine, but I don't think anyone knows who I am. I am 31 weeks and starting to feel afraid of giving birth. I have had two children using a different practice and never felt this fear. I don't know what phone number to call if I go into labor.
I don't have any idea of birthing procedures or practices. The phlebotomist told me my hemoglobin was too low but no doctor ever spoke to me about what this means and it doesn't appear in my test results. I will not come back for routine care after birth. Everyone seems very competent but I'm not used to such impersonal birth work.

I've been calling for the past 2 days to get an referral Appointment with an OGBYN. I was recommended by my doctor. I am 9 months pregnant. I'm due in 2 weeks. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone its been 3 days. I left 3 messages as of today. I am trying to schedule my C Section day. Now Im hesitant to want these people in charge of my procedure due to the negligence of not returning calls. Absolutely absurd. And the comments are proving me even more right that negligent is a problem at this place.

The doctors will vary- I like some more than others. The nursing staff is nice enough. But the scheduling process and back office really needs better procedures. Not sure why they think it's acceptable to send me an automated message to let me know they canceled my appointment so I have to call them (and wait on hold for 10 minutes) just to schedule it again for the exact same time.
But hey, at least they actually called me this time instead of canceling my appointment without telling me which happened earlier in my pregnancy. But actual medical professionals seems decent so idk.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. They don't properly code the visits and procedures thus charging you and your insurance more money than you should be paying. The doctor I met with had poor bedside manner and wanted me to have a procedure without proper pain management and follow up care. I went in for a possible cancer situation and there was absolutely no compassion or sense of urgency in terms of getting a diagnosis.
Then they didn't properly code the visit and trying to fix the situation with the billing department was a nightmare and they were all very rude and mean when I tried to get the error fixed and to this day they still won't correct the billing/code issue. Also, they lied about the potential cost of the visit and went ahead and coded it to ensure they would get more money out me and my insurance.
My insurance even said they didn't code my visit correctly. Sad we live in the United States of American and getting decent women's health care is so hard and it's clinics like partners obgyn that make it this way! They've failed their patients and need to do better. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're concerned about any female cancers or for birth control visits.

I'm so glad I was referred to this clinic. I came for a second opinion because my previous obgyn did nothing about my issues and pain. At Partners, Dr. Votel treated me with such great knowledge and care. She made me comfortable like I had been seeing her for years. I've never been treated with such decency and respect at any other clinic! Also, I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes to be called in and after the nurse checked my vitals, the doctor was in within minutes as well. The front staff was amazing too! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
