Please contact us if you have any questions or if you would like further information. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and we are not a party to that contract. Therefore, financial responsibility for your child(ren)'s treatment is ultimately that of the parent/guardian. Parents/Guardians are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles prior to services being rendered.
Medical records of a sensitive nature (mental health, HIV status, pregnancy status, etc.) must NEVER be faxed. Also, records should never be faxed to a parent or guardian. If it is necessary to fax records to another physician, only the information needed i.e. Records for a referral visit should be faxed and a "confidential" fax cover sheet must be used.
Our office has a policy on missed appointments. We understand that inadvertently missing appointments can sometimes happen. However, we must consider how these missed appointments impact the ability of other patients to make appointments. Missed appointments often delay or prevent other patients from receiving timely care.

I usually don't have any problems with this doctor office I actually quite love it but they need to get a new medical team with better attitudes I have never seen so much attitude from this doctor office like I did today. If you can't handle working with children that are going to act out because of vaccines you don't need to work around children I could see the annoyed looks on each team member that worked with my two year old except two one being a NP and the team member giving the shot and yes he was being naughty because he didn't want shots.
Then the rudeness about my son ripping a old sticker off the wall which was already coming off a staff member comes into the room asking about "damage" to a wall which wasn't damage at all my son ripped their petty sticker off and it peeled their cheap paint and I could see the rudeness all in her face and voice. Do better you work with CHILDREN.

If if could give a 0 I would. My husband and I had to take our child to a doctors appointment at the children's hospital. My husbands big truck would not fit in any of the parking garages as the truck was too tall. Well, we parked in the employee parking lot across from this place cause we couldn't find anything else. After we got our kids out and loaded up the stroller, etc and was walking on our way then a women started yelling at us saying we couldn't park there.
Mind you there were 10 other empty spaces to park in this lot. She also watched us get out and loaded everything up and then yelled at us after the fact. To make it worse they were several of them gawking and laughing at us. I wouldn't take my dog here because my dog deserves better than that! Very bad business practice and very unprofessional.

This is for the business office. If I could Negative star them- I would. I spoke with a Jill and even spoke with Judy the business office manager. They kept huffing at me and acting annoyed that I was questioning them about a statement balance. If you can hear annoyance via a phone call then the customer service is terrible. The Physicians themselves are very kind and seem to care for the children. But, maybe they should look more into how the calls are taken for payments.
