I had knee surgery at a Covenant facility in September of 2019. The doctor that did the surgery, the rehab and even the hospital got paid got paid by the hospital, but after about 8 months I was told the company that does billing for the doctors in the hospital could not get the claims filed right and did not get paid so after a year the insurances would not pay them so they turned over to a collection agency and I ended up having to pay the bill. It's just funny all filed the claims correctly and were paid but the doctors in the hospital were not. I had a commercial with Medicare secondary.

I worked at Parkwest and always appreciated Covenant, but today it is difficult to adequately express my appreciation! I am 80 years old and had been concerned because I had not been able to get signed up for my COVID immunization. I heard that Covenant was offering the vaccine to seniors so I got the number from a friend that I had worked with and made the call.
They gave me appointments for both shots, and this morning I went for my first one. It could not have been easier! COVENANT was SO VERY ORGANIZED, and every person I had contact with was friendly, professional, competent and helpful. I am so grateful! Trying to get vaccinated through government agencies seems to be an ordeal that older people have problems negotiating. THANK YOU, COVENANT HEALTH! I feel so fortunate!

I had a medical emergency on a Sunday morning. The ambulance staff must have spoken ahead of time with the Emergency Department because I was taken for a special radiology test before I saw the ED. A "TV" was brought into my room shortly after. A few minutes later, a woman comes on the screen and introduces herself as the specialist at Emory Medical Center in Atlanta and that she was going to do my evaluation with the help of the nurses. I was impressed and it resulted in my treatment being started well within an hour. I had a very good outcome.
